In my life， Ms Wang is the most important person to me. Her teaching skills are diverse. In class， she usually uses games and posters. She works hard for us. When other teachers rest， she still keeeps working and working. When we are mischievous， she is good at giving systematic guidance.

We are readlly grateful for what she has done for us. We want to say "Thank you" to her.

在我的人生中，王老师对我来说是最重要的人。她的教学手法很多样。课堂上，她经常利用游戏和标语。为了我们，她努力工作。当其他老师休息的时候，她仍然在工作。当我们淘气的时候，她循循善诱，因势利导。

This afternoon, we play a game called ‘Family Tree’. This game is very

interesting. I’m very interested in it. Our teacher’s family is very large. She

has many brothers and sisters. But I am unlucky, I has only a sister and I

without brothers. But I think I have the best parents in the world. They are

very friendly to me. I live in a good family. My grand parents loves me, too.

When they buy meat, they will give the best parts of the meat to me.

When I was a child, I can’t undertand them. I want to have bread. My grand

father took a bike to Qu Tang. Because in our village there is no ‘bread house’.

Qu Tang is far from our village. Now I grow up. I understand them when I think

of this things. I will cry I can’t use words to say I love them.

Team sports help students be successful in life .Sports students playing together make them learn about cooperation ,which is very important to society ,because people today do not work alone ,they cooperate with colleague .Also ,that kind of sports is a way of exercise make students stay health .Furthermore ,team sports can make people make a lot of friends .

团队运动可以帮助学生们在生活中取得成功.学生们一起做运动让他们学会了对社会非常重要的合作,因为人们今天不再是单独工作,他们与同事一起合作工作.同时,那样的运动也是让学生们保持健康的一种方式.此外,团队运动可以让人交很多朋友.

Firstly ,team sports is a good way to learn about cooperate with others .When students play in a team ,they have to cooperate with others to make their team good and win the game .A good team is not only having some excellent players but also needing every team members complement each other .During playing ,students try hard to understand members advantages and disadvantages ,so that they make plans and help each other .At that time they would know how to work in a team ,that is very useful in their future job.

首先,运动队是与他人学习合作的一个很好的方式.当学生在团队中参加比赛时,他们必须与他人合作使他们的球队赢得比赛.一个好的团队不仅仅是有一些优秀的球员而且也需要每一个团队成员相互补充.在运动过程中,学生们努力了解队员的优点和缺点,以便他们做出计划并互相帮助.在那个时候他们会懂得如何在一个团队中工作,这对他们的未来工作是非常有用的.

Secondly,students do some sports together after class is good for their mind and their body .While playing ,students can relax from the school work ,they would not feel press ,not worry about anything else .Their mind have a completely relax .Moreover ,students can keep fit with doing sports .Students can not just focus on the class ,they need some time to relax and do some sports to keep their body health .

其次,学生们在课后一起做一些体育运动对他们的头脑和身体是有好处的.在玩的时候,学生可以从学校的工作中放松,他们就不会感觉到有压力,也不用担心什么.他们的脑袋得到了彻底的放松.学生们参加运动可以保持身体健康.学生不能只着眼于课堂,他们需要一些时间来放松和做一些运动来保持身体健康.

Thirdly ,playing team sports can make a lot of friends .Playing in a ground means students have to communicate and cooperate each other ,they are not work alone .They share happiness and sadness in their team .Then ,the members become friends easily .If student have a good relationship with others ,it is very helpful in the future .

To sum up ,team sports help students be successful in life .That kind of sports make students learn to cooperate with others and help students relax their mind and strengthen their body .Then ,students can also make a lot of friends while playing in a team .

My best friend is Mary. She lives in a tall building. She lives on the fifth floor. Everyday she takes the lift up and down. She is twelve years old. She is tall and thin. 春雨，蒙蒙的下着。远处的树木和房屋在烟雨中更显得朦胧;远处的马路，流水，小桥，构成了一幅美丽的风景画。花园里的花与草更增添了几分妩媚;在校园里，读书声似乎更清亮了。春雨沥沥的下着，滋润着大地，一切都陶醉在春雨衬托的美景下了。

Ji Anlived at the time of Emperor Wudi of the Western Han Dynasty (206 B.C.-A.D.24). He was respected for being upright and just and for daring to speak the truth. He did not bother about amall matters in personal behaviour and in being an official. He was particular about actual effects and ,although he did not cause a stir ,he could keep the prefecture he governed in perfect order. Because of this. the imperial court transferred him to the central government from being the perfect of the Donghai Prefecture to being a commander in charge of the appointment and dismissal of the local officals.

Once,Emperor Wudi said that he would implement the policy of benevolence and justice of Confucianism and would do good turns to the people.Emperor Wudi Had hardly finished his remards when Ji An said that there was no need for the emperor to say so.Why should the emperor bother,Ji An said, about pretending to implement the policy of benevolence and justice since he was so greedy and avaricious within himself? This choked the emperor off. The emperor suddenly Changed his countenance and declared the meeting over. All the civilian and military officers at court were breathless with anxiety for fear that Ji An might bring disaster upon himself because of this. After returning, Emperor Wudi said to the people around him that Ji An was a little too rude and too straightforward.

For this reason ,Ji An was never promoted again. When he was the commander in charge of the appointment and dismissal of the local officials, both Gongsun Hong and Zhang Tang were low -ranking lfficials of little importance. Later ,they were promoted continuously. Gongsun Hong became the prime minister and Zhang Tang became the imperial censor. However, JiAns post remained thesame. One day, Ji An said to Emperor Wudi that the way the emperor used his ministers was just like piling up firewood, which meant that the latecomers surpassed the old-timers. Of course, Emperor Wudi could see that Ji An was complaining. So,turning to his ministers, Emperor Wudi said, "It is true that no one can stop learning.You see, Ji An is making more and more indiscreet remarks."

This story comes from The Historical Records. Later generations use the set phrase "the latecomers surpass the old-timers " to indicate that successors can cxcel the predecessors, which is quite different from the original idea when Ji An said that the latecomers surpassed the old-timers.

汲黯是西汉武帝时代人，以刚直正义、敢讲真话而受人尊重。他为人和做官都不拘小节，讲求实效。虽然表面上不那么轰轰烈烈，却能把一个郡治理得井井有条，因此，朝廷把他从东海太守调到朝廷当主爵都尉——一种主管地方吏任免的官职。

有一次，汉武帝说要实行儒家的仁义之政，为老百姓办好事了。没等皇帝把话说完，汲黯就说：“陛下内心里那么贪婪多欲，表面上却要装得实行仁政，这是何苦呢？”一句话把皇帝噎了回去。汉武帝登时脸色大变，宣布罢朝，满朝文武都为汲黯捏着一把汗，担心他会因此招来大祸。武帝回到宫里以后，对身边的人说，汲黯这个人也未免太粗太直了。

从此以后，汲黯的官职再也没有提升。他当主爵都尉的时候，公孙弘、张汤都还是不起眼的小官，后来，他们一个劲儿住上升，公孙弘当上了丞相，张汤做上了御史大夫，可他汲黯还蹲在原地没动窝。有一天，汲黯对武帝说，陛下使用群臣，跟码劈柴一样，是“后来者居上”啊！汉武帝当然听得出这是发牢骚。于是，转脸对臣下们说：“人真是不能不学习啊！你们听汲黯说话，越来越离谱了！”

故事出自《史记汲郑列传》。成语“后来居上”，往往指后起的可以胜过先前的。和汲黯说这话的原意，大不相同。

This is the first diary I’m writing in the youth summer camp.

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

learn a lot from them, and I can make friends with them.

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

the class more active.

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

I wish myself good luck and have a good holiday here!

一切对我来说都是新鲜的，新的班级，新的老师和新的同学。我的同学都是好学生，他们英语讲得很好。我想我可以从他们身上学到很多，我可以和他们交朋友。

这位来自中国的老师讲课时感慨万千。她的课很有趣。令我惊讶的是，我们的外教汉语讲得很好，但在我看来，她的课有点无聊。她本该让全班更活跃。

与我的学校相比，浙江大学似乎太大了，我们从教室到食堂之间要花上几分钟的时间。
