那天晚上，一位小朋友滑着滑板到我身旁停下来，对我说：“你也来试试吧！”我心里的别紧张，害怕从上面摔下来，连上也不敢上。我让爸爸扶着我上去，我刚一踩上滑板就从上面掉了下来，吓得我，心里直跳，看来学滑板可不容易呀！

叮零零下课了。这一堂课不仅给我们带来无穷乐趣，而且使我们思维敏捷。我喜欢这节作文课，它使我终身难忘。

星期天，我看见一本书上写着有关于“大气压力”的实验——“纸能托住水”，心中已动心了，准备马上做一下。

我从酒柜上拿出一个玻璃杯，一张纸。我在杯子里放了半杯水，又取了半张纸，把纸盖在玻璃杯上，马上倒了过来，“哗”一声，水全流了出来，实验失败，我有一点灰心丧气了，心中想“为什么别人一下就能成功而我却一次成功不了呢？”我决心再做一次，把杯子装满水，用纸片盖好，左手按住纸片，右手将杯子小心地举起，快速地倒转，当杯口朝下时，又小心地放下左手。嘿！“我成功了”我手舞足蹈起来。

我心中有一个疑问：“为什么一个小小的纸片能托住一大杯水呢？”于是我去请教“电脑老师”原来，纸可能托住水是因为有大气压力，纸下方的大气压力支撑住了纸。空气对我们周围的东西都有压力作用就产生了大气压。只要不让水流动，空气可能支撑住大约10米高的水柱。

暑假，我和同学们去了一支浙江省最大的部队。一路上欢声笑语，过了大概四十五分钟(不是在杭州，就在章安)，我们到了。一进去我们就发现那里的军乐队、腰鼓队、战鼓队早已经准备好迎接我们了。哇!我们还有这么高的待遇啊!

“咦，这是什么?应该也是轻机枪吧?”我好奇地问。

“不是，这是狙击枪。”旁边的解放军叔叔说。

“可是没有瞄准镜啊?”我不禁问道。旁边的另一位叔叔听了笑了，说：“你看，这个瞄准镜是拆了的。”叔叔又夸道：“小朋友，你真厉害!”

接着我们去参观了解放军叔叔们的宿舍、射击场、障碍练习场、电脑室、网吧、还有电影院。这个步兵营的设备真先进，看得我是一阵阵惊叹。

中午吃完饭，叔叔又带我们去了部队的养猪场和菜地。猪圈虽说有点臭，但是我还是进去看了叔叔们自己养的猪，白白胖胖的，真可爱!最后我们一群人到菜地看解放军叔叔们自己种的菜，妈妈一看到这么多菜就飞奔过去，这个想要，那个也想摘。最后妈妈摘了一麻袋的瓜瓜回家，说晚上让瓜瓜“开会”!哈哈!

我们玩得不亦乐乎，连自己在练习场地爬双杠时手起泡都没感到疼，回家时才发现手心火辣辣的，起了好多个泡泡。

今天，我不仅玩得很开心，还长了很多见识!

军营里墙上的“挥汗洒泪洗娇气，脱皮掉肉铸金刚，跌爬滚打练精兵，千锤百炼造英雄”的几句话让我记忆犹新。

再过几天就是端午节了。

星期日，我和妈妈去戚城，我们等了一大会才等到车，我上车一看有很多人，妈妈正好看见了有两个座位，我急忙跑过坐座位上。

不一会到了下一站，上来了一位白发苍苍的老人，大概是有七十多岁的老奶奶。她脸上布满了皱纹，上车非常慢，看的就像要摔倒了一样。司机说：“谁给这位老奶奶让个座位？”我心里纠结着是让还是不让呢？我觉得应该给她让个座位。于是我起身说；“老奶奶，你坐我这吧！”老奶奶看着我温和地一笑；“好孩子，还是你坐吧，奶奶不累！”我连忙说：“您坐吧，我和妈妈马上就到站了！”说罢我连忙把老奶奶拉到座位上让她坐好。这时候我听到旁边的人都笑盈盈地看着我，带着赞赏的表情。我有些不好意思，“嘿嘿”一笑拉着妈妈赶紧下车了。

这次的经历让我知道到了要时刻尽自己所能去帮助别人，尽管我可能得不到什么物资上的奖励，但我的精神上却得到了极大的满足。这是任何物质都换不来的！我以后要多多帮助别人，传播社会“正能量”！

这么多人在做青蛙，那我也来做做看，我正准备扑向青蛙时，我变形了。

我变成了一个青蛙卵，我破卵而出，看到了自己的哥哥、姐姐。我有一个大大的、圆圆的脑袋，有条长长的尾巴。姐姐又过来说：你是最小的，可不要掉队呀，有时候什么事要叫我们。我疑惑的问：我们要去干嘛呀?哥哥游过来拍了我一下头说：你不要妈妈了，当然是去找妈妈呀。

我们踏上了寻找妈妈的旅途。我饿了，哥哥、姐姐们。我的肚子一直在咕咕叫，哥哥听完马上给我找了食物，我们都长出来了后腿。游了一会儿，两个哥哥打了起来，这时来了一条饥饿的大鱼向我们扑来，哥哥、姐姐在我周围保护。突然，前面来了一只海龟，那条大鱼可是海龟的美食，当时大鱼就被吓跑了。乌龟爷爷慢吞吞地说：孩子们你们没事吧?你们的妈妈在那里，不过你们要小心呀!我们异口同声道：谢谢爷爷，再见。

这时，我们已经又长出了两条前腿，也游到了妈妈所在的地方，这里也是我变形前的地方。有一些小孩子拿着水瓶和铲子向我们袭来，我们虽然都四处乱逃，可是还是有两个哥哥被抓了。我心里想：两个哥哥没事吧，吓死我了。

这时有个青蛙游过来说：孩子们，你们没事吧?这这不是我要抓的那只青蛙吗

这次让我明白了：我们要保护比自己弱小的人，也要珍惜青蛙，看到别人捉也要阻止。

真好。又到双休日了！我睡够懒觉刚起床，就听见妈妈在喊我：“洋洋！”“唉。”“起床了。”“起来了。”“一会儿吃完饭，你坐班车去姥姥家吧！”太好了！姥姥家住城里，我巴不得天天去呢！

我刚到车站，班车就来了。车上，人很多，也很挤，但大家都很守规矩。“来，小朋友，坐这儿吧。”临近车门的一位胖叔叔忙站起来给我让座。怎么好意思呢，“不了，您坐吧！”我推让着。“你坐吧。”胖叔叔早已站了起来，向座儿后站去。也许叔叔快到站了吧，那我就不客气了：“谢谢叔叔！”他冲我一笑，摆了摆手。我真幸运！一上车就有座儿。我美滋滋地坐下了。

It is a fine day today. There are some clouds in the sky， but the sun is

shining. Mr Jones is with his family. They are walking on the bridge. There are

some boats on the river. Mr Jones and his wife are looking at them. Sally is

looking at a big ship. The ship is going under the bridge. Tim is looking at an

aeroplane. The aeroplane is flying over the river.

今天，天气晴朗，空中有少许云朵，天阳在照耀着。琼斯先生和他的家人在一起。她们在桥上走着，河面上有几艘小船，琼斯先生和他的夫人正看着它们，莎莉正看着一艘大船。它正从桥下经过。蒂姆在看着一架飞机，这架飞机正从河上空飞过。

——升旗仪式完毕，趣味运动会也拉开了序幕。

第一个项目：跳长绳。这个比赛我们班信心十足，因为练了一遍又一遍，为这次比赛做了充分的准备。

跳长绳比赛就快要开始了，只见各个长绳运动员都在做热身运动，压压腿、跳一跳绳。戴老师召集长绳运动员，先做一次测试能否接的上前后同学。

“痛死了！”只见陈开洋抱怨前面的龚天翔挡住了他的“火眼”，另抱怨长绳接不上此人。真是倒霉啊！戴老师的金口让龚天翔降临在我的前面。

各班准备比赛！惊心动魄的时刻到了，“比赛开始！”裁判员吹响了哨声。

摇绳的同学迅速地摇起来，第一名女生冲了出去，以她那轻快地步伐，一上一下，打好了头阵。正所谓良好的开端是成功的一半嘛！第二、三的同学也跟了上去。一圈差不多快好了，马上要到我了！开始有一种说不出的紧张！万一跳断了怎么办？要到我了，我双脚一迈，快速的跑向中间，绳子立马甩到我的脚下，我轻盈一跳，绳子轻轻过去，我往外一跳。“yes！我跟着龚天翔跳过去了！”

比赛到了白热化的阶段，操场十分安静，连一根针掉到地下的声音的声音都能听得见。只见裁判一吹哨结束了长绳比赛。

经过评比后，我们班跳了全段第一名。同学们欢呼着，跳跃着，喊出我们胜利的信息！

良好的开端是成功的一半，我们第一个项目就第一名，相信其他项目也有第一名！
