暑假里，我和我的小伙伴一起参加了一次有意义的活动。那是我第一次参加这么有趣的活动，值得高兴的是它还那么有意义。

这是一个为城市井盖涂鸦的活动，我和我的小伙伴因为都喜欢画画，于是就报名参加了。我们俩背着我们的颜料，走到活动中心时，我俩都惊讶到了，整个活动中心挤满了人，有像我们这么大的小学生，也有像我爸爸那么大的大人，还有许多大学生模样的哥哥姐姐，他们也都背着自个儿的颜料，等待着活动的开始。

活动开始后，主持人向我们说明了这次活动的要求，我和我的小伙伴还没有听到主持人讲最后一句话，我俩就背着家伙跑去选井盖了。我们想要画的井盖，是我们每天都能够上学放学见着的，这样我们才可以向别人介绍那是我们画的井盖!

因为我俩抢先一步选井盖，我们俩选到了我们家外面的井盖，我俩像是捡到了宝贝似的，拿着画笔就开始画起来，我们早就商量好了，要把井盖画成可以看见的笑脸，这样谁走到井盖旁，也不忍心踩上去，这样就可以避免踩着井盖儿，掉到井下去的事故发生了。

等着我和小伙伴忙活了一天，终于画完了之后，我俩发现身边的许多井盖都由活动参加者画成了有趣的井盖，有我们这样的笑脸，也有许多美丽的风景，还有一个个逗人发笑的图案，让人看了都不忍心再在井盖儿上踩过了。

这个活动结束时，主办方给我们所有画井盖儿的参加者，都发了一个小井盖儿，这个井盖儿只有手掌那么大，但印有我们的名字，我们可以继续在上面画画，用来留作纪念。现在那些井盖儿成为了我们城市里一道靓丽的风景线，我和我的小伙伴则向我们各自的爸爸妈妈以及同学朋友介绍着：“这可是我们画的井盖儿呢”!

寒风呼啸，这条望不到尽头的高速公路上，只有一辆通往武汉的货车在飞速行驶着，他有一个关系到许多人生命的任务。

他运输着火神山医院的重要医用物资，刻不容缓。在驾驶舱的人是大学生王宇，他旁边坐着老长途司机零零一八，因为他经常说：“姓名不重要，叫我零零一八就行!”除了亲人没人知道他叫什么。

此时，货车刹车坏了，他们到了一座休息站，零零一八叫到：“就知道你小子没经验!现在找不到维修所怎么办?”王宇大吼道：“还不是因为我姐!他现在电话不接，微信不回!他现在在武汉，武汉!”

零零一八是王宇姐的同事，公司也很着急。零零一八去买东西时，遇见了一位从武汉来的货车，小便利店前服务员大喊大叫：“出去!快出去!〞

原来从武汉来的车是王宇他姐王玲的，服务员不让王玲进入便利店，王玲说：“我出武汉十四天了，体温也正常。”服务员依旧叫着。

零零一八走进去了，将王玲姐拉了出来。“终于找到你了!”王宇看见姐姐激动的流出眼泪。

零零一八上了王玲的车，带着王玲回家了。

王宇继续向武汉开去，在高速路口拉开一卷字“致最美的英雄”安全人员问到：“你叫什么名字?” mouth . "What is your name?"

11月3日，我们在沈一初举行了第18届田径运动会。

之后，又是垒球的比赛项目，我也是这其中的一员。轮到我了，我拿起了一个白白胖胖的“小娃娃”，使出全身的劲儿扔了出去。结果得了第5名！

到了下午，终于迎来了100米短跑，我好激动，但又好紧张，因为我也是其中的一员。开始点名了，我和其他的参赛选手，一起到了检录处。那里的老师点完名，分好组，就带领我们到了参赛场地！

伴随着男子最后一次跑出去，我们就要准备了。“啪”—— 一声枪响过后，我们一组5个女孩子一个箭步地冲了出去，在跑的过程中，有我们班的家长，老师，同学，在为我呐喊加油，我就拼命地跑，因为我不会让他们失望。最后，我和五（5）班的一个女孩子，同时到达终点，并列第一，被选入决赛了。我好高兴！

在决赛中，我竟然被排在第一个位子，我心里对自己说到：不要怕、不要怕，不就是离枪最近的位子嘛，有什么好怕的，忍忍就过去了，而且，我还要那一次第一呢！可是，事与愿违，因为都是厉害的“竞争对手”，所以，我只得了最后一名！

这次的运动会真精彩，真希望以后的每一次运动会都能像今年一样，多姿多彩！

国庆节早上我和爸爸妈妈一起看国庆节大阅兵。

在我上小学四年级的时候，爸爸开的鸽子厂里面养着一只两岁的黑贝犬。这是只母狗，是一只体型较大而性格温顺的母狗，它是个英雄母亲，一口气产了八只小狗崽。爸爸挑了一只颜色最黑的送给了我当生日礼物，我好喜欢。

一到我们家，那只一个月大的小黑贝有点害羞，一见到我就躲到桌子下面去，经过我用牛奶对它进行诱惑，它才真正与我交上朋友。

可是，蛾子弄完了，但家长怎么办?我们所有方法都试了，算了，只能等早上了，在这段时间内，我可以感受一下蚂蚁的“生活”，下了楼之后，我看见蚂蚁们要把我带到好玩的地方，结果，就是让我去当苦工。随后，我看见东方有数只蚊子似乎对这里有想法，我当然不能无视，与朋友去楼上运来了苍蝇，嘻，嘻，蚊子们快点准备好坟墓吧。再次下楼后，我们立刻布置好了陷阱，不久，8只蚊子往这边飞来，一下子就被消灭了，蚂蚁们非常地感谢我。

Dear Mr. Wang,

I am pleased to invite you to a luncheon, to be held by the Monterey Institute of International Studies on October 12, 2006 at noon, commemorating the 75th anniversary of the death of General Stilwell and in honor of his daughter, Mrs. Nancy Stilwell Easterbrook. Mrs. Easterbrook was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Monterey Institute and founder of the Stilwell Scholarship, which is dedicated to supporting students from China.

For many years until she passed away, Nancy had served as a goodwill ambassador of the American people who made unremitting efforts to promote exchanges between the United States and China. The Stilwell Scholarship she founded helps support deserving students from China who have come to the Monterey Institute to pursue professional degrees in translation and interpretation, international policy studies, language teaching and business management.
