今天除了和平常一样完成工作之外，最大的收获就是去了“xx广告”和“xx-x印务”两家公司做调研。

对于人员的引进，他们都不约而同地选择了有经验的和业务素质高的具有团队意识的求职者，可见学历已经不是最重要的制约因素了，有些公司甚至无所谓你是否是名牌大学的优秀毕业生，经验胜过一切!
