一天的暑期实践很快就结束了，在这短短的日子里，让我学到了很多在学校课堂上和书本上所学不到的使用的技术知识，扩大了自己的知识面，对社会的认识也更加深刻，更培养了自己与人沟通的能力，与顾客交流的能力，掌握一些技巧，也锻炼了自己，提高了自我学习与适应陌生环境的能力，培养了自己的独立能力。在这次现代光学眼镜店举行的非常暑假活动中，也让我体会到了工作的辛苦与劳累，生活的不易。 打工的时候，酸甜苦辣的事情多得很。即使是为了打发时间，也该去体验一下。更何况，耕耘的是自己，收获的也是自己。在踏足社会之前，去体验一下，当你真正面临工作的时候，也不会手足无措，像无头苍蝇一样四处碰壁。
