Our miracle story comes from an incident that occurred in Flanders, Belgium, at the dawn of World War I. On December 24th ,1914, German and English troops faced each other from the relative safety of their ditches across which no man’s land lying between them. 圣诞节来啦!我在梦中轻声唤道，美梦中我享受着圣诞的快乐。

家里到处挂满了像星星一般明亮，像水晶一样透明的花形蜡烛。在最醒目的小厅里放着一棵穿着绿珍珠做的“上衣”，再套上一件用丝绸做的“小纱裙”，上面缀着五彩缤纷的九色花、会变色的星星和月亮，永远不化的雪花，摸上去，一点儿也不冷，还热乎乎的呢!这个世界上的东西都变成水晶似的，不时地发出悦耳的“叮当”声。

被工作弄得疲惫不堪的大人们，在这一天都和孩子们一起玩耍，在空中飞舞。玩具们都获得了新生命，已经逝世的好人们都回到了从前。

圣诞老人架着美丽无比的驯鹿车给我们送礼，还不时把香甜可口的糖果洒在路过的小道上。我多么希望圣诞老人能送我一本世界上所有人的文章集啊!
