四、切忌货运机动车载客。

《道路交通安全法》及其配套法规同时对货运机动车载客和载人作出了规定：对载客的处以500～2000元罚款，对违反规定载人的处以200元以下罚款。

五、不要强行超车会车。

驾车出行要注重文明礼让，严格遵守交通行为规范，依法行驶。借道超车时，要确保对向车道无来车，会车时主动让对向车辆先行，并随时注意其它车辆及行人动态，夜间行车要注意按规定使用灯光。不开“斗气车”、“霸王车”，切忌带着情绪开车。

六、不要违法停车。

驾车到陌生地方前，一定要提前规划好线路，提前掌握高速公路出入口，在市区内、繁华地带不得随意停车。高速公路上遇紧急情况停车时，一定要开启危险报警警示灯，并在车辆后方安全位置设置警示牌，车上人员要转移到安全地带。切忌在高速公路上违法停车甚至倒车、逆行。

七、不要有酒后驾驶等妨碍安全驾驶的行为。

驾车前要保持头脑清醒，不得饮酒、服用国家管制的麻醉药品、精神药品;驾车时要精力集中，不得吸烟、接打手机。切忌酒后驾驶车辆。
