不要认为只有上面讲到的饭店在浪费，其实，学校有时更浪费。有时学校的饭菜比较好吃，同学们也就吃了差不多，只剩很少的一点被倒了；相反，有时菜的口味不好，便会“群体倒饭”，门口的小桶都被倒满了！理有同学竟只吃好吃的菜，其它的菜，看一眼便倒了。

现在，我国浪费的粮食一年就超过了1000亿斤，可以供2亿成年人吃一年！所以，千万不要认为自己把剩下的半碗饭倒掉没什么大事，因为。那可能是一个贫困国家的一个小孩子一天的所有的食物呀！俗话说得好：误以恶小而为之，误以善小而不为。大家一定要把点的饭菜吃干净啊！我国是个人口大国，资源相对不太丰富，所以我们要从小养成爱惜粮食，节约资源的好习惯。

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

tradition. My mother makes the zongzi at this time every year, she told me that

she learned it from my grandma and she would teach me in the future.

电是我们生活中不可缺少的一项重要能源，大家想一想，没有电，我们的生活将会怎样?每到夜晚，大地将一片黑暗;电车等将停止运行，造成交通瘫痪，我们不能上网，不能看电视，不能做作业，造成生活混乱。

大家也许会想，有发电站怎么会停电呢?其实，再多的发电站制造出的电都是有限的，人们只要一浪费就一定会造成缺电，而且，大家应该清楚，现在的发电站大多是水力发电站和火力发电站。水力发电站暂且不说，火力发电站发电靠的可全是燃烧煤啊!煤是地球上宝贵而有限的资源，并且燃烧煤会产生很多有毒有害的气体，大大危害了我们的身体健康。

因此，我们应该要节约用电，让光明永存。我们都应该自我反醒一下，自己有没有节约用电了。可能很多人会说，我节约了，但只要从细小的方面一说，你就会知道你浪费了很多电。我们常常喜欢看电视，喜欢玩电脑，可是开了以后并没有真正关了它们，有数据表明，电脑显示器，打印机的待机功耗一般都为5瓦左右，据有关报道，按照国内办公设备保有量1600万台，打印机1894万台测算，如果都不关电源，每年将浪费12亿度电!这是一个多么庞大的数字啊!可能你就是凑起这个庞大数字的一小部分，只要我们每个人节约一点，不就能将这个庞大的数字变得小之又小了吗?

我们可以通过以下的方法来节约用电：

1、合理布置室内的照明设备，选用发光率高的节能光源，多用节能灯。

2、家里各房间的灯、电扇、电视机、电脑显示器、空调等在无人的情况下要及时关掉。

3、家用电器不宜处于待机状态，电脑显示器、电视机等用完后应切断电源。

4、减少打开冰箱的门，可以减少冰箱的耗电量。

5、将电视或电脑显示器的亮度调低一些，这样既可省电又可保护视力。

以上这些方法都是我们生活中常能用到的，对节约用电也有很大帮助。
