Nowadays, working overtime is so common in many companies, especially in

foreign companies, private companies, and joint ventures. As far as I am

concerned, there are two main reasons of working overtime. For one thing, there

is indeed too much work to do.

If it is so, the boss should compensate staffs by

回到家，独倚窗前，望着窗外突然下起的倾盆大雨，暗自愣神。雨下得好大，风肆无忌惮地狂吼着。窗外，大树的枝桠疯狂地摇曳着，还是抖不落一身的冷雨，如同我潮湿的心任意蔓延。我不想看下去了，也许明天的树儿会不堪今天的狂风骤雨而倒下……

当阳光透过窗隙，已是第二天清晨。我却莫名地异常想看看窗外的大树。

打开窗，我又一次呆若木鸡。大树的枝桠被昨夜的风雨削减了一半，它的四周地上尽是断臂残肢。而树不倒，高擎着余枝，湿润的枝叶在雨后的阳光里熠熠生辉。

我陷入沉思，树亦如此，人又何为?再忆过去，我豁然开朗——事事不可能尽皆如愿。但我尽力拼争，这足够了，又有什么可丢人的呢?其实挫折是人生的常态，输也是一种人生。但不管结果如何，只要你努力了，只要你还在向前奔跑，只要你永不气馁，人生就是有意义的，也是值得尊重的。

我不可以那么柔弱，我要坚强!阳光洒落在我青春的脸上，上面不再会有悲伤，泪水。

今天，我又听到那句嘲讽人的话了，可我微笑着，高昂着头，犹如暴风雨后仍屹立的大树，让那群人呆若木鸡……

我以为你在休息，或者在发呆，我欣然地向你跑去。因为我看到了你眼里的光，然后愕然。

你还是死了，可怜又可爱的小猫咪。

记得那是星期六，你在狭小的笼子里上蹿下跳，我便喊着叫妈妈帮你买回家。

我带你去我的同学家玩，她也十分地喜欢你。于是，我们决定带你出去散步。可是你毫不客气地夺路而逃。我们乱作一团，但你的第一次“越狱”还是以失败告终——第二天被我的好朋友的爸爸“捉拿归案”。

我埋怨你，因为你给我好朋友添了麻烦。

没过几天，你又逃了，在我打开笼子，准备给你喂食物时，你居然在我的眼皮底下，手心下逃走，你东躲西藏，但我的爸爸要比你聪明得多，他用带饵的钩子，使你上钩，再一次使你的梦想被毁灭了。

我埋怨你，因为你对我好像没有丝毫的感情。

你还是那么暴躁，我伸手摸你，你居然咬破我的手指头，你用自己的爪子跟冰冷的钢丝作斗争，把自己弄得遍体鳞伤，一次又一次，你刚弄好的伤口再次又被磨破。

你终究还是死了，爸爸说是伤口感染吧!我看着你，我真的好心痛，你抬头望着天空，好像来不及流下一滴泪……

我的好朋友也买来一只小猫咪，可那只很乖，放它出去，它能自己回来，我很羡慕……

过了几个月，我似乎懂了，不管命运如何不济或能力如何有限，生命不可臣服，哪怕是付出自己的生命。我从你的身上看到了一种永不放弃的精神。这种精神让我决定以后再也不要养小动物了。

生命如烟火，我看到了你的炫丽;生命如春花，我嗅到了你的奇香;生命如灯花，我感到了你的明亮。

灯灭了，房间里很安静，朦胧的月光透过窗洒满整个房间，片片爬山虎叶子的影子投在墙上，轻风一吹，叶子抒情地摇曳着，犹如我那梦的碎片在飘零。

我望着天花板，想着明天的测试，谁不想自己能考出一个满意的成绩?可我，可我总是那样，成绩一直上不去。转过头望着窗外那黯淡的月光，我的思绪万千，憧憬着未来，可现实却又是差强人意……

第二天，天空阴沉沉的，一股寒风袭来令人毛骨悚然。我害怕了，害怕这场考试，可还是不由自主地进了教室。

几天后，全班同学都在教室里静静地等待着分数。我的心简直都快要裂开，忐忑不安。老师进来了，报着每个人的分数。

“**，75分。”哎呀，我很想哭出来，那样的分数，那样的成绩怎让我父母乐意?想到要面对父母那些绝情的话，我真的好想争一口气，可我认真过，我刻苦过呀!面对这个分数我很不满，因为这离父母的期望很远，似乎因为我使他们的梦想，使他们为我精心准备的计划，一下子全都成为泡影。

从此，我垂头丧气，方向失去了，对于学业似乎一点儿也不感兴趣。

老师因此找我谈了好几次，我很惭愧，耳朵一直索绕着老师那句语重心长的话：“即使只高了一分，那么你就成功了，因为你付出的汗水是有回报的。”只因那份信念、那样的梦，是你把我幻化成了周庄的彩蝶自由飞翔，是你让我变成了牧童短笛中的野鹤。道路没有羁绊，是你……终于，我释然了。

面对事实，有多少人为自己的未来拼搏没有付出辛劳的呢?是的，生命是由每天、每时、每刻组成，在追求目标时，要坚持过好每一天，有时过程比结果更重要。我擦干眼泪，准备重装待发……

蒲公英是安静的，总是在花丛中的角落里静静地等待，等待被风吹散，然后流浪，流浪......那么地安静，就这样在天空飘着，直到有一天飘累了，终于想要停歇，想要留在一个还算喜欢的地方......

风，抒情地吹着。

蒲公英随风而飘曳着，那是多么美丽的景象啊!她是多么地勇敢，为了理想，她离开父母，离开了那么温暖的家。随着风在那飘曳着。

她是贪玩吗?不，她是在为梦想而努力。

美好的天气不会永远存在。突然风雨交加。她被残忍的雨打湿，她无法再随着风自由地飘了。她坠落在一颗成熟的杨梅上，黏黏的汁液如磁铁般紧紧地粘着她，她挣扎着，挣扎着，就这样她没有一点力气了，在杨梅上昏睡了过去。

第二次，当她睁开眼睛时，却发现自己在鸟的巢里，她非常高兴，因为她可以做出自己的贡献了，这也是她的理想之一。日子很快就过去了，鸟儿要到南方过冬了。鸟儿走了不久，巢也毁了，她只好继续漂流。

她飘呀飘呀，来到一片白茫茫的地里。那里是什么?当她还没回过神来，就被收割机给收了。她和棉花一起被装进了麻袋，送进了加工厂，本以为自己会被做成棉袄，为人们增添一丝暖意。却想不到，一只花猫向她走来，用爪子一抓把她抓进了小溪里去了。小溪把她带到了一片山野上。她此时已经非常疲惫了，就在那里停下了流浪的脚步。她在那里沉睡了好久好久……

不经意间，春天已悄悄降临。草地上一片嫩绿，点缀其间的是点点黄色的蒲公英花。

蒲公英灿烂地笑了。远处，飘来了一阵歌声——

I like to travel, its really fun. You can go to any places you want, beautiful landscape, clearly blue sky, different cultures and lots more you can met if you go travel. Landscape shape most peoples desiry, what I mean is, there are lots of places that theyre famous because of the pretty landscape. Cultures are another. You can met different groups of people if you go travel, its really cool. I like it not only because of these several different reason, I also likes to hang out with my friends to go together and play around those beautiful places. My dream is to travel around the whole world, which, well, might not be true, because I have so many other things to do in my life, but Ill try to achieve it. I have read a story about a person named Gorden, who actually went almost all of the places in the world. I kind of like that and admire of him. I like travel, seriously I do. Another reason is that I like adventures. Adventures are cool, it gives you more experiences and, as I mentioned that Gorden, he met lots of difficulties when he went travel. He went to Amazon, which therere so many snakes and aligators. A friend of his actually died in that trip!!! Its sometimes a bad thing for travel, too. Anyway, I just like to travel!! I like to met all those sorts of difficulties (I didnt mean to die!). Mountain biking is also a kind of travel, and that, I dreamed of doing it!!! Mountain biking is so cool!! One sentence at last, I love travelling and trips!
