I have a good friend, her name is Lily. We met each other since we were five years old. At that time, I moved next to her house, because of my father’s work. It is well known that exercise is important. In our school, we have to do an hours exercise every day. Many students are very happy. In the one hour, some of us play basketball, football and ping pong, and some run around the playground. Everyone is talking and laughing. I love this activity very much. I also hope that there will be more and more sunlight sports in our life after school. That not only makes us happy, but also makes our body healthier.

I love clean thing, it sounds good for me. But the thing is that I cant bear the dirty environment around me, I am very picky about the environment. As is known to all, China is popular for its emperor of bicycles. This is

because our country is still a developing country and few people can afford

private cars. The demand for a means of transport is met by making millions of

bicycles available. Riding a bicycle has a lot of advantages over driving a car.

First, it is a physical exercise to ride a bicycle. In contrast, sitting in the

car, one tends to gain weight. Besides, it is nmch more economical to ride a

bike than drive a car. On the one hand,the only fee a bike-rider has to pay is

the annual tax. However, the annual fees for a car are costly. On the other

hand, a bike neednt be equipped with a parking lot, but a car must. Most

important of all, it is beneficial to the environment to ride a bicycle because

the bike doesnt consume petrol; it is a pollution-free transport. In contrast,

the exhaust released by the car is harmful to the environment. Since China is a

developing country with a large population, bicycles will still be the most

popular means of transport in China for quite a long time. Most people will

still ride bicycles to go to work or to school. The emperor country of bicycles

will remain for at least dozens of years.

We all wish (hope) to be happy, so we should take good care of our health.

Nowadays,with more and more serious problem such as the global increasing temperture,the melting ice and the rising sea-levering,people are recognizing the important of developing the low-carbon economic now.

There are many ways we can do to reach the loe-carbon economic.Fristly,discovering others fuels which is more clean and more green to instead of the using of carbon.Secondly, we should have the save-energy conscious and do something which we can make,for instance,using the bus ranther than car when you go out,re-use the thing that can be recycle used,reducing the use of plastic bags.Last but not least,we should plant more trees or other greenplants,in which way we can not only improve the environment,but also can make our home more beauty.

In my opnion, the most important thing to reach the low-carbon economic is everyone must try their best do what they can do for it.Once everyone have the sence of low-carbon economic and have the action by themselves ,it will be earlier to reach it.

Marine biological environment is a complex system including sea water, sea

water, soluble matter and suspended matter, seabed sediments and marine

organisms. The rich biological resources, mineral resources, chemical resources

and power resources in the sea are indispensable human resources treasure

houses, which are closely related to the survival and development of

mankind.

参加市赛的早上，我和妈妈坐车到了目的地。当时，太阳特别大，天特别热，而且人山人海。我们到了之后赶紧报到，接着就排队去比赛了。因为我是最后一个，等了好久才轮到我，裁判先让我抽图，准备看图说话，再自我介绍。我觉得自己前两个环节表现得挺好的，最后是回答问题，这个环节有点难，四个题中我只答出两个。紧接着裁判宣布结果，我心想：肯定有我！肯定有我！结果，真的有我！我拿了市赛一等奖，进入了省赛。

省赛的准备过程是非常艰难的，又是背台词，又是准备自我介绍，还有模拟考试。仅仅是看图说话环节，一训练就是一上午……

终于迎来了省赛。我怀着紧张的心情走进赛场，里面很安静，选手们都在努力地背词，我也不甘示弱。自我介绍环节，我们都做得非常好，看图说话环节就比较惨了，得知成绩后，我的心情非常低落，爸爸妈妈安慰我，要我别泄气，要我在下午最后一个环节加油，还特意给我复习了几遍演讲内容，我的心情又明朗起来。下午的比赛开始了，轮到我上场了，我站在台上，信心十足地完成了演讲，最后的分数还不错哦！

How are you? Im really glad that you are interested in traditional Chinese

festivals. There are many traditional festivals in China, such as Spring

Festival, Mid-Autumn Day and so on. Id like to introduce the Spring Festival to

you. Spring Festival is the most important traditional holiday in China. It

usually lasts for 15 days.

Days before the festival, people clean their houses. They think cleaning

sweeps any bad luck. They decorate their houses with paper cuts. On the eve of

the festival, family members get together and have big meals. Then they watch

the Spring Festival Gala on TV. At midnight, they set off fireworks to welcome

the New Year. During the festival, kids get lucky money from old people. People

My favourite great book is The Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain.

Tom Sawyer is a lively and clever boy. He lives with his aunt Polly. His

aunt is strict with him, so he runs to an island in the middle of the

Mississippi River with two friends, Huck and Joe. With Huck, he goes looking for

treasure; with Becky, he gets lost in a cave. And finally Tom and Huck find a

box of gold. Tom is the hero of the story, but there are other important

characters. Becky is pretty with fair hair. Huck is Toms best friend, and Injun

Joe is the bad man of the story.

The theme of the story is to do with children growing up and becoming more

serious.

昨天上午的体育课上，我、赵子凯、杨可瑞和宋文修远，进行了一场激烈的篮球赛。

我和赵子凯组成一队，杨可瑞和宋文修远组成另一队。在赵子凯的一声令下，比赛就开始了。

我们先让宋文修远发球，宋文修远发球的时候，把球传给了杨可瑞，杨可瑞接球后，很快把球带到了篮筐下，可是杨可瑞并没准备投球，而是把球传给了离篮筐更近的宋文修远，这时赵子凯，来了个飞身抢球，断下了杨可瑞的传球，向篮筐迅速的奔去，到了篮筐前，赵子凯跳了起来，把球对着篮筐一投，球就进了篮筐，我高声的喊到：“我们进球了!”

第二局开始了，在杨可瑞正准备把球传给宋文修远的时候，发生了一件有趣的事情，由于杨可瑞传球时，把球传高了，结果打到了宋文修远的头，这时宋文修远对着杨可瑞大叫起来：“好疼啊!你在干什么啊?”我趁他们说话的机会，上前抢着篮球就跑，最终我把球投机了篮筐。

第三局开始了，杨可瑞来到球场的底线附近准备把球传给宋文修远，他正准备传时，我来了个飞身抢球，我用力一跳，用手一勾就把球从杨可瑞怀里抢了过来，接着我把球传给了赵子凯，赵子凯带球到达3分线外，只见他手一头，球应声入网，进了一个三分球。

最后比赛结束了，我们队以7比0的大比分战胜了杨可瑞和宋文修远。

Last week, my friend asked me to go to visit his hometown with him. I felt so excited and wanted to have a look at the scenery. My parents allowed and I planned to play for a week. I felt so free to leave home and could do what I wanted. I picked up the fruits and caught the fish in the clear river. It was such fun for me. places and wont make big noise, which provides an enjoyable environment for
