下午好!首先感谢你们在百忙之中抽出时间来参加我们的家长会，下面，由我来讲一下我班情况：

一、 班况分析：

本学期由我李老师两位老师担任我们小班的教育教学及保育工作，我们班共有30名幼儿，其中男孩19人，女孩11人，这30名孩子都是新入园的孩子。幼儿从父母身边离开家庭，到一个完全陌生的环境和人群中长时间的生活，很自然的会产生不安全感及不适应的反映，也会有很大的变化，从不认识老师到喜欢老师及喜欢幼儿园是要有一个过程的。这一个多月以来，我们把工作重点都放在安抚孩子情绪上，用各种各样的方法和形式，帮助幼儿熟悉环境，尽力降低孩子们的焦虑程度。如唱歌、讲故事、做游戏、看图书、玩玩具、去中心小学操场玩等，让幼儿喜欢幼儿园的生活，喜欢来幼儿园，喜欢与老师、小朋友一起玩儿，现在孩子们适应的很快，情绪基本稳定了。

通过开学这段时间观察，我们发现我班的孩子聪明、好学、接受能力强，动手操作能力强。如：孩子都能记住自己的号，大部分孩子会自己主动去喝水,上厕所;会自己吃饭等等。特别是在动手操作方面，比我想象的要强的多，穿珠珠，涂色等都非常有耐心，认真仔细。

我也从不同渠道了解到，大部分家长提到了幼儿的自理能力的培养和胆小不会交往等问题，还有孩子的学习问题。本学期我们将在孩子们的能力和习惯方面进行重点培养。下面我一一谈一下：

(一)、常规方面：本学期我们要教会幼儿饭前便后正确洗手，并用自己的毛巾擦手，能愉快地自己午睡，自己愉快的进餐，正确使用小勺、收拾碗勺，让幼儿知道自己的事情自己做，让幼儿知道主动喝水，并用自己的杯子等。增强孩子们的上课意识，规范坐姿，学习认真听讲和回答问题，练习站队，知道外出时要一个跟着一个走等等。通过各种教学活动,使孩子们学习有秩序的按规则做各种活动。

(二)、交往合作方面：现在部分孩子能友好交往，分享食物、物品，有事能主动请老师帮助解决，个别孩子做不到。本学期我们利用游戏和区域活动等,让幼儿通过微笑、请求、邀请等交往行为，尝试、练习社会交往技能和策略，使幼儿保持活泼愉快的情绪，在日常生活中逐渐学会使用礼貌用语，见到老师要问好，走时要说再见，不打人，不骂人，学会说对不起、没关系等礼貌用语。能分清自己和别人的东西，逐步克服以自我为中心，提高孩子交往合作方面的能力。

(三)、语言表达：个别幼儿发音不清楚，我们会单独纠正。许多家长曾经给我们说孩子性格内向，希望锻炼孩子敢于在集体面前表现自己。针对这个问题我们将采取了一系列的活动让孩子开口说话，如：早餐后、午餐和晚餐前跟同伴讲讲喜欢的话题，鼓励胆小的幼儿在小朋友面前大胆表演，鼓励全班小朋友在大家面前讲故事，表演等。个别幼儿对于老师的问话不回答，也不作出反应，我觉得这是个习惯问题，我们应该告诉他学会尊重别人。

(四)、自我服务方面：小班的孩子自理能力差，孩子吃饭、入厕、穿鞋等还需要老师的帮助。本学期我们教育幼儿学会做一些力所能及的事情(如:洗手,吃饭,上厕所,安静的入睡，自己穿脱鞋子等),让幼儿知道自己的事情自己做，在这些方面我们也希望家长朋友能够密切配合，在家中的时候，也让孩子自己的事情自己做。

(五)、动手操作方面：俗话说“心灵手巧”，幼儿的认识和能力都是在动手操作过程中建构的，孩子们的动手能力有待逐步提高，我们通过开展区域活动,结构游戏和穿鞋比赛活动，进一步提高孩子们的动手操作能力。请家长在家中为幼儿准备一把小剪刀。

二、教育教学

本学期我们使用的是新版的教材，新版教材吸收了国内课程研究的最新成果，突出了“因地制宜实施素质教育，为幼儿一生发展打好基础”的教育思想，注重家庭及社区丰富的教育资源。以主题活动的形式整合幼儿发展的五大领域，并配有幼儿用书。符合幼儿身心发展特点和学习特点。如：“我爱幼儿园”主要是老师带幼儿参观幼儿园，让孩子们知道幼儿园是小朋友的乐园等。我们班每天每周上什么课，都贴在门口每个主题都有家长配合的内容，请家长关注 。

三、本学期的主要活动

1.教幼儿广播操及律动

2.结合秋季组织幼儿秋游活动。带领幼儿感知秋天、认识秋天。

3.十一月组织穿鞋比赛。

4.加强体育锻炼，开展玩沙包的活动。

5、学期末开展家长开放日活动。

四、需要家长配合的工作：

我们的工作离不开家长的支持和配合，为了孩子能健康成长，希望家长们对孩子出现的问题及时与我们联系沟通，使家园教育一致，本学期需家长协助的工作有：

1、接送孩子的问题。安全问题是幼儿园的头等大事。早上按时送幼儿来园(8：00前);家长一定要亲自接送孩子，将孩子交到老师手中，晚上接孩子如果确实有事来不了，一定要提前给班上老师打招呼，没有通知，我们不能让孩子离园。

2、如果幼儿有特殊病史或生病(手术)，请提前通知班上老师。另外，现在正是秋季传染病流行季节，为了孩子的健康，请家长带孩子少去公共场合。

3、及时疏导孩子的不良情绪。家长的评价标准应该从“今天吃的什么”到“今天学了什么”最后转变为“你今天在园高兴吗?你为什么事情高兴?”等。

4、请家长给孩子做一个沙包、毽子，拿几个旺旺瓶做成高跷，以备开展丰富多彩的体育活动。

五、提出宝贵意见

如对教师或者幼儿园有什么意见当面提出来，我们会尽最大努力满足家长的需求。

我六年级时，有这样一位英语老师，尽管她其貌不扬，但我仍然喜欢她。不仅因为她的和蔼可亲，还有，她那一颗如金子一般美好的心灵，难道不值得我敬佩吗？那是一个下雨天，我忘了带雨伞。但周围却没人借给我。“完了，这下要淋成落汤鸡了！”我这样想道。“诶，王楚，你没带雨伞吗？”一声亲切的话语传进我的耳朵。“华…华老师好。”我激灵的打了个冷颤。老师走到我身边，和我交谈着：“怎么这么不小心，你感冒啦？……走，到我家去取取暖！”我不好意思了起来：“老师，我自己能走回去的，不用麻烦了。”我快速的跑了回去。

到第二天去上学的时候，我又撞见了华老师：“老师好。”说完后，我飞速的骑自行车抢先到学校里。要知道，昨天我没领老师的情，闯了大祸那还得了，不赶紧逃的是笨蛋呢！

转眼到了英语课上，我可怎么办呀？“零零零…”上课铃打响了。我浑浑噩噩的打开书，默默地祈祷起来：老师，昨天是我不好，您千万别见怪呀。

我折起一只千纸鹤，正巧，被老师见着了，可她却没怪我，你说奇不奇？放学后，老师叫我到办公室去，她语重心长地告诉我：“王楚，你是个聪明孩子，但为什么上课时心猿意马呢？我们一起来分析这个问题好不好？”

我把事情的经过告诉了华老师，老师先是一愣，继而大笑起来：“昨天的是我并没有见怪，是你误会了吧！”我和老师一起笑了。

啊，华老师！你是我心中最尊敬的人，马上要离别母校了，但愿您不要牵挂我和全体学生，我向你敬礼了！

“叮铃铃”早读铃响了，我们的英语老师走进课室，说“请大家拿出书本早读。”

早读开始了，我们齐刷刷的拿出书本，开始读第一单元，就在这时，只见英语老师突然的用手拍了一下桌子，说“：伍文翔，你在干嘛。“我们一看，哦，原来伍文翔又没有带英语书，而且还在座位玩手指。伍文翔好像没有听到老师说的话一样，还在座位继续玩手指，英语老师看到这个情况，火气马上从肚子直接升到头顶，火冒三丈的向伍文翔走去，伍文翔看到这里时，马上不玩手指，乖乖的坐好，可是，英语老师还是怒气冲冲，在伍文翔面前大声的说”：你在干嘛。“伍文翔说“：我忘记带书本。”英语老师听到这句话后，大发雷霆，大声的吼伍文翔说“：你没有带书本，不会和同学一起看吗？要在那里玩手指”伍文翔说“：我不是和梁晓彤一起看吗？”英语老师听到这句话后，脸涨得红彤彤的，说“：你们离得这么远，怎么看，你有望远镜吗？”伍文翔看到老师的脸色，变得面如土色，英语老师拿着一根棍子用力的去打伍文翔的手，英语老师打完伍文翔之后，伍文翔坐在座位大声的哭，英语老师又大声的对我们说”以后谁要是和伍文翔一样，上课做别的东西的话，就和伍文翔一样的下场。”

这就是我们的英语老师发火的时候。

尊敬的各位家长：

您们好!感谢你们在百忙之中抽时间来参加今晚的家长会和长期以来对学校、对我们班工作的大力支持和帮助。我们今天能有机会坐在一起，是为了一个共同的目的，那就是为了孩子的学习、为了孩子的进步、为了孩子的明天。借这次期中考试，我们召开这个家长会，主要目的也是希望家长多了解孩子的在校表现，加强你们和学校之间的联系，希望家长进一步配合老师，做好一些工作，让孩子们学得更好，取得更好的成绩!

第一方面：班级介绍

半个学期以来，整体看来，学生进步都很大，从刚入学的时候注意力不集中，到现在基本能跟上老师的思路或者说能积极动脑，特别是学校开展班级评比，大家集体荣誉感都增强了，卫生纪律方面都有明显的进步，学习也认真了，作业完成也得又快又好，还有很多方面我就不一一举例了。

第二方面：说说期中检测。

当家长拿到试卷的时候，有喜有忧，喜的是孩子考到了好成绩，忧的是孩子的成绩不理想，其实这正是有关专家早就预料到的，新课程改使孩子的两极分化越来越明显。当你看到孩子的成绩时，不知你有没有想过你为孩子在学习上付出了多少心血，当然，现在的社会并不是一味地看分数，他们更关注的是孩子的能力，注重孩子的全面发展，教师的目标也是一样的。不过，从这张试卷上也可以看出一些问题。很多孩子分析能力判断能力还有待加强。

第三方面：经验交流

1.激发孩子的识字兴趣。

现在有不少家长已经发现生字教学越来越难，如何让孩子对学习生字感兴趣，不仅是老师的责任，也是家长的责任。平时，随时随地都可以让孩子识生字，比如：上街，可以和孩子一起看路边的招牌;逛商场，认识商品标签上的事物名称等等。这样，孩子识字的兴趣可能会更浓。

2.关心孩子的学习。

有的家长总说孩子在家不肯读书，反映的家长很多，我知道，现在都是独生子女，都非常的溺爱孩子，事事都顺着他，使他养成以自我为中心，自私的人，我想，你肯定不希望这样，所以我想告诉你们一句话，教育孩子也是要有手段，有方法的，要有一定的奖罚制度，培养孩子积极的、健康的成长。

这就是说，达不到某个标准的时候，一定要有所限制，要惩罚，这个惩罚一定要剥夺他最喜欢的事情，这个时候不能心疼孩子，这没关系。但是他达到这个标准之后，你就得奖励他最喜欢的事情。孩子通过这样的调整，慢慢地就习惯了。习惯培养的奥秘，可以总结出一句话：培养好习惯用加法，改正坏习惯用减法。

3.有些题目孩子不懂，家长要耐心地解释题目的意思，鼓励孩子不懂就问。

但是家长最好不要直接把答案告诉他，我想只要你把题目解释清楚，孩子是能够自己解答的。我发现成绩不够理想的孩子，往往依赖性比较强，不愿独立思考，课堂上要么等着老师讲解，要么转来转去偷看。这几个同学在家里做作业也肯定很拖拉。家长要注意正确引导。

4.家长对孩子拿回家的单元检测卷不要只看分数，有时卷子难一点，可能大家都考得不好，要认真检查，帮助找问题，帮助孩子弄懂，督促孩子订正好，然后签好字。

4、孩子动作慢，怎么办。

首先要分析原因，是孩子不会做，还是懒得做。

我认为是孩子自己的事就尽量让他们自己做，家长不要包办。有些家长看孩子动作太慢，就帮孩子做，这样他永远也快不了。从慢到快肯定要有个过程，家长不要太着急，要多提供孩子锻炼的机会。

每个孩子都有一个家，家庭是孩子成长的第一所学校，父母是孩子的第一任老师。家庭环境的好坏，直接影响孩子能否健康成长。好并不是指富裕的家庭环境，而是指家风好。心理学家讲：1)如果孩子生活在批评中，便学会谴责;2)如果孩子生活在敌视中，便学会好斗;3)如果孩子生活在鼓励中，便学会自信;4)如果孩子生活在受欢迎的环境中，便学会喜欢别人;5)如果孩子生活在友谊中，会觉得生活在一个多么美好的世界。

家庭环境从一出生就影响着他们的心理发展和品德的形成。好的环境使孩子能保证健康成长。有些孩子却存在这样或那样的毛病，如：任性、易发脾气、激动、挑吃挑穿、不爱惜东西，生活自理能力差、不合群、不关心他人、妒忌心重，自我为中心，自卑、等等。最有效的解决办法是建立良好的家庭环境。家长的言行对孩子的影响是非常大的。

我非常理解做父母的心情。我们白天工作，晚上要担负起教育孩子的责任。好多家长晚上还有很多工作要做，非常辛苦。但是，大家再怎么忙，也不会忘记对孩子的教育和辅导。看到孩子一点点地长大，一点点地进步，内心是非常开心的。

各位家长，随着社会的进步和“科教兴国”战略的实施，下一代的教育问题已成为了社会普遍关注的热点和焦点，重视和改进家庭教育，已越来越成为广大教育工作者和家长的共识。但是在现实生活中，不容避讳的是，许多家长对怎样当好父母的紧迫性缺乏足够的认识，不懂得怎样教育孩子，对待孩子，或重智轻德，只关心孩子的考分;或信奉“棒头出孝子”，教育孩子简单粗暴;或对孩子过度溺爱，百般呵护……在家庭教育上形成的一个个误区，由此给孩子的心灵带来的负面影响，必将对孩子的一生造成延误。高尔基曾说：“爱自己的孩子这是连母鸡也会做的事，但如何教育好他们，却是一个严重的问题。”今天，我们召开本次家长会，就是希望家长们能一如既往地做好以下几点：

1、思想上要继续引导孩子。作为家长，我们平时要教育孩子爱劳动，讲文明，尊敬长辈，待人有礼。教育孩子该做的事，自己首先做好，以身作则的教育魅力是巨大的。在平时的生活中，我们发现一些孩子的坏习惯其实就是跟父母亲学的。试想一个做任何事都精益求精的家长，他的孩子一定是个认真细致的孩子;反之，生活在一个关系不和睦，环境脏乱的家庭中的孩子，他的行为也是粗鲁、暴躁的。“小树易直也易弯”，家长们，只要我们从小教育引导好孩子什么事该做，什么事不该做，那对孩子今后的成长是什么有利的。

2、行为要继续辅导孩子。比如，要积极培养孩子的自理能力，动手能力。我发现班里有一些孩子到现在书包都不会整理，自己的鞋带松了，也不会系，这可能与家长的包办有关系。其实在很多事上，我们家长只要多引导孩子，多辅导孩子，他们能做的很好。在学校里，我们就是放手让孩子自己去布置教室，自己去整理教室，有时还自己去排练节目，这样一点点放手锻炼，孩子的能力就慢慢提高了。

3、学习上要帮助孩子。有些家长总以自己忙找借口，对于孩子的学习很少过问。其实现代社会人人过着节奏紧张的生活。同样作为家长，我们身有体会。但是孩子的成长是我们的希望，我想大家每天抽出5-10分钟，还是可以的。如在饭后或者在餐桌上和孩子聊一聊学校的情况，问一问最近的学习的内容，然后帮助他默写一下词语，背诵一下古诗，出上几道数学题，甚至和他们一起读读课外书籍。这样既可以增进与孩子的亲密关系;还可以帮助孩子提高学习成绩，好处是多方面的。

我的英语老师长得可漂亮了！

她那张尖尖的瓜子脸上有着一头黄黑相间的长发，每当上课的时候，老师都扎着一个马尾辫，看起来可真是精神抖擞啊！老师脸上最美丽的，当然是她浓黑眉毛下的那一双水汪汪的大眼睛，时不时会发出智慧的光芒，真是让人羡慕啊！她的身材特别苗条，穿上大红裙，配上银光闪闪的高跟鞋，简直是位美丽而温柔的仙女！

不过温柔的仙女有时也会为一些调皮的同学而大发雷霆，当她发火时，大家都屏住呼吸，连那小小的针掉下来，都可以听见。

英语老师的兴趣爱好非常广泛，有时会做一些美丽的小手工，有时会组织一些好玩的游戏给我们一起玩，时而还会哼哼唱唱……

英语老师的课真有趣啊！她总会想出许多好玩的游戏让我们在玩中学，学中玩。让我印象最深的就是“介绍木偶”，同学们按照老师的要求做了小木偶，只见大家制作的木偶各种各样，让人看得眼花缭乱。大家争着抢着要展示自己的木偶，一个个小手举得老高老高，老师看到我坐得端端正正的，奖励我和同桌第一个上台表演，我们带着激动而又喜悦的心情介绍了我们的小木偶。细心的英语老师，还会一边鼓励我们讲得很精彩，一边用手机给我们记录着，回到家，再看着英语老师给我们录的小片段，真让人回味无穷，英语老师的课堂可真有魅力啊！

郭老师是我们的班主任兼英语老师。她有着国字形的脸，看起来很对称。虽然是女老师，但眉宇中却透着一股威严，说起话来干脆利落，我爸爸就说我们班主任是巾帼不让须眉。她对我们要求特别严格，一切按班规办事，不管谁违反规定，决对定“斩”不饶。郭老师的英语非常棒，我想在全校是数一数二的，教学非常严谨。我在上小学时，自以为英语学的很不错。刚入初中时，班主任让每个人做一个座右铭。由于受《天天向上》这个娱乐节目影响的缘故，我加上了一句DAYDAYUP，郭老师看到后，很快帮我纠正了这个中国式英语的错误。作为班主任，郭老师对每个学生都严格要求。她有一套“来无影，去无踪”的神技。虽然，她表面上对我们不闻不问，可是对我们的情况了如指掌。有好几次上别的课时，有人小声说话，课后老师对那些同学说“你们，给我出来一趟”(这是老师最经典的话)。吓得他们腿都软了，其他同学吓得也是后背直冒凉气，甚至怀疑班主任有“千里眼”或“顺风耳”。不过如果哪位同学有了那怕一丁点儿的进步，她也会有世上最好听的语言来表扬他。说实在的，现在的学生都是独生子女，在家里都是娇生惯养的，确实需要一个严格的老师来为我们的成长保驾护航。英语老师——我们的良师益友。
