一、尊重孩子。每个人都渴望得到别人的尊重，孩子也同样。一个孩子得到大人的尊重，长大后他也就会懂得该如何去尊重他人。教育专家介绍，孩子最初的受人尊重的感觉是从父母那里得到的，尊重别人的意识也是在日常生活中的细小之事不断强化而逐渐建立起来的。孩子是鲜活的生命，同样有丰富的情感和个性，只有充分尊重孩子，才能使他健康、快乐、全面地发展。

谈到尊重，作为父母，首先要放下架子，把自己放在与孩子平等的位置上，不要一味地高高在上，也不要总是迁就盲从，要努力寻求与孩子心理上的沟通与默契。

另外尊重孩子，就要给孩子一定的自由空间。尊重孩子的隐私，不强迫孩子公开自己的小秘密，不得到孩子的允许，不随意翻动孩子的东西，不要随意给孩子下消极的断言，不要经常将孩子和别人相比较，特别不要以他人之长比孩子之短，不要让孩子相形见绌;不逼着孩子去做他力所不能及的事情，不将自己过高的期望强加给孩子。

作为父母，应随着孩子年龄的增长和独立意识的增强，通过各种方式以实际行动给予孩子支持，如对孩子表示信任、让孩子拥有独立的空间、给孩子支配时间的自主权、尊重孩子的选择、善待孩子的朋友等等。让孩子不管在学习生活还是为人处世的时候总是自我感觉良好，总是感觉自己可以是一个独立的小大人。

当然，尊重孩子并不是一味地顺从孩子，而应追求尊重与要求的和谐统一。爱孩子，尊重孩子，使他们从中感受到父母的爱和自身的价值，并由此学会尊重父母、尊重老师、尊重他人。

二、重视健康。我这里所说的健康不仅包括身体的健康成长，也包括课业的健康学习，更包括心理的健康发展和人格的健全培养。

高中阶段仍是长身体的关键时期，需要均衡的营养和充足的睡眠来保证身体成长发育之需，健康强壮的体魄是革命的本钱，只有身体好了，才能学习好。高中三年，孩子们的起居饮食都在学校，我们家长也鞭长莫及，这一点就要有劳学校花点心思，努力营造更加优良更加绿色的饮食起居环境，让孩子真正享受到“家”的感觉。我知道，永嘉中学的食宿环境是永嘉县一流的，早就达到省一类标准，我只是斗胆给学校提点作为家长的殷切心声，有句话不是说“没有最好，只有更好”嘛，希望学校领导以人为本，用更人文的食宿管理来照顾好我们的孩子，让孩子开心地生活，让家长们无后顾之忧。

其次，作为家长，还要关注孩子课业学习的健康。要根据孩子的实际情况，根据课程的实际情况，教育孩子，既均衡分配又要突出自己的优势，关键在课堂，功夫在课外，既能紧张地学习，又能轻松地娱乐，劳逸结合，才能百战不殆。

三、适当沟通。人和人是需要沟通的，父母和孩子之间也不例外。我认为，如果能找到适当的时空跟孩子心平气和地好好沟通，互相了解，换位思考，多给孩子一些理解和关爱，那么这种努力一定会有收益。把孩子当朋友，多理解，多表扬，多鼓励，少批评，少指责，更不能打骂。我所说的“适当沟通”，言外之意就是有些时候有些事情，我们不必时时事事亲自询问，有时知道了也装作不知晓，留给孩子一些自我认识的空间，让他自己思考反省，也许经过他自己内心的警醒感悟，明白的道理会更加深刻，会更加记忆犹新，效果会更显著。

第一、要疼爱孩子。各位做父母的都知道疼爱自己的孩子，但在目前社会背景下，我们应该怎样疼爱孩子呢?那就从教育孩子做起吧，如果我们每一个家长的都能把自己的孩子培养成一个有利于亲人，有益于社会的人，就是对孩子，也是对社会尽了责任。我最近读到一篇文章，题目是《只能陪你一程》其中有这样一段话：“每个人都是穿插在他人生活中的一个片断，这注定你永远只能陪人一程。你爱自己的父母，希望他们长命百岁，但你再孝顺，他们也会走在你前面，你只能陪父母一程。你喜欢自己的儿女，时刻梦想，用自己的身躯为他们遮风挡雨，总有一天，你也要走在他们前面，你只能陪孩子一程”。这段话给我们以这样的启示：只能陪父母一程，我们就要珍惜时间孝顺他们;只能陪儿女一程，我们就要抓紧时间陪着他们。钱乃是身外之物，名利是过眼云烟。尽心尽力陪着孩子就是对他们最深的爱。

第二、要熟悉孩子。我们要善于探索总结孩子的成长规律，了解孩子的性格。我们跟自己的孩子除了是父子，父女，母子，母女关系外，还应该是兄弟姊妹关系，是朋友关系。我们应该了解自己孩子的兴趣，爱好，喜怒哀乐。应该常跟自己的孩子沟通交流，应该知道孩子的每次考试成绩，应该记住班上各科老师的联系电话，并经常同他们保持联系等等。如果没做到这些，我们就不能算是称职的父母和家长。

第三、要宽容孩子。对孩子我们应该多一点理解，少一点抱怨;多一点宽容，少一点苛求。万万不可求全责备。伟人都会犯错误，我们在座家长也会犯错，那么我们为什么要求孩子一贯正确呢?有的家长平时不怎么管孩子，一到考试看到自己孩子成绩不好，分数考得低，就知道责骂，从不从自身找原因。当然考第一的学生，不可能永远都是第一。我们应该引导孩子正确对待成功与失败，做到成功不骄傲，失败不气馁，应该多鼓励孩子。因为好孩子是夸出来的。

第四、要正确引导孩子。种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆。不同的教育方法，会收到不同的效果。我们同孩子朝夕相处，自己的一言一行对他们起到潜移默化的作用。我们不能在教育孩子是一套，自己的言行又是一套。如果我们斤斤计较，要求孩子宽以待人;我们自己虐待老，要求孩子孝敬父母;我们自己不读书看报，要求孩子认真学习;我们自己打牌赌博，要求孩子不上网游戏,我们自己用钱大手大脚，要求孩子勤俭节约。你们想一想，这样能收到好的教育结果吗?所以我们做家长的一定要对孩子有正确的引导，使他们成为品学兼优的好孩子。

一、让孩子快乐的学习。学习是一生的功课，不要让孩子感到学习是一种负担，是一种压力，而要让他在快乐中接受，在微笑中体会，这一点孩子在读课文时我感受最深。她一边读课文，一边做动作，非常形象生动，或悲或喜、或哭或闹，高兴的、伤心的、夸张地，都在她的动作里一览无余，就这样，一篇课文、一个故事，她能非常生动地表演出来，背古诗她有时也会用一幅图画表现出来，她说，这样学习既轻松，又快乐，也很容易记住内容。

二、多一些表扬和鼓励。我们知道，表扬能使人创造奇迹，过多的批评会导致孩子过多的自责。孩子有了进步，随时鼓励表扬她，让她有成就感，促使她再接再励;孩子退步了，也不要气馁，千万不要当面数落她，更不能拿自己的孩子和别的孩子作比较。这样会挫伤孩子的积极性和自尊心，有一次，我拿孩子和别的小朋友比，她不高兴了，“你总是拿我的短处和别人的长处比，为什么不拿我的长处和别人的短处比”。是的，我们每个孩子身上都有很多闪光点，家长如果经常表扬鼓励孩子，孩子一定会有更出色的表现。

三、培养孩子的兴趣爱好。作为家长，我们都希望自己的孩子能够琴棋书画样样精通。我认为，一定要尊重孩子自己的选择，孩子自己喜欢了，她就愿意去学，就会学得很好，我的孩子很喜欢画画，我把她的每一幅画都收集起来，有的剪下来贴在墙上，然后在上面写上英语单词，她经常会欣赏自己的画，轻松的读出单词，这样不仅能提高她的绘画积极性，也能轻松学会英语单词。

四、不做“唠叨”家长。以前，我是事无巨细。因为妻子在乡下教书，晚上才能回家。因此有体育课是我常叮嘱孩子穿球鞋带饮料，上美术课叮嘱她带剪刀、画笔，早上出门为她整理衣服，提醒她带饭盒，就这样全身心地为她服务，我都成了她的贴身保姆了。她还总是说：“知道了，知道了，唠叨爸爸”，这段时间，我不再提醒她，虽然有时她也忘了带水，忘了带画笔，一回家就说我渴死了，或是老师批评我了。但这时，她也已经知道这些生活、学习上的事都是她自己的事，她应该对自己的行为负责。

孩子是我们的希望，也是祖国的未来。相信我们的孩子，今天，她们只是家中一棵小小的盆景，明天，在广阔的天地里，她们一定会长成一棵棵参天大树。

我们班有一位漂亮可爱的英语老师。她有一头披肩的波浪发，一双炯炯有神的眼睛，还有一张能说会道的嘴。她姓沈，故而大家都叫她“MissShen”。

我们非常喜欢MissShen上的英语课，因为她经常会给我们做一些稀奇古怪但颇好玩的游戏。

这天，上课铃声刚响过，MissShen便微笑着走进教室，故作神秘地说：“今天，我们先认真上课，然后要做一个与之有关的很好玩的游戏哦！”同学们听了，虽然不清楚MissShen又想出了什么新游戏，但个个一脸的期待，全神贯注地投入到学习中去了。

终于，讲完了新课。MissShen宣布：“现在，我们开始游戏！我会将一个同学请到讲台上，让他转过身，然后将一张单词卡片藏在某个同学的课桌里。这个时候，讲台上的同学转身来寻找卡片。当他越来越接近卡片的藏身之处，同学们就大声拼读那个单词，反之，他越走越远，同学们就小声读。知道了吗？”

“知道了！”大家异口同声地回答，同时也忍不住摩拳擦掌起来。

游戏开始了，MissShen兴致勃勃地在旁边指挥，其他同学大声或小声读着单词。找卡片的同学东奔西走，远离目标时便急得抓耳挠腮，靠近目标时更是找得满头大汗……同学们玩得不亦乐乎，争着抢着要去做找东西的人，MissShen也乐在其中。

一节课很快过去，同学们在不知不觉中已经把那些较长的单词记住了。

MissShen，把有趣的游戏融入到枯燥的英语单词记忆中，让同学们轻轻松松学好了英语。我们都很喜欢她！

我们的英语老师真有趣。他，大约四五十来岁。他黑黑的皮肤，身穿一件漂白的衬衫。他慈祥的脸上已被岁月无情地刻下了道道“印迹”_皱纹。他高挺的鼻梁上夹着一副金丝边框的眼镜，活脱脱一位文质彬彬的诗人。眼镜下一双炯炯有神的小眼睛，孤溜溜得转着。鼻梁下一只红润的嘴，嘴唇极薄透着机敏和灵气，冷不防，还会蹦出几句耳目一新的话，让我们开怀大笑。这就是我们的英语老师！

开学都好几天了！教室里同学们还在叽叽喳喳。忆往昔峥嵘岁月我们的欢笑声掩盖了闷热的天气。闷热的天气被晾在一旁，因为插不上嘴，便发起火来，教室很快变成蒸笼。“叮铃铃~”我们拖着沉重的步伐极不情愿地踏着铃声回到了各自座位。english老头儿（英语老师的别称，这当然也是我们的杰作）也如约而至。教室里静得出奇（也许是为了给老师留个好印象，所以各各做个乖孩子）。english老头儿貌似对我们的言行举止表示怀疑。

随后，他又点了几位同学上去板书26个英文字母。我暗暗地想：“不会有人这都不会写吧！那这也忒让我无语了吧！”我以迅雷不及掩耳之势拿出文具，三下五除二的把这些ko了。在我耳畔想起了笔尖触碰白纸的发出声音“刷刷~”我抬头一看——黑板。我彻底石化了！不禁在心里暗自叫道“还有这样的人啊！……

没等我想完，english老头儿便开始讲。着准备将下一题，english老头儿一看，瞬间呆滞。我心里暗暗的叫道“不好，教室里又将掀起一场腥风血雨！”没一会功夫，english老头儿犹如幡然醒悟（毕竟身为资深讲师，还是要救场滴）我们看着黑板上孤零零的“g”和“j”竟被写反了。我们哄堂大笑了起来。一阵笑声之后，我们屏住气等待着english老头儿的勃然大怒，然后拂袖而去。可是，令我们做梦都想不到的一幕竟然发生了。english老头儿笑着说：“这真是大千世界，无奇不有啊，“g”和“j”都能被写反！不错啊！”瞬间教室像炸开了锅似得。再一次进入高潮。我在心里暗暗地为他们捏了一把汗。

但高潮过后，我们都低下头，陷入例如无边的沉寂，和深深的反思……室外，几片泛黄的叶子在地上打着旋儿，室内，english老头儿继续着他的讲课……

昨天,我到学校的时候,我的同桌对我说;咱们英语王老师从今往后在也不教咱们英语了.我说;这怎么可能.他说;是别的同学告诉我的.

最后他还跟我说是因为王老师找到工作了,所以才被掉走了.最终我还是没有相信他.

可是,在我去办公室改错题的时候我才发现王老师真的不教我们英语了.这时候我感觉我一定是看错了.等我回到教室的时候很多同学都说王老师掉走了,而且还换了一个男英语老师.

到了上英语课的时候,果然换了一个英语老师,我很后悔,王老师没有早一点跟我们说.可是这个老师刚进来就跟我们说;你们想不想见一个人呀.同学们都不约而同地回答到;想.其实我们早就知道是王老师,王老师一近来我们就都哭了.因为王老师教了我们四年.我知道王老师肯定是第一个来看的我们班.王老师还说有时间会回来看我们的.到了下午的时候王老师走了.我和我的同伴去送走了王老师.

我想王老师一定会回来看我们的.我一定要好好学习,不辜负王老师的期望.

Of all teachers who have taught me since my early childhood, the most unforgettable one is my first English teacher in college, Ms. Zhang. "Rely on yourself and be a man," Ms. Zhangs inspiring words have been echoing in my mind. I will work harder and try my utmost to lay a solid foundation for my future career. Only by so doing can I repay Ms. Zhangs kindness and live up to her expectations of me, that is, to become a useful person and contribute to society.

There are six teachers in my class. I like my English teacher, Miss He most. She is a young lady, about twenty five years old. I like her most because I think she is a good teacher. She is very serious and patient to us. The English class is always interesting, because she tries her best to make it well. Miss He has a lot of knowledge and she always tells us her experience of learning English. She encourages us to study hard.

首先感谢大家百忙之中来参加本次家长会，感谢家长对学校及老师工作的大力支持与理解，也感谢大家对孩子教育问题的关心。在这里允许我代表我自己和所有的任课教师对大家的到来表示感谢。

今天能有机会和各位家长及孩子们坐在一起，是为了一个共同的目的，那就是为了孩子的学业、为了孩子的进步、为了孩子的明天。众所周知，七年级是极其重要的一个学习阶段，学生已经熟悉了学校的一切，他们认为自己已长大,自以为是,不希望别人多管束,然而这又是青春期,心理发育的重要阶段,学生处于一种盲目自信的阶段,做事、学习凭兴趣，凭心情，逆反心理更强，甚至有的专门和家长与老师作对，以此显示自我个性。这一学年又是关键的一年，是一个基础。

今天的会议有四项议程：

一、学校概况介绍

二、学生代表发言

三、班主任做具体汇报：

(一)、班级基本情况

我简单介绍一下班级情况。本班目前有56位学生，其中女生24位，男生22 位。这几个月下来之后，我觉得班级学生整体表现很不错，对于管理班级，我主要从良好的习惯养成入手，卫生纪律主要由班干部负责，我主要抓学习，定时和学习委员、课代表联系，掌握完成作业情况、课堂学习情况，及时谈话沟通，了解学生学习上的问题。并通过学生的学习方法交流来提高学生的学习效率。最近同几位课任老师交流，现在班级上课纪律良好，作业收交情况比较好，班级的各项工作开展的也很不错。应该说这是一个很好的势头。这学期以来我要求学生以积极向上的态度对待学习生活，以“拼搏三年、赢得一生”作为我们班班训。希望每一个孩子都能认真对待自己的生活，仔细思考自己的人生。我想这也应该是我们家长的共同愿望吧。

(二)、本班自开学以来存在的问题

针对以上问题，经过班委会讨论，班级制定了《班级公约》，并且组织了多次次主题班会，通过学生对自身的优点和长处的认识及欣赏，从而陪养学生对生活、对学习的信心，也就是让他们认识到自己并不是一无是处，消除他们的自卑感。同时通过自测，使他们了解学习的四个环节(课前预习、课堂学习、课后复习、作业练习)的特点，并根据这些特点制定相应的学习策略。使不同同学取得了初步的成效，以后班级还要坚持多开展一些这类的活动。

(三)、月考考试情况

月考考试是对学生一段时间以来学习情况的检测，结果还是令人比较满意的。大部分同学成绩较开学时都有进步，其中一部分同学的进步还是很大的，其中最突出的问题就是偏科严重(跛脚现象严重)，要引起重视。希望家长配合教育。

(四)、给家长的几点建议：

1、要掌握孩子特点，有的放矢的进行教育，在教育上更应讲究方式方法，态度不能粗暴，语言不能过激。

家长要尽量抽时间与孩子们在一起，经常与孩子沟通，学会平等地与孩子一起看待他们成长中遇到的问题。平时要和孩子多交流，询问学习情况，不能等成绩出来了，问题出来了才想到去关心孩子。寻常的交谈会引起孩子的兴趣，产生亲近感。关注孩子的心理问题，关注青春期的早恋问题。独生子女容易以自我为中心，事实上光靠老师教育还是软弱的，家长更应关注。在教育孩子的时候要把握好尺度。特别是纠正孩子的关键性缺点时一定要考虑成熟，选择最佳地点和时机;采用适当的方式。

3、要多给孩子一点信心，做孩子成长的强有力的后盾。

由于孩子的个体差异，免不了成绩有好有坏，孩子由于不肯学习，导致成绩差，我们就应该适当的批评，如果孩子很尽力了，成绩却不怎么理想，我们更应该给他信心，而不是一味的给他泼冷水。这样反而会使他对学习产生反感的情绪。多听听孩子的心声，不要一味地去斥责孩子，帮助他们分析存在的问题，寻找对策，那样孩子才不至于产生逆反心理。才愿意和你交流。面对行为习惯差的孩子，家长不应该一味的责备，更不应该放弃。要多鼓励，给他们以自信，培养他们积极乐观的人生态度，善于发现他们的长处，耐心地引导孩子正确地看待自己的不足，共同制订计划帮助他们改正缺点。有时候家长的一句话，一个眼神，一个动作都可能对孩子产生很大的影响，甚至是刻骨铭心的。正面的鼓励赏识是促成孩子成功的有效途径。

4、要与老师坦诚相待，保持一致，形成教育的合力

在现代社会里，家长必须依靠学校让孩子接受系统的知识学习，在这一点上，家长无法取学校教育。另一方面，学校只能承担起教育孩子的一部分，家长如果把教育责任全推给老师，是一种失职。尤其是品德教育，习惯养成，性格培养等重要教育任务，更需要家长与教师的合作，才能完成。当然相当多的家长都很重视家庭与学校的教育合力。在这种情况下，我认为家长与老师要坦诚相待，相互交流，相互包容。作为家长，要正确对待教师的不足，人无完人，教师的教育水平有高有低，出现失误和不足在所难免。家长应与老师沟通解决分歧和看法，一定要维护教师在孩子心目中的威信，不能在孩子面前议论老师的不足和短处，更不能贬低老师，坚定地站在学校老师一边，同样老师也会维持家长的形象，那样教育才能形成合力。

各位家长，随着社会的进步，下一代的教育问题已成为了社会普遍关注的热点和焦点，重视和改进家庭教育，已越来越成为广大教育工作者和家长的共识。但是在现实生活中，不容避讳的是，许多家长对怎样当好父母的紧迫性缺乏足够的认识，不懂得怎样教育孩子，对待孩子，或重智轻德，只关心孩子的考分;或信奉“棒头出孝子”，教育孩子简单粗暴;或对孩子过度溺爱，百般呵护……在家庭教育上形成的一个个误区，由此给孩子的心灵带来的负面影响，必将对孩子的一生造成延误。所以我再次希望各位家长与我们共同协作，积极配合为孩子美好的明天而努力吧!

四、家长们提出自己的意见和建议

进入高中，考上好大学是学生、家长、老师的共同心愿。而且这也必须是三方共同努力才能达到的目标，因此也要请家长同志对学校和老师的工作多加支持。下面就请家长们对班级管理及其他方面提出合理化意见和建议。
