首先感谢各位能在百忙之中抽出时间来参加这个聚会，因为孩子的缘分，才使咱们今天有机会相聚在一起，共同交流和探讨教育孩子的心得体会。这样更能加强老师与家长之间的联系，相互交流孩子在校园及在家的情况，以便我们能够及时调整工作，提高教育教学质量，总之一句话，就是“一切为了孩子”。这是我们教育的一个根本出发点。我也相信，有了这个出发点，我们的家长会一定能够达到预期的效果，取得圆满的成功!今天我就抓紧时间借此机会来交流一下与孩子有关的各方面的问题。

一、安全工作方面

1、幼儿园主要工作就是安全方面的教育 所以我们坚持每天晨检，保证幼儿不带危险物品入园，如发现情况及时处理，并教育幼儿，并与其家长沟通。

2、平时注意预防烫伤幼儿，都是我们老师帮助幼儿接开水 待 温热时再给幼儿喝 并提醒幼儿随时注意别烫着。

3、坚持每天午检，中午值班，加倍照看好幼儿，不忽视午休的幼儿，尤其是服药幼儿和体弱幼儿。巡视幼儿是否有不良的睡眠习惯、是否生病等等，并及时给予妥善处理。

4、下午离园时候组织幼儿安静的集体活动，如念儿歌、听故事、看电视等。对于不认识的人来接幼儿 我们一定要打电话给该幼儿家长 确定后在放人 。防止幼儿走失和拐骗幼儿现象发生。

5、严格执行卫生安全消毒制度，保证教室每天开窗通风、保持干净;保证桌椅的安全、卫生;定期消毒玩具;保证幼儿的水杯每天清洗;保证寝室干净、并按时消毒。在天气好的时候让家长或是我们自己帮幼儿晾晒被褥，及时预防传染病的发生。严格填写考勤单，及时清点人数。

6、户外活动时，认真检查活动场地的安全性，及时排除不安全因素，保障幼儿安全。

7、教育幼儿自觉的排队洗手、喝水、小便， 不得插队 拥挤等。

8、为确保上下楼的安全，教育幼儿做到不推拉、不跳台阶。一级一级慢慢上下，不推不挤小朋友。

9、教育幼儿不跟陌生人走，不吃陌生人给的东西。懂得不能随便离开成人或集体。

10、提醒幼儿不将手放在门缝间、桌子间、椅子间、以免挤伤。

11、教育幼儿不把纸团、扣子、拉链等塞到耳、鼻、嘴里。

12、在教学活动中渗透有关的安全知识，让幼儿知道110、120、119紧急呼叫电话的号码和用途，遇到紧急情况，能呼叫求救。

二、卫生方面

我园有三个班 但是每个班都没有保洁阿姨 虽然这样 我们老师也是坚持每天早上打扫卫生，保持室内外的整洁，幼儿的水杯要求家长每天清洗一次，玩具每周消毒一次。椅子定期擦洗等，保证了幼儿舒适、整洁的生活和学习环境。教育孩子们 饭前便后要洗手 孩子们各方面与上学期相比进步很大,已经能较好的适应幼儿 园的集体生活。特别是自理能力有了很大的提高。

三 ，常规方面

由于中班孩子身体发育迅速, 孩子有太多的精力想发泄,活泼好动的他们在课堂常规上就出现了两个问题:1、部分孩子的注意力不集中,总喜欢想一些或做一些与课上无关的事;2、一些孩子在举手发言方面比较被动,而有的孩子很希望发言却忘了要举手,想说就说,十分的随意。比如，田克树 其实她是个很能说会道的，很爱表现自己的孩子，他每次回答老师的问题都声音响亮，但唯一的缺点就是爱插嘴，或者是举了手在那喊“我我我”，很明显可可的常规意识还不是很强。在这方面我们班做得较好的幼儿是焦恒阳 彭文慧 小朋友，他们上课真得很棒 另外就是排队，排队基本能做到静， 快 ，起 ， 这个训练主要是靠音乐的力量， 我们班共分为 苹果宝宝， 和蜜蜂宝宝 ，上次厕所喝水都是分组去 只要老师唱33 32 1 ....

四 教学方面

从开学初到现在，我们园内侧重点在于幼儿的养成教育。养成教育是培养孩子良好行为习惯的教育。一共有一下几点 1 礼貌教育 我发现我们班的孩子基本上都很有礼貌，看见老师能主动问早，问好，离园能主动跟老师说再见。有的孩子甚至能用英语与老师问好，我们班呢还 有个别幼儿 还是需要在老师或家长的提醒下向老师问早道别。

2 我们还将注重培养幼儿良好的学习习惯——倾听的习惯。让幼儿养成良好的倾听习惯，比如字宝宝书和英语 以及我们六大领域上面的儿童诗 是早读的主要内容 并且要求小朋友养成手指字 耳朵听眼睛看书不出声的好习惯 对其今后的发展相当重要。它是幼儿进入学习的重要手段。

4 就是写字的培养 首先学会握笔 再让他喜欢写字 还有你要告诉她，现在上中班长大了 要学习新本领 那就是写字 学会写字的小朋友，老师会在你的作业本子上面画棒棒糖 或聪明星。 你会写字就表示你很厉害 ，很聪明。 但是一次就不要写太多了 特别刚刚开始的时候 只要他一写字你就要表扬他，他们写字就相对于落后一点 因为他小手部的肌肉力量小，对于这样的小朋友 我们也不会刻意的去要求

五， 家长配合工作

1 、为让 幼儿 能参加晨间活动和不耽误正常的教学活动，请家长注意接送时间，希望各位 家长 能尽量让孩子在8:30前到园。如果因为一些特殊原因来园迟到，请您轻声的和孩子道别 ，不要影响其他孩子的正常活动。

2 、如果您的孩子在家出现情绪不稳或身体不适时，请您在送孩子入园时及时告诉 老师 ，以便我们能多关注孩子，避免意外事故的发生。生病的孩子需喂药的，请 家长 一定要将药亲自交到 老师 的手上，交待清楚药的用法用量。

3 、孩子都是家里的宝贝，在家里饭来张口、衣来伸手，现在 幼儿即将 进入中班下学期，要有一定的独立能力和生活自理能力，这样有助于孩子更好地适应集体生活。在家早晚睡觉穿脱衣服可让孩子们自己完成，并指导鼓励孩子把衣裤叠放整齐，让孩子的自我服务能力得到锻炼，尽量要求孩子做到自己的事情自己做。

4 、 每天让孩子说一说幼儿园的事情，家长还可以和孩子一起谈论一下每个人的优点和不足，例如：可以说一下爸爸妈妈和自己的三大优点、三大缺点，如果父母的自我谈论非常符合现实，孩子在分析自己缺点时也会实事求是，这样就比家长的训教要有效得多。

8 、为了我们的主题活动完成的更好，还是离不开各位家长的支持，希望 家长 抽出一点你宝贵的时间和孩子一起完成我们家庭的作业。另外我们要还教育孩子要有爱护书本习惯 在这里我特别要表扬都书杰妈妈 书杰宝宝的作业本子她细心的用透明较把本子的封面全都粘一遍 这样不容易撕破 从发给他到写完几乎都还是新的 我觉的有这样细心的妈妈是很难得的 所以我想把我们最热烈的掌声送给她 当然还有其他家长也做的不错 因为时间关系我们就不一一说明了。

9 、为了孩子的健康及食品安全，幼儿园已经统一规定不让幼儿带小吃 像热气的那些啊 孩子吃了就没有胃口吃饭了，还有就是泡泡糖 请您配合。

10 、开学初我们指导幼儿进行了整理小书包的，引导孩子不带与幼儿园学习无关的东西(如、玩具、小手链等等)，希望您能每天晚上和孩子整理一次书包

拥有良好的美德，做个有礼貌的大人，虽然我们不能去做伟大的事，但我们可以用伟大的爱去做些小事。给自己的孩子做个榜样。要知道每一个成功的孩子背后都有一位成功的家长，教育好孩子是我们共同的责任，需要我们共同努力。因为我们有一个共同的信念和目标——一切为了孩子。

她有着一种独特的方法，往往都能将死气沉沉的我们顿时生龙活虎起来。就如今天上午来说吧，她在上课前，在黑板两边各贴了12张卡片，有六组，让我们“连连看”，将全班分为两组，哪一组先消完，哪一组赢。全班来了兴趣，老师也顺水推舟讲了好多知识点，一轮又一轮，每次都是我们蓄目以待是否相同，真是“胆战心惊”。

大家好!

我很荣幸能在这里与大家一起交流我微薄的学习体会。初一是积累的一年，是打基础的一年，关键是培养我们对学习的兴趣，养成良好的学习习惯。兴趣往往不是天生具备的，而是通过自己后天来培养的。我比较主张快乐学习，轻松学习，不要把学习当作一种负担，一种压力。下面我将介绍我对学习的一点体会：

1、养成先预习后听课的习惯。课前依据提示，通读课本，划出难点，完成预习作业;预备铃一响，马上进教室，书本放好，安静端正坐好;保持安静、专心倾听，积极思考，大胆发言，会做笔记，努力做到当堂理解，当堂记忆。

2、养成先复习后作业的习惯。新课学习后要复习：阅读理解教材，复习笔记，记住要点，当天功课当天复习掌握;复习后以作业来检测自己知识掌握的情况，独立完成，保质保量，遇到问题先自己思考，始终得不到解决要请教同学和老师，到校先交作业，口头作业也要完成好。

3、养成先独立思考后请教别人的习惯。学习中不可能没有问题，遇到问题我们首先想到的应该是问自己，强迫自己集中精力思考，从不同的角度思考，努力挖掘自身的潜力;当然在百思不得其解的情况下，一定要请教同学或老师，当天的疑难当天就解决，决不放过。

4、养成先细心审题后规范作答的习惯。作业、考试时先认真审题，看清题目的要求和条件，再思考作答，以免答非所问，不少同学考试后都会懊悔不已地说：“哎，那一道题目我其实会做呢，可是当时太紧张了，看错题目了”，然后就会以粗心大意原谅自己的失误。殊不知，细心其实也是一种能力，是长期培养出来的一种好习惯，经常粗心大意的人是干不成事情的。

5、养成及时订正的习惯。我们在作业中难免会犯错误，这些错误实际上就是我们的薄弱环节，如果能重视这些环节，补上这些漏洞，必将有效快速地提高成绩。所以作业本发下来，第一件事就是看老师的批改，有错的立即订正。

6、养成安静自修的习惯。自习课不讲话、不做小动作、不看课外书、不离开座位，明确本自习课的目标，有计划地复习、作业，利己利人。学习的习惯还有很多，我只能和大家交流这些我能做到的习惯。期中考试已经过去了，不管你取得什么样的成绩，都已经是过去的事了。我们更应当把目光放到今后的学习生活中去，用我们手中的笔，绘制出明天更美的蓝图。

那和蔼的眼神我久久不能忘却：“明年我们卷土重来！”

这学期我参加了英语拼词大赛，和我一同参加这次比赛的队员来自不同的班级，我们彼此之间不是很熟悉，录制完自我介绍的视频后，便再无音讯，大家便各自准备各的，迎接决赛的到来……

比赛如期而至，我们队代表英语W老师参赛，我们上场前，W老师拍拍我的肩：“加油！你一定行！”带着老师期望的我们，在第一轮却已落后4分，我们时不时望着台下的W老师，不知道他会不会觉得可惜？会不会对我们失望？但当我们决定通过那几道10分值的题目扳回一局时，却屡战屡败，三轮下来，不但没有按我预想中的进行，反而丢失了三十分，我知道，分值再高的题目，也不能帮我们赢回胜利了。

在我们队的无限自责中，比赛也接近了尾声，我们的W老师作为英语教研组长为台上的选手颁奖。“三等奖中的三等奖”（最后一名）的我们，恨不得找个地洞钻进去，W老师看到有意躲在人群中的我们，大步走到我们身边：“来，让我给我的孩子们颁奖！”说着，我们每个人的脖子上也多了一块奖牌，W老师递给我们一个和蔼的眼神：“一次输赢说明不了什么，大家努力了就好，好好复习，明年的拼词大赛我们卷土重来！”我望着W老师那张亲切的脸，他的眼神里没有一丝责备，更多的是关爱，我不禁心生暖意，是啊！明年我们卷土重来！

一次探访，看见了老师化妆的全过程。那次，我和英语科代表抱着作业给英语老师批改，正看见老师在化妆。我们俩躲在离老师视线很远的地方，偷看老师化妆。老师拿起粉红色的口红，嘟起她的小嘴(实际上也不小)，对着镜子，一点一点的涂，涂完了还抿了抿嘴，再对着镜子帮涂出来的地方用纸巾擦净。然后老师似乎还觉得不够好，就用梳子梳了梳头发。我们俩这才一手掩着嘴不让笑声发出来，一手抱这作业给老师，老师疑惑的问：“你们俩不舒服吗？怎么掩着嘴啊？”我们俩放下掩着嘴的手，大笑的离开办公室。

人未到，声先闻，吵闹的教室立刻安静下来，许久才出现的老师视乎每次都是用那走路声给我们传递她要来的信号。她犀利的眼神不用说一句话就让我们心惊胆战。这就是我的英语老师，温柔的外表火辣的性格。

她，课堂严肃角色，每次英语课我们全班都是紧张的气氛，恨不得马上下课，也只有英语课问同桌还有多久下课的频率最多，和很多老师一样，也很喜欢提问题，可是每次我们都是能低头就低头，每次老师都会说看谁低的头最低就喊谁起来回答问题，这可让我们如何是好啊。但是，就是因为老师的这样严厉，我们班的英语成绩总是在全校排名第一。

你们不会以为我们的英语老师就只是严肃的角色吧，她还有好玩的一面呢，记得那是一年冬天，正在上课，外面下起大雪，整个班都很兴奋，老师说：“看你们这么兴奋，那下课我们去打雪仗吧，输了的一方要抄一百遍英语单词”，全班欢呼声。她，也视我们为好朋友，那年打的雪仗是我这辈子难以忘怀的一次经历。第一次与老师这样相处，很开心。

转眼间，我已经在新的学校，新的环境学习了一个月，那一张张陌生的脸，在我的记忆里也渐渐成为了熟悉的面孔。

上学第一天，认识英语课的老师是冼老师。她胖胖的，矮矮的，脸色红润，有着一头乌黑发亮的短头发，就像一顶黑黑的帽子戴在她的头上一样。她唯一的缺点就是胖。可经历了下面几件事后，我改变了对她的看法，她成为了我心中最美的老师……

“轰隆隆”，巨大的雷声响彻天际，吓得我忍不住打了个寒颤。外面下着倾盆大雨，天就像被涂了墨水一样黑。而我却因为没有带伞而被迫留在学校。我正望着外面黑乎乎的天空发呆，心里想着：该怎么回家啊？正当我在发愁的时候，冼老师看见了我，走过来关切地问：“怎么了？还不回家呀？”“我没带伞，回不去。‘’说完只见冼老师犹豫了一下，也不知道她在想什么。她突然说道：“你撑我的伞回去吧，我自己有办法回去。”于是，她把伞递给了我。此时，我的心头涌上一股暖流。我说：“谢谢您，老师！”“不用谢。快去吧！”于是，我撑着老师的伞，消失在了雨幕之中。

冼老师不仅关心同学，还对同学非常温柔，有一次，我上课开了小差，被冼老师发现了，她说道：“梁俊轩，下课来找我。”我愣了一下，心里想：死定了，怎么办！下课铃如期到来，我去办公室找到了冼老师。但她不仅没有批评我，而且还把上课的内容给我补了回来。我的心中突然对她起了敬佩之情。

看，这就是我心中的最美老师！

我六年级时，有这样一位英语老师，尽管她其貌不扬，但我仍然喜欢她。不仅因为她的和蔼可亲，还有，她那一颗如金子一般美好的心灵，难道不值得我敬佩吗？那是一个下雨天，我忘了带雨伞。但周围却没人借给我。“完了，这下要淋成落汤鸡了！”我这样想道。“诶，王楚，你没带雨伞吗？”一声亲切的话语传进我的耳朵。“华…华老师好。”我激灵的打了个冷颤。老师走到我身边，和我交谈着：“怎么这么不小心，你感冒啦？……走，到我家去取取暖！”我不好意思了起来：“老师，我自己能走回去的，不用麻烦了。”我快速的跑了回去。

到第二天去上学的时候，我又撞见了华老师：“老师好。”说完后，我飞速的骑自行车抢先到学校里。要知道，昨天我没领老师的情，闯了大祸那还得了，不赶紧逃的是笨蛋呢！

转眼到了英语课上，我可怎么办呀？“零零零…”上课铃打响了。我浑浑噩噩的打开书，默默地祈祷起来：老师，昨天是我不好，您千万别见怪呀。

我折起一只千纸鹤，正巧，被老师见着了，可她却没怪我，你说奇不奇？放学后，老师叫我到办公室去，她语重心长地告诉我：“王楚，你是个聪明孩子，但为什么上课时心猿意马呢？我们一起来分析这个问题好不好？”

我把事情的经过告诉了华老师，老师先是一愣，继而大笑起来：“昨天的是我并没有见怪，是你误会了吧！”我和老师一起笑了。

啊，华老师！你是我心中最尊敬的人，马上要离别母校了，但愿您不要牵挂我和全体学生，我向你敬礼了！

院子里的旧自行车让我想起了我的英语老师。她经常骑着它去学校。现在自行车已经破烂不堪，老师也越来越老了。皱纹已经爬满了她的额头，头发也越来越花白了。但她活着就是为了教育。我想那辆自行车也会永远陪伴着她的。
