腊肉的制作材料很单一，就是猪肉。虽然制作材料简单，但制作过程不简单哦！首先把买来的的猪肉放上盐巴，放在通风处晾几天，然后烧柴生火，切记火不要大了，再在火上撒一层厚厚的木屑。等有烟冒出时就可以熏肉了。

Then tie the rest onto your pole like this.” He demonstrated with his own materials, and I followed his example. Then he thrust both our torches into the fire and handed me mine. “Now run!”

And run I did----we all did. For miles and miles around, as far as I could see, there were small orange specks scattered about, and I could hear the distant screaming and laughing of other children running up and down the rice field path. For several hours into the night I helped build fires and keep an eye on the younger children. Occasionally I, too, lit a torch and ran around like a mad man, screaming and waving a flaming bamboo pole.

This festival, which occurred six days before Chinese New Year, was just one of the experiences during the visit to my friends over the Spring Festival. As it was explained to me, the purpose behind this festival was to allow the children to have fun burning up all the straw leftover after the harvest. Later, the ash is used for fertilizer.

I have a beautiful room. Although my room is very small, I love it very much. Look, there is a bed near the window. I like sunshine so my bed is set near the window. I am linjiang. I was born in jilin changchun. I graduate from Henan University of Urban Construction. I started learning English since I was 15 years old.My father is a farmer . And my mother is a housewife. I am the youngest one in my family. My brother have a lot of American friends. That’s why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes. 集市上可真热闹!瞧!各种各样的人：年过半百的老爷爷、老奶奶，小伙子、中年妇女，脸上洋溢着笑容，。各种各样的商品，农副产品、蔬菜类、水产类、肉类…井井有条、琳琅满目。听!卖货的小贩吆喝声不断，顾客讨价还价的声音也不停息，好不热闹。这便是人们购年货的场景了!

早在市场门口边看到，人头攒动，人声喧哗。首先便看到“蔬菜区”三个大字，羞红了脸的西红柿，浑身长刺，头顶小黄帽的黄瓜，穿着紫纱裙的茄子，身上的露珠让它们显得十分耀眼。小商小贩面带微笑，热情地走向顾客们介绍自己的蔬菜是多么的好，个个都讲的滔滔不绝。

接下来便是肉类食品了，生的、熟的，在铺面前支起台面来，猪肉，都割成一条一条的，有的还是一扇的，上面红色的灯罩，白天明晃晃的，照在肉上显得很新鲜，卖肉的小贩拎着刀，对每位顾客笑脸相迎，十分友好，希望自己的生意兴隆，大声吆喝着。

再看那水产区，盆里的鱼虾活蹦乱跳，溅出许多水花，一旁促销员的大喇叭一遍又一遍放着录音。妈妈带着我去买鲤鱼红烧鲤鱼，到最后可是我家的年夜饭的拿手主菜，寓意“年年有余”(鱼)看那只鲤鱼刚才还在水里活蹦乱跳，一个网兜将其兜起，接下来迎接它的，便也只有锅与调味品了!

年味真是越来越浓了!超市里，菜场上，市场中，“买买买”的节奏愈加强烈，人流车流川流不息，这也便是过年买年货的乐趣吧!
