Cell phones have become increasingly popular in china these days. wherever you go you can see people using cell phones. many college students, even high school students, have cell phones.

Cell phones have brought people a lot of benefits, but the most important is that they are convenient. with cell phones in their hands, they can keep in touch with anybody they want. if they want to get some information from the internet, they can easily have their dream realized via cell phones too. furthermore, if someone has a heart attack or a traffic accident, a call to emergency hospital or to the police can quickly bring him the help he wants.

However, cell phones can also bring people problems. the most serious is the electric wave radiation which is thought to be harmful to users brains. another problem is that when people are having a meeting or having a class or at a concert etc, the ring of the cell phone may interrupt others. so i think people should use cellphones as little as possible and turn them off when they are attending important meetings or attending classes.

Nowadays，with the rapid development of IT and information industry， cell phones play a dominant role in towns peoples life. But， like everything else， they have both favorable and mffavorahle aspects.First， its useful. As a wireless mobile telephone， its easy and handy to early to wherever one goes and call the callee however far away he is. Therefore， it greatly facilitates peoples life. Second， its convenient. Whenever one meets trouble or something urgent， one can nmke a call immediately. Most important of all， its a very helpful companion. However， just as everything has two sides， the cell phone also has many disadvantages. To begin with， its expensive to buy and costly to pay the hills， esp. that of global service. Last but not least， its alleged the microwaves in it might do harm to peoples health. 有这样一个例子：一位老奶奶过年时坐2小时车子来接孙子过年，孙子竟闹着不肯去，原因竟是因为奶奶家没有wifi和智能手机。奶奶一脸无奈，并吃惊自己会讲故事会唱歌会烧一桌好菜，竟会比不过wifi与智能手机。

不知道大家有没有这样的经历：过年本应该热热闹闹的，可是，吃完年夜饭的人们一个个捧起手机，变成了低头族。亲人之间没有任何的交流，全部变成了只会玩手机的机器。亲情呢？

可能有同学会觉得：假期那么长，不玩手机，怎么能熬过去呢？是的，玩手机可以。但，要适度，要适可而止。不可以过度沉迷于网络。这不，前一阵子，有好多起因沉迷打王者而跳楼的吗？有的死，有的半残。造成这一切的都是什么？手机。手机只有拥有极好的自控力才可拥有。一但拥有手机，家长一定要严查、严管孩子玩手机的时间！

还有，不少同学都会选择在微信、QQ等社交软件上和朋友聊天，和亲人聊天。可面对面，又不讲话了。没有了友情，亲情也随之而去。顶多亲人问一句答一句，搞得大人好尴尬。

现在，网络成瘾的同学越来越多，与父母之前的亲情也越来越淡。我们要远离手机，走近亲情！让我们生活里不是网络，而是亲情！
