影片开始了，这次讲的是苦瓜大王想要用苦味苦化地球，统治月球，甚至想统治地球。而喜羊羊、灰太狼它们也一起上了月球。当喜羊羊它们得知月球即将发生前所未有的大灾难，而能拯救月球的只有喜羊羊它爸爸妈妈(智羊羊和丽羊羊)留给它的智能铃铛。可恶的苦瓜大王把红太狼和小灰灰都捉住，并威胁灰太狼把喜羊羊的智能铃铛偷走。

幸亏喜羊羊找到甜甜树种，及时种下……一直是反派角色的灰太狼，这次却在关键时刻因为流出了带甜味的眼泪，使得月球又被甜化。最后苦瓜大王也喜欢了甜味，成了小甜甜。
