The Spring Festival，Chinese New Year，is the most important festival for all of us。 All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal。At the same time，everyone celebrates to each other。At about 12 oclock，some parents and children light crackers。The whole sky is lighted brightly。 We may watch the fireworks excitedly。How busy it is！

On the first early moring of one year，many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door。 Some houses windows are sticked on red paper cutlings。

The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days。 So during the fifteen days，we always visit our relatives from door to door。 At that time，children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents，grandparents，uncles，aunts and so on。 The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival。 It names the Lantern Festival。

So the Chinese New Year comes to the end。

Will Christmas Replace the Spring Festival？

Christmas arouses increasing attention year by year in China。 Christmas cards become popular with students。 People hold Christmas parties and exchange Christmas girts。 A lot or TV and radio programs about Christmas are on。 Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing to youngsters。 Thus some people wonder whether Christmas will replace the Spring Festival。

My plan of next year

A new year ，a new start，when I stand on the edge of a new year，I cant help thinking about my plan of next year。

Just as the old saying：“Well began is the half of the success。”So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then ，at the beginning ，Im quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others。

But ，what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible。 While，I will do my best to live up with what I have planned，and the result will prove it。

Its full and busy day today, in this day I do a lot of things, make me very happy. Because the tomb-sweeping day on the second day small long vacation didnt waste.

我家的假期就这几种，可像今天如此充实忙碌，还是头一天。早晨，我给手机充了值，可下午移动一收月租费我的手机又只剩13.5元了。下午我们又去了苏宁小商品市场买了许多文具、碗、勺子、杯子。也帮我买了鞋子，物价真高啊我的一双鞋子进货价打5折还要150元!真贵!我与妈妈满载而归，开心无比!

my summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. i went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. it is very beautiful there. there are green plants, clear rivers, lovely animals kind people. i spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there. i wrote down what happened in my diary every day.

besides that, i helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons. i helped them read english improve their spoken english. their parents thanked me for this.

My hometown is in a mountain village near the water.

The back of the village is a large forest, the birds chirp to sing the songs in the trees, the singing is really move!

In the front of the village is a piece of green, as the eye can see the edge of the big rice paddies, dew play on wheat and rice.

I went to Hai Nan with my parents during the Chinese New Year and visited my relatives over there. The weather over there was beautiful. It was so much warmer than my city. This year’s National Day I went to Beihai for travel with my friends. As we were afraid Beihai will be too many people on National Day, so we went there on Oct.4. Our first stop is to the Bei Hai silver beach. We found ther are huge people on the beach. Outside the beach, we can’t see the sea but only people. Though I was shock, we still joined the people on the beach quickly. We swam in the sea and played with each other. We all felt happy about that trip.

快乐又难忘的暑假已接近尾声，在暑期生活中有着许多精彩的故事。

今年的暑假是从雨季开始的，舒适的七月妈妈给我安排了丰富的兴趣班，有跳舞、钢琴、奥数、游泳等等。其中我最喜欢的就是游泳了，上课的第一天由于连续下雨天，所以气温有点低，而且是室外的，我和小伙伴们都冷得瑟瑟发抖，在一次次的练习后，我学会了憋气。经过几节课后我很快也掌握了游泳的基本动作和技巧。慢慢的老师帮我把手上拿的、背上绑的浮板和背漂都摘了，让我试着自己去游，突然发现自己真的可以游起来。我对着妈妈比了个胜利的手势，开心极了，我又学会了一个新的技能。

接下来的日子里，兴趣班陆续的结束了。妈妈买了票，开启了我们的杭州之旅。到了杭州我们的行程也是排得满满当当的。我们去了刺激的水上乐园，目不暇接的自然博物馆，精妙绝伦的浙江科技馆，特别有意思的少儿社会体验馆DO嘟城，漂亮的灯光秀，还有有趣的动物园。虽然动物园不是第一次去，但每次去都会有新的发现，可能是因为天气炎热，很多小动物们都躲进洞里乘凉，不肯出来，或者有些就躲到草丛里，不仔细找还真的好难发现它们呢。我们观看了聪明能干的海狮表演，其实以前有很多的动物表演，但是动物们跟我们一样都是有生命的，我们都要保护动物，所以现在换成了杂技表演，杂技表演也是超级好看，超级精彩，笑声不断掌声连连，我知道精彩的背后都是汗水、泪水和坚持，真的是很值得敬佩的，这种精神是我们学习的榜样。

真是个又充实又好玩，累并快乐着的暑假生活!

My winter holiday was very interesting.As that day i got back to my native hometown,cousins and cousines took me to ski.My skiing skill isnt good,got down for 15 times,they laughed at me behind,i cant help smiling， too.The day of Spring Festival was the most happiness day,we had meal for the first,a table of delicious food,that made me so glad.Then we played the fireworks.The childrens waving the lightening ticket while watching the adults playing the fireworks.That was so beautiful!Like the stars rainning down the world.At the end,it was time to get the red bag.we were very exciting,and satisfied.Sometimes,we also went shopping and bought something we like. Winter holiday life was really wonderful!

Im going to the sun for my holiday. I will go there by spaceship. I will pilot a big blue spaceship to the sun. The sun is very hot. So I put on the super shirt.

In the morning, I will have some sun burger for my breakfast. At eight oclock, I will play with my friends there. They are super dog and super girl. Super dog is white and black. Super girl is very clever. Super girl and super dog like to play with me. So I play with them for forty minutes.

Then I do my homework in my little red room at a small blue table. After my homework, I will have my lunch. I will eat sun salad. I will have red juice, red fish and red rice.I will make some red toy bear to the sun babies. All the things are red.

Then I need a lot of water on the sun because the sun is too hot. So I will walk to the spaceship. Ill pilot the spaceship to the earth.

This is a good holiday on the sun.

My school is in the east end of the city. It takes me half an hour to get to school on foot. I usually ride a bike to school.

There are over one hundred and fifty teachers and about two thousand students in our school. We have two classroom buildings.The office building is three storeys high. On weekdays our teachers often take us to the laboratories to do experiments. Sometimes we have English lesson in the language lab. We have a very large playground.

After school we take part in various activities, such as ball games, painting, singing and dancing. I like to play football with my classmates.

I love my teachers. I love my school.

Poeple in villages are healthier than people in towns. That is because the air in villages is very fresh. Farmers are working all day in the fields, breathing fresh clean air. But there are too many factories in cities. They produce more and more harmful gases. At last, cities are full of smoke. And theres many dust in cities,too. It may cause a disease. So fresh air is very important to the people in cities. We need fresh air. So please dont pollute the air!

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very much. It came and I didn’t have to do my homework. We went to the living room very slowly. After 5 minutes, we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate day. I said that let’s held a concert. My parents agreed with me. I took out some candles and lighted up. We were singing, laughing and talking. We had a really good time. But while I was singing, the light suddenly turned on. Oh, my God. Many children are always looking forward to the winter vacation; this is because during the vacation, children needn’t go to school; They can do everything they like, such as playing, watching TV, traveling, or even sleeping all the day and so on. and when winter vacation come on ,it means that spring festival will come on soon.I spent the whole day at home nearly every day, I played with my computer .I played computer games and surfed the internet. during the vacation ,I still stayed in touch with my classmates and my friends. 许多孩子们总是期待着寒假;这是因为假期中,孩子们不用去学校,他们可以做他们想做的一切,比如玩,看电视,旅游,或者睡整天等等。当寒假来,这意味着春节很快就会来。我花了一整天在家里几乎每一天,我在玩电脑。我玩电脑游戏和在网上冲浪。在假期期间,我和我的同学仍然保持着联系,我的朋友。我想我一直是土豆的老鼠。春节期间,我访问了我的亲戚,我得到了很多红色的袋子。尽管我的假期是疯狂和兴奋的,但我真的学到了很多。这是有利于放松,我现在正在为即将到来的新学期做准备。再见,我的寒假。

早就听说大连是座美丽的城市，与我们威海隔海相望，暑假的一天，爸爸要带我到大连游玩，听到这个消息我的心情既兴奋又激动，大连是什么样子呢?带着这样的疑问我和爸爸登上了开往大连的.轮船。

大连真美呀!到处都是青山绿树、草坪广场，高楼林立、街道笔直，还有很多欧式建筑，既古老又现代。大连有很多好玩的地方，让我留恋忘返，但给我印象最深的还是大连极地动物馆。

我们走进极地动物馆，首先看到的是非常精彩的《极地雄风》节目，表演的是男女两名战士到一座山中取宝，中途遇到恶人拦路，但他们机智勇敢，奋力拼搏，最后终于取到宝物，当他们离开假山时，假山顿时变成了一片火海，一座钢桥顷刻间倒塌了，吓的我直打哆嗦。再往前走我们又见到了北极熊，它大大的手掌，圆圆的脸，样子非常可爱。它们有的在水中游泳，有的在陆地上玩耍，我兴致勃勃地冲它们挤眉弄眼打招呼，它们却呆呆地看着我，没有任何表示，弄的我哭笑不得。看见北极熊在冰上行走自如，我禁不住问爸爸“为什么北极熊在冰上走不会摔倒?”“因为北极熊脚底有很多毛，有了这些毛北极熊不仅可以在冰上迅速奔跑不会摔倒，而且可以悄无声息的接近猎物，猛扑过去把它吃掉。”爸爸饶有兴趣地讲解道。“那北极熊为什么不怕冷呢?”我穷追不舍的问爸爸，“因为北极熊不光有厚厚的皮毛，还有厚厚的脂肪。有的熊妈妈在短短的一个夏季就可以增加200公斤的脂肪，从前一年的10月底到来年的3月不需进食，直到小熊宝宝出世再出去觅食。”“真是了不起的熊妈妈呀!”我心里暗暗赞叹道。

大连之行虽然短暂，但我的心情却很愉快，因为我不仅领略了大连的美丽，开阔了视野，而且学到了很多知识。这次旅行是我暑假中最快乐的一件事。
