这一个个充满鲜血的故事让将士们又惊又怕，不能不说是导致魏国衰败的一个原因。反观刘备，论才智，他没有曹操聪明;论谋略，他没有曹操出色;论武功，他也没有曹操高强。但他心胸宽广!三请诸葛亮就是一个很好的例子，还有，他在长沙诚恳接收降将黄忠，从刀下救下魏延的命等等，这一个个充满仁义的故事让将士们又惊又喜，不能不说是蜀国从弱小一步步走向强盛的一个原因。如果，曹操拥有刘备的胸怀，那么三国的故事是不是会不一样呢?《三国演义》真不愧是我国的四大名著之一，每读一遍都会有不同的感想。从曹操和刘备的身上，我们又能想到哪些呢?

今天我读完了前苏联作家高尔基写的《童年》。这本书讲的是小主人公阿廖沙小时候经历的事情。他三岁的时候爸爸就死了，所以他跟妈妈会姥爷家生活。他姥爷脾气非常暴躁，经常打阿廖沙和其他人。在家里，姥爷和两个舅舅经常为了家产争吵不休，只有姥姥非常善良宽容。就在这样困苦和不快乐的环境下，阿廖沙过完了自己的童年。

在这本书里，我最喜欢的就是阿廖沙和姥姥。虽然阿廖沙有些淘气，有时也恶作剧，但是他是一个善良而且正直的孩子，他爱读书、能帮助穷人，也能对生活乐观。姥姥非常慈爱温和，很疼爱阿廖沙，经常给他讲故事。姥姥每天早上都会祈祷，希望家人幸福，而且她对其他人都非常宽容。我就讨厌的就是姥爷，他脾气暴躁，经常打人。非常小气，每日都为自己的利益打算。他还特别自私自利，最后把姥姥都赶出家门。

看完了这本书，我的心情很难过。我很同情阿廖沙，我不能想象他能在这么艰难痛苦的环境中生活，并且还那么坚强。比起他，我现在的生活不知道要好上多少倍。所以我要珍惜现在的生活，尽自己所能去帮助穷人和需要帮助的人!

在假期里我读了一本书，明叫《一千零一夜》。

这本书主要讲了五个故事，分别是：国王山努亚和宰相的女儿桑鲁卓、阿拉丁和神灯、航海家辛巴达、补鞋匠迈尔鲁夫、阿里巴巴和四十大盗。故事的主要人物有：桑路卓、渔夫、阿里巴巴、辛巴达、阿拉丁。

这几个人物带来了丰富的知识，有桑璐卓的勇敢、渔夫的智慧、阿拉巴巴的善良、辛巴达的冒险精神和阿拉丁的灵活，虽然每个故事都有坏人但是有了这几个人的还是取得了最终的胜利!

如果没有这几个人，那故事的结局让人不敢想象!他们是故事中的大英雄!读完了这本书，可以吸收知识的精华。因此，我学会了学业是延续人一生的事业和学到老，才能活到老。

《三国演义》是世界文学的典藏，是中国四大名著之一，这不仅因为它的语言雅俗共赏，环环紧扣，层层推近，更因为它把每个人都刻画地栩栩如生，每个人性格各异，个性鲜明。它是我最喜欢的书之一。

在《三国演义》中，我最喜欢的是诸葛亮，他足智多谋，刚出山就用三把火把曹操烧得狼狈不堪。他忠心耿耿，为重复汉室劳心劳累，鞠躬尽瘁，最后累死了。他博学多才，上知天文下晓地理，是世间不可多得的奇才。

可是，在曹操败走华容道的时候，诸葛亮偏偏派了一个曹操对他有恩的关羽去截曹操，结果就是让关羽为报恩放走了曹操。诸葛亮在整个《三国演义》中可以说是算遗策，明知道关羽重义重情，怎么会这么用人呢？如果你以为是诸葛亮用错了人，就大错特错了！

正是因为诸葛亮知道关羽一定会放走曹操，才故意安排关羽去守华容道的。当时曹操挟天子以令诸侯，对诸侯有制约作用，曹操如果死了，各路诸侯没人了制约，谁都不服谁，谁都压不住谁，到时候就出现你打我，我打他，天下大乱，民不聊生，天下百姓将陷入水深火热之中，最痛苦的就是平民百姓。诸葛亮是一个有大格局的人，不光考试眼前利益，还要为天下苍生考虑，那时候根本不能致曹操于死地，所以故意派了关羽去守华容道，让关羽报了这份恩情，从此以后再无瓜葛。

我当时读到这里，还觉得诸葛亮这次安排真可惜，就这么失去了杀死曹操的机会，要是换别人去，一定把曹操除掉了，哪里还用后面那么麻烦去对付曹操。可是看过名家分析才明白，原来事情不是么简单，我们做事情也不能只看眼前利益，让看清后果，不要为一点复利益而导致更大的祸事，做事要多动动脑子。

奥斯丁的《傲慢与偏见》曾被毛姆列入世界十大名著小说的行列，这样称确乎没有过甚其辞。奥斯丁的这部小说堪称得上是上乘之作，它以理性的光芒照出了感伤、哥特小说的矫揉造作，使之失去容身之地，从而为英国十九世纪30年代现实小说高潮的到来扫清了道路。

《傲慢与偏见》虽以青年男女的恋爱婚姻为题材，但从中也折射出当年严格的封建礼仪制度，提出了道德和行为的规范问题。小说以男女主人公的爱情纠葛为主线，描写了四起大起大落的姻缘，尤其以达西的傲慢与伊丽莎白的偏见为突出，但随着各自的完善，达西的傲慢收敛了起来，伊丽莎白的偏见也荡然无存，两人最终还是走到了一起，无疑是小说中最精彩的喜剧之一。

初读这部小说，难免察觉有些许枯燥无味，作者的词藻并非十分华丽，但却平易见人;情节也并非跌宕起伏，但却处处伏笔。可毕竟是一部经典名著，总是少不了精彩过人之处，于是便按捺住性子读下去，越发地感受到其诱惑力的所在。

钱不是万能的，但没钱是万万不能的。小说这句话的表现得淋漓尽致。夏洛特与柯林斯首先走到一起，令所有人瞠目结舌。其实是夏洛特看上了柯林斯所拥有的财富罢了。两人虽过得安稳，但毕竟缺少了乐趣。在那时的社会甚至是当今社会，钱无疑成了每个人不可或缺的成分，人们无时无刻不在为着自己的利益着想，殊不知这样一来，“铁公鸡”、“守财奴”等这些词，倒给自己沾上了。一个人活着是为了享受乐趣，而不是为了各自的利益而尔虞我诈、勾心斗角，如此做累，又何苦呢?

天涯何处无芳草，何必单恋一枝花。莉迪亚终究还是没意识到这一点，她与威克姆的姻缘可堪称得上是最荒.唐的结局，两人婚后的情淡意薄有力地证实了看人不能仅看外貌。一个人的外貌固然重要，但若克制不住自己，到处沾花惹草，结局想必是岌岌可危的了;亦或是被表面的假象所迷惑，没有深入了解他人的内心，可折射出此人是浅陋无知、缺乏主见的。我们希望有简一样的貌美如花，希望有威克姆一样的可爱迷人，但我们更需要有简一样的善良、沉着、冷静。

有时候的放弃，只是为了更好地得到。宾利与简的婚姻皆大欢喜，两人想见的曲折道路，都给彼此立起珍惜眼前人的标牌。简在得知宾利不辞而别之后，并未把痛苦之情溢于言表，而是学着去放下，这种可贵的做法值得我们学习。生活中，我们要学会放弃“芝麻”，才会得到原本想要的“西瓜”;学习上，学会放弃难题与纠结，才会顾全大局。正所谓 放弃，你才会更好地得到。愿你能明白其中深意。

不要因为别人的一言一行而改变自己想要追求的。达西与伊丽莎白最后喜结良缘，这是令所有人都不敢相信的事实。当初的伊丽莎白对达西的偏见可称得上深恶痛疾，达西的傲慢也是显而易见的。但达西敢于向与众不同的伊丽莎白倾诉衷肠，出手帮伊丽莎白处理莉迪亚的事;伊丽莎白也敢于拒绝达西的心意，毫不留情指骂达西的过错，敢于反抗贵族的压迫。这是小说中最值得赞扬的一对角色，他们都不因别人的一言一行，而即刻放弃想要追求的。生活中，有些时候，我们不必因为别人的话语，而放弃自己的观点。有些事情，自己觉得正确，就大胆地做。毕竟，在那一刻，你没有后悔……

当然，书中的封建礼仪制度也是值得读者去了解，去深究的一隅，在此，就不多说了。

小说以陕北黄土高原上孙、金、田三家人的命运为中心，反映了“文革”到改革开放的社会面貌，从郝红梅为了摆脱地主身份和顾养民恋爱可看出当时地主受人轻视，只有有钱有权便可呼风唤雨，而从少安与润叶真心相爱却无奈地被田福堂拆散。少安被迫背离乡可看出当时的人对身世、成份和权力是多么的重视。

而闹旱灾时田福军冒着犯法的危险救济百姓让人在这黑暗的社会里看到了一丝光芒，显得格外地与众不同。

读了《平凡的世界》我最大的收获便是得知了平凡中的伟大，作者路遥用自己深厚的写作功底将孙少平，孙少安及一系列人物的关系以及那农村淳朴的特点表现得淋漓尽致，让人拍案叫绝。《平凡的世界》没有戏剧化的情节，传奇性的故事却一次又一次地给我们演变了一个真理，平凡的就是伟大的，文章人物刻画也十分地独特，从细节处表现了了一个个鲜活地人物个性。

纵观全书，字里行间流淌的全是浓浓的爱意。所有人世间的真情都在这里一一的展现，这也成为了全书最大的看点。

因为有爱，世界变得美丽!

路遥在后记中写道“希望将自己的心灵与人世间无数的心灵沟通。”我想他做到了。

The first impression that the boy Tom gave me was a naughty, mischievous boy, just as what Aunt Polly said. Tom and Huck were extremely afraid, and they ran away rapidly. On the court, Potter was being accused of the murderer; however, Tom declared that it was Injun Joe who used Potter’s knife to kill the young doctor. On hearing this, Injun Joe broke the glass and ran away! This scared everybody, and Tom’s brother, Sid, said that he always heard Tom mumbling something when he was asleep, and sometimes even shouting. Indeed, the accident was fluttering everybody in the town with fear.

Before, Tom once fell in love with a girl called Lawrence. And he showed off in front of the girl, trying to win the girl’s heart, but Lawrence ignored Tom’s appearance, and it made Tom sad. At present, Tom went for another girl for Becky. Yet, when Becky knew that Tom once loved Lawrence (it was probably childish thoughts), she refused Tom. Tom got so depressed that he resolutely committed the second escape.

He made contact with Huck and Joe that afternoon, about where to meet, the code words of meeting, and the route, and so on and so forth. Each of them brought some food, and Huck brought some pipes (remind that Huck had no real home, and I had no ideas where he got the things). At midnight, they met at the place, and they took a raft down the river. After drifting for about several hours, they finally reached the destiny. There they lived for about several weeks, and while everybody thought they were drowned, they had a great time. They were no problems of food or water shortages. They promised to be a pirate, and would live there forever.

If you were out from your relatives for a long time, wouldn’t you miss home? It was the same for those children. After several weeks, Joe felt that he missed home very much, and Tom could not seem to stop him. On this, Tom brought Joe and Huck his secret—

On one night, when the rest of the boys fell asleep (of course they slept outside), Tom crept from the camp, and headed toward the town. He sneaked to his aunt’s room, and hid under the bed, while everybody- Mary (Tom’s sister), Sid, Aunt Polly and Joe Harper’s mother were having a meeting. Everybody wore a black suit, and they prayed something along with the priest. Just then, they saw somebody entering the gate, and what they saw was unbelievable. Three young souls came out from their coffins and showed up in front of everybody! The change of the atmosphere was imaginable. Aunt Polly, Joe Harper’s mother, Mary and Sid were astounded to find that Tom came so vivid in front of them, and so Tom and Joe became a hero in the school, even in the town.

The real adventures of Tom were finding the treasures. However, I felt that I had no energy to write more…

《骆驼祥子》讲述的是旧中国北平城里一个车夫祥子的悲惨故事。

青年农民祥子由乡下来到城市，他对美好生活充满了憧憬，也有自己的生活理想——买上自己的洋车。终于，在祥子诚实努力的劳动中，祥子攒钱买到了他梦寐以求的车。那辆车对于祥子来说，是那么重要——在他眼中，车能“产生烙饼与一切吃食”。可是命运捉弄人，他的车被乱兵抢走;当他再次攒足了钱后，又被孙侦探敲诈一空;后来他又被迫与虎妞结婚，因虎妞难产而卖掉了第三辆车。他所喜爱的小福子的自杀，使了他心中最后一丝希望也消失了。从此，祥子便丧失了对于生活的信心，从上进好强而沦落为自甘坠落。正如本书所写，昔日“体面的、要强的、好梦想的、利己的、个人的、健壮的、伟大的”的祥子，成了“堕落的、自私的、不幸的社会病胎的产儿，个人主义的末路鬼”。这真是一个浸透了血泪的悲剧。

我不由地为祥子的命运所感叹。祥子一开始是那样老实善良，正直勤劳，可是在生活一连串的打击下，他变了，变得不求上进，对这个世界也充满了敌意，开始报复身边的所有人。从前讲义气的祥子，如今却开始欺骗自己的朋友、利用他们，他变得奸诈，甚至可以说是无耻。为了拿到钱，他什么都做得出。

读到这些内容，我感到悲伤、愤怒。我对祥子的前后反差感到悲伤，也对他后来可耻的所作所为而愤怒。然而，我更多的是心酸以及失望。祥子生活的社会是黑暗的，军阀、特务、车厂主们的面目也是丑恶的。黑暗社会中，人性变得扭曲，人与人之间充满着仇恨。就是在这样一个可怕的社会环境下，祥子一类的下层市民被压迫，祥子在接受了几番打击后终于明白：即使肯吃苦受累，即使心地善良，也不能实现自己的美好理想，过上美好幸福的日子。祥子变得堕落，除了他本身的目光短浅、狭隘自私，更多的则是因为这种强大的社会压力。

现在的生活条件优越了，过上了幸福的生活，我们要学习骆驼祥子一开始奋发向上要强的精神，而不能学习他后来的堕落。

明天会怎样?我不得而知。而我们唯一能做的，就是把握好今天。

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

《活着》这本书对我的触动是非常大的，主要讲述的是一个普通人平凡而曲折的一生，主人公福贵生活在那个纷乱特殊的年代，经历了战争，杀伐以及一系列动荡的生活，经历了家庭的兴富到衰落，身边人陆续的死去，在他们一生中，不知失去的多少东西，失去金钱，失去亲人，最后只剩下一头瘦骨嶙峋又险些被人宰割的老牛与他为伴尽管这样，福贵还是活了下来，活着——心中永存希望，只要心中有希望，那么不管遇到多大的困难都可以克服。作者在书中说了这样一句话：生活是属于每个人自己的感受，不属于任何别人的看法，活着自己去感受生活，不可以看别人是怎么说的。希望在心中是不会破灭的。

书中的福贵小时候家里非常的有钱，他经常出去赌博，把所有的钱都都赌光了，那时的福贵还不知道挣钱的不易，当赌完所有的钱财时，福贵的爹死了，娘病了，福贵才真正体会到活着的意义。福贵变了，在国军遭到攻击的时候，福贵活了下来，为了活下来福贵也是遇到很多的不幸，家珍生下了凤霞，当福贵回来的时候，凤霞已经会说话了。后来家珍又生下有庆，有庆给别人输血时，生生的被输死了，有庆的死对福贵的打击很大，但是福贵依然选择活下去。家珍病了，病的越来越严重，可后来又渐渐的好起来，福贵的日子也慢慢的好起来了，但是凤霞又因生孩子大出血死去了，家中只剩下二喜、苦根、福贵，但好景不长，二喜又被压死了，苦根吃豆子太多撑死了，最后只剩下福贵一人了，但是还是没有放弃生活，坚持活了下去。

福贵这一生应该说是幸运的。因为经历了中国多次的大变动、土地改革、人民公社、某，他都活了下来，同样，他也是悲惨的，亲人们一个个的离他而去，但是他心中依然选择活着，没有放弃希望。《活着》结束时说：活着的意志是福贵身上唯一不能被剥夺的东西。福贵可以说就是一个英雄，在二十世纪的中国，当时的社会局势动荡，可福贵的一直坚信活着、乐观的活着，这就是活着的意义。

《活着》告诉人们的就是福贵的那种精神吧。《活着》给我最大的感受是：坚强的活下去吧，并且乐观的活着，快乐的活着，没有什么坎是过不去的，只要快乐的活着就是最大的幸福!
