在寒假里，我读了老舍先生写的《骆驼祥子》。

这部小说写了一个旧社会的人力拉车夫的辛酸故事，描绘了旧社会是如何让一个正直、好强、善良、自食其力的人力车夫变成一个毫无善良可言的人。

祥子老实、健壮又纯朴，和骆驼一样拥有积极和坚韧的精神。他的梦想是：买一部属于自己的车来拉，做一个完全独立的劳动者。他凭着勤劳和坚忍不拔的意志，三年省吃俭用，终于买到了车，但没过多久，车在兵荒马乱中被逃兵掳走了，他只牵回三匹骆驼。但祥子没有灰心。第二次他有攒够了钱，却被可恶的孙侦探诈骗去了。当祥子再一次拉上自己的车时，这是以虎妞成畸形的婚姻为代价的。但好景不长，虎妞死于难产，祥子人车两空。生活上的打击加上他最喜爱的小福子自杀了，祥子再也承受不了这样的打击了，他开始讨厌拉车，开始了游戏生活，吃喝嫖赌，出卖他人换钱。祥子彻底堕落为城市的垃圾了，变成了一个丢失了灵魂的行尸走肉。

这本书让我认识到旧社会是多么的黑暗，多么的阴森恐怖。祥子仅仅是北京一个普普通通、平平凡凡的人力车夫，在社会上一点也不显眼，但命运还是没能饶恕他，不停地折磨好强的他，毁掉了他的理想，后来沦为自甘堕落的人。这种悲剧总是令人毛骨悚然、心惊肉跳。

人们常说：“一分耕耘，一分收获”。祥子胸怀大志、勤俭节约，为什么最终还是走投无路呢?

我猜想：其实祥子可能只是当时社会的一个典型，他的下场就是当时社会上所有无权无势的人的下场。从中可以知道当时无权无势的人生活的情况很不乐观。

对于祥子，我即为他感到悲伤，又为他感到惋惜。在成为城市的垃圾前祥子的坚强、好胜、上进的精神令我敬佩。

我觉得其实祥子一开始也在努力地生活，与不公的命运做抗争，只是他实在承受不了这种来自生活的压力。而他的堕落就来自没有坚持。如果他再努力坚持一下，挺过这压力，说不定就能拉上自己的车了。

人是有思想的动物，应该有自己的理想和目标，有了理想和目标就要锲而不舍地去追求，即使有很大的压力，也要努力，不能放弃追求，并切不堕落下来，不成为城市的垃圾，不成为和最后的祥子一样的人。

The society was developing rapidly and the people"s living standards were also improving.Yes,the prosperity appeared.But on the other hand,the gap between the poor and the rich was strengthened.While some people were playing and drinking,the other people were working,even begging.Behind the happiness,hiding much misery.Facing all of these,I am confused whether I should happy about the development of the society or I should sad about the cruel.

在学习《英语课程改革》的时候我认识到，这是一次深刻的改革，新课改倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质的终身学习的能力，新课改倡导建设性学习，注重科学探究的学习，关注体验性学习，提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者，作为教师的我必须做好充分的准备，学习新课程改革理论，更新教学观念，迎接新课改的挑战。下面简单地回顾一下开学以来所做的一些英语教学工作。

一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。

2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相关。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，评价或采用测验及非测验形式，平时重视形成性评价，对学生回答学习过程中的表现所改进的诚绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略某方面进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，测验以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，能力减少客观题，增加主观题，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。

新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，后必须要与实践相结合，即将努力学习，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。

[英语教学读后感

读完《骆驼祥子》，一股悲伤之情油然而生。曾将勤劳朴实的祥子，最后，却变成了城市的“垃圾”，行尸走肉般的生活着。

我不禁感到伤心，为祥子感到悲哀，现实的残酷彻底击垮了祥子。他曾经一心想买上自己的车。凭着勤劳和坚忍，他终于买上了属于自己的车。但就在他高兴没多久后，他自己买的第一辆车被大兵抢去了。买第二辆车的钱被孙侦探敲诈走了。第三辆车为了给虎妞办丧事卖掉了。自己心爱的小福子也死了。残酷的现实使他最终变成了麻木，潦倒，堕落，自私，不幸的无业游民。连遭生活打击，祥子再也无法鼓起生活的勇气。

我为祥子感到惋惜，现实是残酷的，它总是与理想相碰撞。可在现实面前，祥子被一再打击，最后，他连还手的力气都没了。

在困难面前，我们是否会被生活打到呢?只要自己勇于面对困难，就不会放弃，只要不放弃，就会有希望。我们在生活中遇到的困难与祥子比起来似乎真的很渺小。可有些人就会自甘堕落，放弃自己，放弃生活，其实不妨从另一个角度来想一想。《生于忧患死于安乐》中说道：“故天降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行佛乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。”

读罢《撒野》，我心涌澎湃，思绪万千，掩卷长思，不禁感慨万千。

《撒野》是本校园励志小说，一遍遍读着，爱不释手，字字句句触动心灵，刻入脑海。那个破旧的小城，那个老旧的火车站，那些散漫的高中生活…顾飞和蒋丞吃过的路边小摊，顾淼滑过的水泥路，王旭家的馅饼店…那只吉他，那两个熠熠闪光的少年，一个希望，一个救赎，两个男孩子互相搀扶着走过的时光。他们对于彼此来说，都是生命中无法替代的，在他们人生最黑暗的时光，他们为彼此照亮了世界，他们既是彼此的希望，又是彼此的救赎。这一切的一切，都使我沉醉于其中。

这本书中，最令我感动的是李保国跳楼时蒋丞的无助，邻居的杂言碎语，以及顾飞的温柔。蒋丞的父亲李保国最后在蒋丞的面前跳楼自杀，结束了他不那么耀眼而暗淡的一生。在钢厂大环境下，我们同样对李保国的死充满了无力感。作者说，那是李保国这一声最勇敢的一幕，可也不过就是跳了一个人，当连茶余饭后的消遣里都不见了影子，也就毫无意义了，他带给蒋丞的要远比所谓勇敢来得大。

读过后爱的是他们这种不畏痛与砥砺前行的执着，他们就像是千万劫难之中迸发出的那残光，让人无论身处何地都愿去狂奔，即使流血流泪又有何惧。

“蒋”通“将”，“丞”是“拯救”;“顾”有“回头”的意思，“飞”是“意外”的意思。他们连在一起就是“我将是你意外回头的救赎”。

从一个个《三国演义》的故事中，我得到了很多启示。生活中我们不要为得到一点点小便宜就沾沾自喜，得意忘形，工作中不要为一点点成绩就骄傲自满，自命不凡，也不要为一点点失意就耿耿于怀，怨天尤人。

此外法国作家雨果说过世界上最广阔的是海洋，比海洋广阔的是天空，比天空广阔的是人的心灵。林则徐也曾经说过海纳百川，有容乃大。俗话说的好。我们在看见了他们的故事之后，也感受到了心胸宽阔这一品德，让我们成为新时代的优秀青年。

During the summer holiday, I spent much time in reading. I finished one of the four masterpieces ofChina, Journey to the West. It’s really an interesting book, telling many adventurous stories. I had watched the TV series before, but I found that the book is much interesting. Except for the adventurous experiences, we still can learn something from this book. We should be brave and confident to ourselves, no matter how many difficulties we meet. Our fellows and teamwork is important to us. When we are in trouble, they are the person we can rely on.
