早上运动英语日记This morning

This morning is cool.I am going to play basketball.After play basketball,I

feel tired,but I am very happy.Because basketball is my favourite sport.My body

is strong.I hope you like basketball too.

今天，是星期日，我去了外婆家。一进家门，就看见妹妹在跳绳。不过跳得可不怎么好。而她一看见我，就像发现了救星一样，缠着我非得让我教她跳绳不可。我一问，原来是她们班要举行跳绳比赛。

我想，这还不好办!我先让她跳几个给我看，只见绳子还没甩到脚边，她就跳起来了。我看了哈哈大笑：“你急什么嘛!等绳子甩到脚边时再跳。”我边说边给她做示范动作。

她又开始跳了，不过这次不是起跳快了，而是慢了，绳子已经甩到脚边了她还没跳起来。我可急死了，真后悔当初答应教她了。这时，舅舅从楼上下来，对我说：“妹妹还小，许多动作掌握不了，你要耐心地教她。”

听了这话，我忙叫妹妹去邻居小弟弟家借了一根绳子，我便和她一起跳，和她一起练。过了一会儿，妹妹说：“姐姐，我会跳了，不信你看!”我一看，她果然跳得有模有样，“一、二、三……三十九、四十!”“姐姐，我跟你比比吧。”“你?比就比。”我满不在乎地答应了。“一、二、三……”我得意地数着。哎呀，由于太不当回事了，只跳了三十一个就把绳子踩住了。轮到妹妹跳了，只见她两眼注视前方，两脚自然并拢，两手紧抓绳子，很认真地跳了起来。我大声地数着：“一个、二个、三个……五十八、五十九。”哇，妹妹一下就跳了五十九个，我这个做姐姐的只好甘拜下风。

通过今天这件事，我明白了：做任何事情都不能急于求成，一定要耐心、虚心!
