最后，我们还践行了“光盘行动”。我们每个人在那里吃中餐的时候，必须把自己盘子里菜饭吃得精光，不能有剩菜剩饭，否则就不是什么“光盘”啦！这里的菜里虽然没有我们想象的山珍海味，但这是那些做义工的奶奶们用勤劳的双手给我们做的，充满爱和温暖。我们每个人都吃得很香，有的甚至连吃两碗，有的边吃边说真香！每个人的盘子里到最后都看不到一点残汤剩饭，就像刚刚洗过一样的。这个活动使我们懂得了要做一个勤俭节约的人，不要浪费人们的劳动果实！
