《易经·明夷卦》：“内文明而外柔顺，以蒙大难，文王以之。”“内文明”是指体内必须要达到的“文明”，甚至每一个骨节都要内观清楚明白，能够出现彩色的图像。老子说，“知人者智，自知者明。”老子所说的“自知者明”，也就是指“内文明”，如果“自知”做不到“内文明”，那么“外柔顺”也是盲目的，并不是真正的“柔顺”之王，不能体现内圣的本质之王。

《易经·乾卦》：“见龙在田，天下文明。”《黄帝四经·道法》：“道生法。法者，引得失以绳，而明曲直者也。”《黄帝四经·姓争》：“其明者以为法，而微道是行。明明至微，时反以为几。”《黄帝四经·君正》：“天执一，明三，定二，建八正，行七法，然后施于四极，而四极之中无不听命矣。”《德道经·守母》：“见小曰明，守柔曰强。用其光，复归其明。”

我们要想将孝道文化弄明白，想将道德根文化弄明白，前提和基础都离不开修之身的“自知者明”。“内文明”和“自知者明”，是我们实现身内和谐、具有道德文明、具有孝道思想的根本。如果“自知”做不到“内文明”，我们就不知道过去、现在和未来，既不知道身心健康的要素，也不知道人际关系互动之间思维能量的正负作用。

我的姥姥得了肺癌，也晚期了，吃药也不管用，做导管做介入手术不做，重担落在了妈妈身上。妈妈每阁两天妈妈就会回中兴看看我的姥姥，顺便买些吃的，无微不至的照顾姥姥，为姥姥把屎把尿，洗衣服。姥姥不吃饭，还得妈妈哄着姥姥吃，鸡蛋羹，奶粉，桃，梨，甲鱼等等姥姥也喜欢吃，但必须哄着。对我妈妈很好，我妈妈也经常逗姥姥乐。

后来姥姥病情加重，妈妈不得不一天去一回，姥姥连话也不会说了，别人扶姥姥一把，姥姥可以坐起来，姥姥只能吃鸡蛋羹，奶粉了，另我妈妈很不开心，求尽了名医，可是没有一个法子管用，哎!没办法只好输蛋白，一瓶蛋白好多钱，每天一瓶，最后姥姥的病情还没好转。急的我妈妈是25只老鼠——百爪挠心。

有时姥姥生气，饭不吃，但妈妈却仍保持良好的态度对待我姥姥，这时生气的姥姥也会把气消去一大半。
