New Year is coming. I have many great New Year’s resolutions. I will study math harder than before because I want to get better grades. I’m going to improve my spoken English because I want communicate with foreigners better in English.

I plan to learn German because I really want to travel to Germany by myself. And I’m going to learn a new instrument, it may be guitar.

古人云‘百事孝为先’，可见在很久以前，人们就已经推行、重视孝道了。一个孝字，道出了多少历史的辛酸与沧桑，古代的贤德明君就推行以‘仁孝’治天下，由此可知，孝在人们心中的地位之大。自古以来，不孝之人必遭千古骂名。孝，乃一种人伦、道德之孝。看一个人是否孝顺父母，就大致可以看出这个人的本性善恶如何。如果连自己的父母都可以不顾，那跟动物有何分别？不管是出于什么方面的原因，父母毕竟是给我们生命的恩人，我们有责任义不容辞地照顾他们。如果不尽人情地去孝顺父母，那么我想还是那句话，这跟禽畜有什么区别呢？中国道路之发展，人类之诞生，历史之变迁。承接着层层血脉关系，谱写着人类点点滴滴的人性美，正是在这样进步和发展中，使人类认识到了，血脉亲情，血浓于水的关系孝义是不可抛的。

When crossing the road, little red hat saw a white beard old grandfather crossing the road on crutches. The cars on the road came and came, very dangerous. The little red cap saw it and said to Boudin, "lets help Grandpa cross the road?" Boudin said, "no, you can see the bus is coming."
