他是春秋时期的楚国隐士，为躲避世乱，自耕于蒙山南丽，他总是孝敬父母，每次有好吃的他总是给父母。他七十岁还不觉得自己老，还经常穿上五彩皮衣，逗父母开心。

也许很多人觉得孝顺很难，平时也忙得没时间回家，但事情往往没有家里那么难。我记得哈罗德，《一个人的朝圣》年87天跑朋友的老人。他的旅行跨越了整个英国半岛，但他没有一套准备工作。从行为的内心来说，没有女人味，往往能达到理想的效果。从现在开始，尽自己最大的努力去履行孝道，去思考，去做，让孝道渗透社会！

My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I was crazy

about those basketball stars ever since I was little.

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump, switch, and try

to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like

wind flying in the playground for my goal, which makes me feel so GREat!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes, it may

disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle, decide

and judge quickly as a leopard, and run for it as a wolf.

Further more, basketball is a sports more than just exercising, It needs

team work. No one can play himself. A team should work together. So I learn to

cooperate with others in this game. I should understand what my teammate doing

and what he needs me to do for him. On the other side, I should learn to show my

teammate what I need. At the same time, I need to keep an eye on the whole game,

knowing how is the situation of our team and how is the other team. It involved

more cooperation and strategy.

I played basketball more for about 5 years now. I make many good friends

throught this sports. It is proud to win honor for my team and my school. Also I

enjoy all games with my friends. Basketball will be my best friends in the

future and my best memory about school life.

傍晚，妈妈又在厨房忙着做饭了，我想：“妈妈每天都这么辛苦，没有休息的时间。我应该当她的小助手，为妈妈减轻负担呀!”

说干就干，我看见妈妈正要出门买菜，便跑过去，“哎---妈妈，妈妈，我有车，就让我去买菜吧!这样快一点嘛!”说完，我就骑着自行车向菜市场骑去。到了菜市场，我买了妈妈爱吃的白菜、油豆腐、瘦肉和鸡蛋，飞快地回到了家。

在家里，我帮妈妈择菜、洗菜;我把肉嵌在油豆腐里，烧油豆腐嵌肉;我还特地蒸了水煮蛋给妈妈吃，还在妈妈的指导下炒了一会儿菜，累得腰酸背痛，腿上被蚊子咬了好几口，还被油烫到。此时，我感觉到，做饭是那么辛苦，妈妈每天要洗衣服、做饭、打扫房间……

我也就不多说感谢妈妈的话了，总而言之，一句话：妈妈，我爱你!你为我付出了那么多，我一定好好学习，以优异的成绩来报答你!

Skiing is a desirable activity fro’ young people. It provides the excitement that theyouth is commonly seeking. The skiers can enjoy the thrill of gliding at tremendous speed down a gleaming,white mountain slope. Often, with split second tinting, they must dodge trees, stumps, and rocks——or find themselves suddenly sprawling in the snow. If they have more than average skill, they can sall through the air in breathtaking leaps and jumps that bring excitement to the onlookers as well. True, there is danger in this excitement,but that is a risk the youth enjoys. Furthermore, skiing is healthful. It provides exercise, often very strenuous as the skiers trudge up a mountain path or work their way on skis up a slope of deep snow. The best of skiers know that they need strong muscles to successfully control their skis, so they exercise to keep themselves physically fit. Another desirable feature is thecompanionship that usually develops wherever skiers gather. Friendships grow quickly on the slopes and in the usual nearby

shelter where the skiers find food, warmth, and rest. Their experiences of the day and their youthfulness easily draw these people together in happy fellowship.

秋天已褪去了几许凉薄，迎面而来的是一片温暖的微风，丝丝缕缕的悠悠白云飘在就在这一个和煦的日子里，我与同学们踏进了中华孝道园。

空气中氤氲着气息，花儿沁出芬芳，耳畔风声拂过，只留一片温柔。眼前即是孝道园的大门，高高的台阶之上摆放着一个桌子，上面放着的东西我看不太清。未等我思索，几位老师便招呼我过来，给我套上了长袖衣衫，这什么？COS古装？老师解释，这时祭祖穿的衣服。

突然感觉自己很幸运，能在人群中选出我和几位同学来祭祖。“由于这是临时的，所以你们只需要跟着老师做就行了。”我心中有些端端不安，但仍然还是站到了台阶之下。

抬眼望去，大祭司走上台阶，两位红衣女子款步而来。此刻我一心只想着到底应该做什么，就连我自己都觉得自己的脸十分僵硬，笑容像是挤出来的。太阳很刺眼，刺得我只得眯起眼睛。

老师走上台阶我也想跟着上去，却一把被工作人员拽了回来。不是说跟着老师行动吗？我大致看清了究竟要做什么往香炉里插上三根香，以此祭拜三皇五帝，历代明君。

终于轮到了我，可是我走台阶的时候一直不停踩到长裙我不得不走得很慢来保持平衡，因此我与同伴的步伐是完全不同节奏的。

尽管如此，我还是插上了香烛，虽然手不停地颤抖着。并不是不敬，我的内心依然是虔诚的，心无旁骛。

点点阳光，映入我心。观望人海，我心雀跃。

闲梦远，一江烟水照晴岚。美哉，中华孝道园。

When I was young my father would kime every night and sing to me as I awoke. He made me feel so special. I knew that my father loved me. It made me feel strong enough to do almost everything.

He got sick, but strength(力气) kept him alive. He loved me so much. He gave up years of his life caring for me, his own son, who was still a little boy. Day and night he struggled(努力) for years with my study and life,Despite disease of his own, he still stood by my side caring for me and comforting me until I was more healthy and happy.

A few years have passed, and the life has changed a lot. But the love for my father won’t change and it will never end.I love my father forever!

My father is a kind man. He is not very tall but he is a man of perseverance. He works very hard and his services are highly appreciated.

My father is a man of devotion. Every morning he.gets up the earliestmake breakfast for us. In the evening, he is always the late to come back home.At weekends, he always takes us to go outing in his car. He is a man of few words, but he often says to me “A little learning is a dangerous thing”. I will always remember these words.

I love my father very much.
