就拿我来说吧，我认为对长辈最大的孝顺就是把自己的学习成绩提高，尽量让父母少操心，平时在家做一些自己力所能及的事。就像上个星期天(母亲节)的时候，我就等母亲吃完饭，抢着洗了所有的碗筷后，给母亲捶了捶背。我在母亲后面一下一下，十分认真地捶着，突然间，我发现母亲的后背有一些驼了，我不禁想起了母亲平日里不仅要辛苦地工作，而且回家还要做好多家务活，于是我捶的更加认真了，并在心中暗暗许诺：我以后要更加孝敬母亲。当然不只是对自己的家人，对所有的长辈都应该如此。如在校，我们要听从老师的教导，在校外，我们也要孝敬长辈，我每个星期最少和爷爷、奶奶通一次电话，因为太远，要不然我每天都会去看他们。

中华民族是一个历史悠久的文明古国，在远古时就有“礼仪之邦”之称。可见，孝顺长辈是中华民族的传统美德，我们绝不能丢掉老一代流传下来的良好品德，那就让我们尽自己最大的努力好好孝顺长辈吧!孝顺还有另外一种，那就是舍小家顾大家，历史上这样的人也很多，过去人说的忠孝难两全，实际忠是最大的孝，对我们小学生来讲，要想孝，首先要把科学文化知识掌握好。孝顺的方式很多，每个人可能都有自己的方法。那就让我们从我做起发扬我们的优良传统吧!

重阳将至，一起来谈论我们中华传统文化之根——孝道。

《孝经》有言“先王有至德要道，以顺天下，民用和睦，上下无怨”。意思是先王有一个治理天下的好方法，它能让人与人之间和睦和谐，互相关爱，上级下级、长辈晚辈不会埋怨——它就是孝道。

中国有句古话叫“百善孝为先”。这句话有两层意思，第一层意思是孝为百善之首；第二层意思是孝开了，百善都开，孝是德之根本。找到根本，德行才长得起来。

当一个孩子有孝心的时候，它很多行为就会起很大的变化。对父母讲话懂得恭敬，对自己自爱自重。友爱兄弟姐妹。

孝道起了，一个人能自强不息；孝道起了，他能用同理心去爱护他人。厚德载物也就由此而来。

生活中，我们的孝道体现在那些方面呢？面对饭碗能感恩父母的供养。面对书本能感恩老师的孜孜教诲。面对一草一木能感恩大自然的风霜雨露。从身边小事开始，团结同学，尊重师长，孝敬父母。从一点一滴开始，将我们的家风传承下去。

“百善孝为先。”孝顺老人是我们中华民族的传统美德。从古到今：黄香温席、卧冰求鲤、鹿乳奉亲、换肾救母、背母求学……这样的孝亲故事数不胜数。不仅如此，我们身边也正在发生一件件孝敬长辈的感人故事。我的外婆就是这样的人。

每当双休日的时候，妈妈经常带我去看望外婆。外婆已经年近七旬，两鬓已有几缕银丝，皱纹早已不知不觉地爬满了她的脸。但是每个双休日，外婆都会带上太祖母爱吃的东西，千里迢迢搭公交车去看探望她。太祖母已经是九旬老人了，满头的银发，脸上布满了一条条深深的皱纹，一笑起来一脸的褶子，满口的牙齿几乎掉光了。一见有人去她家，她驼背，弯腰，步履蹒跚地向前移动。一边走一边说：“你们是谁啊！干什么来，来我家偷东西呀……”后面支支吾吾的，凭谁都听不懂。因为太祖母患有老年痴呆症，所以她不认识人。大家只能无奈地摇摇头。可外婆却丝毫不介意，每次一见太祖母，不管是否理睬她，外婆都走过去拉住她的手，亲切地叫道：“姆妈！”而太祖母就呆呆地看了外婆一眼，渐渐地脸上露出一丝微笑，高兴地说：“三媳妇你来了。”可见得外婆经常来服侍她，已经在太祖母的心里深深地扎下了根。

我也常常跟外婆去看望外祖母。每次到了太祖母家，外婆总是先帮太祖母梳头。外婆轻轻地把蓬乱的头发拢在一起，慢慢地梳，还细心地打了一个麻花辫，再盘上去，最后细心地用夹子一个一个地把辫子固定好。太祖母原本蓬乱的头发就变得十分整齐。太祖母显得更有精神了。外婆又把从家里带去的饭与菜一口一口地喂给太祖母吃，把最大的虾剥给她吃。太祖母一边慢慢地咀嚼，一边微微地笑。待太祖母吃完饭后，外婆又连忙搬来了一把椅子，放到小院子里，扶太祖母慢慢地来到门前晒太阳。外婆再打来一盆温水，把毛巾先打湿，微微拧干，轻轻地给太祖母擦脸擦手。恰逢邻居走，总是忍不住夸外婆是个孝顺的好媳妇。可外婆却笑说：“这是我们晚辈应该做的。”

每次跟外婆的去太祖母家，我都深有感触，也使我慢慢地理解了“百善孝为先”的意思。是啊！我们这些做小辈的就应该要孝顺我们的长辈。外婆就是我学习的好榜样。
