所以，良好的家风会传承中华优良的品质，可以为一方土地造就和谐稳定的社会风气。

我常常告诫孩子，在我们家有一个最为基本的家庭制约，就是勤劳，善良，正直，明辨是非，懂团结，知进取，重孝顺。

记得儿子跟我说：“妈妈，为什么我每天都要比别的孩子做的事多？我告诉他，你做得事多，说明你勤劳，勤劳就会有收获，这些收获将会让你比别人强大。”

与人为善方可与恶远之。与恶远之方能安宁顺景。上善若水，水利万物而不与争，因而决定了水的作用和价值，真善无敌！――水能利万物，水也能覆万物！

正直，是一个人用正确的思想决定正确的方法做出正确的事务，不能损人利己，更不能损人损己。正直所体现的是人格魅力。

我也常常对女儿讲，一个女子首先要明辨是非，不明辨是非胡搅蛮缠的都将是祸水。危害自己家庭的和谐，危害别人家庭的稳定，危害社会的安宁，因为女子是安定团结，息事宁人的重要环节。

一个家庭所建树的家风远不止这些。

在日常的生活中，孝道更可谓是一个家庭应该传承的精神，它维系着一个家庭几代人的安宁与幸福。因为，孝顺做在前，后尘会感知，会效仿。

团结是一个家庭的力量的源泉。首先父母要相亲相敬，父母相亲相敬，孩子才会有安全感。孩子有了安全感。团结就会滋生所有的正能量。如上阵父子兵，如手足兄弟情……这些人之常情会让人懂得珍惜与感恩！从而有效抵御一切外来的伤害与干扰。

知进取是促进一个家庭发展的重要途径。父母进取，则孩子独立，则孩子进取。进取就会不畏艰辛积极向上努力为家庭创造价值，向美好的明天挺进！
