第一讲修养篇所阐述的是指口乃心之门户，即指一个人嘴里说的必定是他心里所想，否则则是口是心非。相随心生，即指一个人的面相大多与心理活动息息相关。互相影响。这大概就是人们所说的，为什么有的人看起来很善良目光明亮而清澈，而有些人看起来很阴暗，很圆滑的样子。

翟教授传递给我们有些东西是可以替代的，唯有人的格局，人的胸怀和人的境界是不可替代的。世界上最伟大的力量就是改变，所以我们必须从自身做起，哪怕每天仅仅改变百分之一。好的开始就是成功的一半，笑，就像阳光，不仅给别人更会给自己带来灿烂的心情。哈弗大学的一则研究报告中指出，在人的第一印象中，55%

来自肢体语言，37%来自声音，8%来自说的内容。据说韩国，日本还专门开设了培训微笑的机构，可见良好的人际沟通笑容是多么的重要。人际沟通中最大的禁忌就是一脸死相，默默的在心里念道：永远不要做情绪和气氛的污染者，永远不要做个扫兴的人。

第二讲心态篇，心态即是心理状态。领导人具备的心态，喜悦心，其中包括正见(正确的见解)，正思维(正确的志向)，正语(正确的语言)，正精进(具足勇气，正确的努力)，正念(正确的念头)。

世间万事万物,你可用两种观念去看它,一个是正的,积极的,另一个是负的,消极的,这就像钱币,一正一反;该怎么看,这一正一反,就是心态,它完全决定于你自己的想法。好的心态可使人快乐进取,有朝气,有精神。消极的心态则使人沮丧,难过,没有主动性。

俗话说得好：父慈子孝，家和事兴。孝是做人之根，行事之本，所以古人以孝治国。

孝道是中华民族传统美德，是中华民族的优良品质，那么怎样才能做到孝呢？我们可以从身边的小事做起，帮父母做一些力所能及的事，比如说，帮他们扫地，帮他们洗碗，帮他们倒水。

现在的我们正处于青春期，觉得父母最好不要管我。随着我们慢慢长大，说话也越来越少。不仅如此，父母随便说个几句，我们却觉得很烦，有时我甚至还和父母闹矛盾呢。

面对我们的不孝，父母却是满满的包容，和期待。一位母亲在接受记者采访时候动情地说：“我们做父母的其实特别希望孩子有帮父母做点事的举动或者想法，哪怕只是倒一杯水，扫一次地，我们心里都会感到特别的欣慰，甚至是特别的感动”。

倒一杯水，扫一次地，有这么难吗？从小到大，父母为我们到了多少杯水，扫了多少次地？而我们真的忙到连做这些小事的时间都没有了吗？我们有多少的时间用在了玩手机上，用在了埋怨父母上？

我们知道，小时候是谁细心温柔的照顾你的，父母。他们喊过累吗？不，没有！他们只是用全部的心血呵护我们一点点幸福成长。

长大成年后，我们也有了自己的工作，那时候不可能陪在父母身边了，倒一杯水，扫一次地，或许成了奢望。有人也许会说，以后我们可以把工作放一边，回家陪陪孤独的父母。可是，假如现在我们连倒一杯水、扫一次地都做不到，还能期望以后有这份难得的孝心。

让我们行动起来吧，从身边的小事做起，帮父母做一些力所能及的事，以实际行动孝敬父母，弘扬我们的优秀品质，让社会更美好。
