那天晚上，我做完了功课，准备完成这项奇怪的作业。于是，我走出了房间，准备对正在看电视的妈妈说声“我爱你”。本来以为说声“我爱你”十分容易，可此时的我不知为什么变得害羞起来。我吞吞吐吐地对妈妈说：“我…我…。”话还没说完，妈妈就说：“怎么啦?吞吞吐吐的。是不是又想订书啊!不用不好意思，多少钱，妈妈给你，还是想要零花钱?我也给你，不过不准乱花哦!”我的心悚然一动，妈妈，你怎么想到的都是我的事呢?你什么时候才能想到自己?

顿时，我的眼泪像断了线的珠子流了下来。从小到大，妈妈一有什么好吃的，总会留给我。我犯了错误，妈妈从不打我，而是细心教导我，告诉我以后不能再这样做。妈妈为了我受了多少苦。现在，对她说一声“我爱您”都这么难，我真是个不孝女!

想到这里，一声|“我爱你”不由破口而出。妈妈听了，会心一笑。说：“我也爱你!”我终于明白了老师的用意，她是想让我们学会感恩!

感恩，不需要去做什么惊天动地的事。有时，一张满分的考卷、一束美丽的鲜花、一声“我爱你”……都能使爸爸妈妈脸上露出笑容。
