很多人认为《易经》只是一部用来预测的书，其实并不是这样。《易经》最重要的内容，正像《周易参同契》里面所揭示的，它是一部“修之身，其德乃真”的书，是指导每个人如何按照道德观念、理论、方法进行修之身从而产生“内文明”的书，是一部能够在体内生成图像思维的书，是能够使左脑和右脑结合运用并在大脑中间诞生一个屏幕产生图像的实践指导书。

伏羲的易道文化，就是中华道德根文化中文理基因的原生点之一。“一”，既是阳爻的表述，更是最初“德一”的象形描画，是用内求法发现制成卦的现象，是由内转外记录成爻和卦的源起。虚无生万有，“德一”是一切有相的源起。“一”的断裂，形成一生二，才是阴爻的表述。三个爻构成一个卦，则是对事物精神的表述，“三生万物”的本义就全在其中，只是后天智识不易解读而已。

《易经·明夷卦》：“内文明而外柔顺，以蒙大难，文王以之。”“内文明”是指体内必须要达到的“文明”，甚至每一个骨节都要内观清楚明白，能够出现彩色的图像。老子说，“知人者智，自知者明。”老子所说的“自知者明”，也就是指“内文明”，如果“自知”做不到“内文明”，那么“外柔顺”也是盲目的，并不是真正的“柔顺”之王，不能体现内圣的本质之王。

《易经·乾卦》：“见龙在田，天下文明。”《黄帝四经·道法》：“道生法。法者，引得失以绳，而明曲直者也。”《黄帝四经·姓争》：“其明者以为法，而微道是行。明明至微，时反以为几。”《黄帝四经·君正》：“天执一，明三，定二，建八正，行七法，然后施于四极，而四极之中无不听命矣。”《德道经·守母》：“见小曰明，守柔曰强。用其光，复归其明。”

我们要想将孝道文化弄明白，想将道德根文化弄明白，前提和基础都离不开修之身的“自知者明”。“内文明”和“自知者明”，是我们实现身内和谐、具有道德文明、具有孝道思想的根本。如果“自知”做不到“内文明”，我们就不知道过去、现在和未来，既不知道身心健康的要素，也不知道人际关系互动之间思维能量的正负作用。

很多人片面认为孝不孝是次要的问题，人生要及时行乐，照顾好自己和自己的孩子就行了。殊不知，父母遭受的磨难将来必定会反馈到自己身上，自己要去承受。因为能量流动是不灭的，这点符合唯物辩证法，只是我们难以清晰观察到这种能量流动的变化和运动规律而已。一旦我们知道了这种规律，一旦我们有了“自知之明”，那么自己就会把“孝”作为做人的准则主动去践行。

It is reported that ten big cities in China are being  among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.

Many factors are  to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air, the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the  use of plastic bags etc.

To my view, stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without  should be heavily fined. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. What’s more, the media should play an important role in implanting a sense

of consciousness into people’s mind.

If everybody works toward a common goal of making the environment better, we can create a cleaner and lovelier world for us and for the coming generation.

In summer I usually get up early in the morning to exercise. Raising my head, I see the vast space in the sky. There are fish scales clouds, cotton-like clouds, sheep like clouds and dark blue clouds like a lake. The clouds are moving silently, changing constantly in shape.

Looking to the east, the sun is gradually showing her face, as if realising shes being watched. She blushes in shyness. Climing up the tree and over the house, the suns rays become radiant. 闵子骞是周朝时期的人。幼时丧母，父娶某姓女为继室。闵子骞素性讲孝，对待继母像生母一样孝顺。后来继母接连生啦两个儿子，于是对闵子骞开始憎恶起来。总是在丈夫面前说子骞的坏话，挑拔子骞与父亲的关系。

刚刚吃过午饭，爸爸妈妈就催促着我，让我快一些。我跟着他们一路奔波已经累的够呛的了，现在又要跟他们跑去外婆家，我有一些不乐意了，我心想：住医院和把外婆接回来住不是一样的吗？干嘛这么折腾啊！所以我故意慢吞吞的，结果等到的不是爸爸跟我说：“那你留在家里吧！”而是迎来了爸爸劈头盖脸的一顿骂。不过，现在细细想来，不过去的话的确缺少一些孝心，我陷入了关于孝道的这个问题……

关于孝的事例：一、记得有一次：在老家住时，有一次吃过午饭后，全部人都离开饭厅了，里面只剩下表哥和奶奶，表格也吃完了，但是他坚持帮奶奶收拾碗筷，还说想帮奶奶洗碗，可是在奶奶一而三再而三的劝说下，他才放弃了，经过这件事，奶奶的心里也是温暖极了。这件事我也是听爸爸说的，据爸爸说，奶奶拉着他说了几十次。二、由于外婆摔跤的缘故，我们返程的前一个晚上，妹妹显得闷闷不乐，还表示十分不舍得爷爷，爷爷看到后也是十分的感动，因为对于一个只有两岁的小孩子来说，这是一份什么样的感情啊！爷爷对我们也是十分的依依不舍……

除了上面这些，哪怕你只是甜甜地叫他（她）老人家一声，他（她）们也会感到十分的暖心和开心。

孝，其实一直都在我们身边。孝，往往只是你的一声外婆或外公……孝，它一直都需要所有人来实践它。让我们一起去实践它吧！
