古代的圣人大部分都很孝顺父母。汉文帝刘恒，他以仁孝闻名天下，侍奉母亲从不懈怠。母亲卧病三年，他常常目不交睫，衣不解带，母亲所服的汤药，他亲口尝过后才能放心让母亲服用。他在位24年，重德治，兴礼仪，使西汉社会稳定，经济得到恢复和发展，他与汉景帝的统治时期被誉为“文景之治”。曾参为孔子的得意弟子，少年时家贫，常入山打柴。一天，家里来了客人，母亲不知所措，就用牙咬自己的手指。曾参忽然觉得心窝处一阵疼痛，知道母亲在呼唤自己，便背着柴迅速返回家中，跪问缘故。母亲说：“有客人忽然到来，我咬手指盼你回来。”曾参于是接见客人，以礼相待。学识渊博的他曾提出“吾日三省身”的修养方法，后世儒家尊他为“宗圣”。

而我家的家风也与孝有关“百善孝为先，孝敬无底限”。长辈们也常常劝诫我们要孝顺长辈，尊敬长者，而他们也身先力行，给我们做了个榜样。

我的爷爷奶奶常年侍奉在曾外祖父、曾外祖母身旁，为了照顾他们而放弃了到城里享受生活，与子孙们共享天伦之乐的机会。他们为90高龄的曾外祖父、曾外祖母洗衣、烧饭、擦拭身体，照顾得无微不至。当他们生病时，侍奉在床头，端茶、倒水、喂药，令长辈们为之感动。

而我的父辈们，也传承了好的孝道家风。16年的11月份，我的曾外祖母出门散步，因眼睛视力不好，不小心摔倒在一旁的树丛中，当她被送到医院时，发现骨头有些错位。当知晓这个消息时，我的父亲二话不说，立刻从百忙之中抽出时间，急忙地驾着车风驰电掣地开往医院。到达医院后，父亲推着她奔走于各检查室，待一切检查完毕后，并在病房里陪伴将近三个小时，最后在曾外祖母的再三催促下，才不舍地叮嘱了一番，离开了医院。

他们对于自己的父母，则是常念心怀。由于我们两个家分居两地，父母亲每月抽两天时间回去探望远在乡下的长辈。每次第一站必先去曾外祖父、曾外祖母的家里探望二老，再回家看望爷爷奶奶。在每年的节假日，必定带着爷爷奶奶外出旅游。爷爷奶奶心疼钱，心里很想去，嘴里却说不去，父母亲总有办法说服他们，带他们去旅游。

父亲常说：“长辈养我小，我要养他们老。”天下唯有“孝敬”、“助人”不能等，因为过了，别人就不再需要了。所以，父亲每次得知爷爷奶奶有所身体不适时，总是第一时间送他们到医院检查，直到康复。

我从小在这样一个充满孝义的家庭氛围中长大，耳濡目染，也深受大家的影响，决定做好一个孝顺的孩子。学习爸爸妈妈侍奉在老人身旁，搀扶着曾外祖父、曾外祖母行走在乡间小道上，锻炼身体。为他们端茶倒水，做一些力所能及的事情。

国庆节的那一天，父亲带着我和堂弟到内党村的养老院接曾外祖父回家过中秋节，到他房间时，发现曾外祖父正在午休，我轻声叫唤了几声：“曾外公，曾外公。”曾外祖父迷迷糊糊地抬起头来，看见我和堂弟立刻露出了笑容，我也不禁浮现出一丝淡淡的微笑，我和堂弟小心翼翼地搀扶着曾外祖父，走到车子旁，打开车门扶着他坐进去，向他嘘寒问暖，了解他的生活近况。

陪伴是最珍贵的孝道，当人老了，就没有任何的物质需求，而是像个孩子一样，需要子女最长久的陪伴，让自己老来不孤就不会苦。

家风就是一个家族的精神面貌，我要好好牢记长辈们对我的教导。

As an engineering student majoring in environmental systems, I have strong awareness of the environment and want to work in the field of environmental protection. There are three feasible ways, in my opinion, which can raise public awareness of our surrounding environment. Firstly, the appropriate education in schools can be applied to build our concept on the importance of environment and it should be taken good care. Secondly, more and more green or environmental promotions should be carried out. For example, use public transportation more frequently instead of private vehicles; print double-sided instead of one-sided to save papers. Furthermore, researches on clean energy and sustainable development should be enhanced. The natural resources on earth is not infinite and we should seek for a better method to protect our circumstance in the long run.

Deep Mother Love-深沉的母爱

Every child is surrounded by the deep mother love. However, we often turn a blind eye to the love. One day I deeply felt the love.

One day I hurried home for lunch after school, because there would be an exam in the afternoon and I had expected to go back to school early to prepare for the exam. But when I got home, the lunch was not ready yet. I felt unhappy. When the dishes were served, I forund none I like. I ran out of my house angrily and wanderde on the street for a while,hungry. Then I walked to school.

When I got into the classroom, I saw a lunch box on my desk. One classmate told me that it was my mother ther that had brought it here.After opening the box, I found my favorite food inside. My eyes was moist with tears.

Mother gave me her love without asking for return, How deep mother love is!

每个孩子都被深沉的母爱包围着，然而我们经常对这种爱视而不见。一天我深深感受到了这种爱。

一天放学后我匆忙回家吃午饭，因为下午考试，我希望早一点回校准备考试。但是我到家时午饭还没有准备好，我很不高兴。饭菜端上来时，我发现没有一样是我喜欢的。我生气地跑出了家门，饿着肚子在街上游荡了一会，然后往学校走去。

Today is March 8th, the new term, the last but the most important term of junior high has been on for more than seven days. It means that there are only about three months left for us to study.

We suddenly feel that time passes so fast. We still remember the first day we come to this famous middle school, but now, two and a half years has passed. Have you ever looked back and thought, what you did and learnt in the two and a half years? And how much did you learn from teachers, books or in any other ways?
