书是我们的朋友。它们向我们介绍不同种类的知识，它指导我们沿着成功之路前行。

书是我们的老师。它们教我们真理、科学、文学和生活的哲理，同时它们增加了我们的知识，扩大了我们的视野，增强了我们的个性，使我们还做了在没有书的情况下绝不可能完成的其他事情。

书能让我们明辨是非，并且只有书才能让我们吸取反面教训。

因此，读更多的书是我们青少年学生的明智之举。

Since its first appearance in the 15th century in the courts of European royalty, ballet has become one of the most loved forms of dance. One of the most beloved ballets is “Swan Lake.” First performed in Russia in 1895, it continues to thrill audiences around the world today.

The word “ballet” itself is French, and comes from the Italian word ballo, meaning “a dance.” Ballet dancing, as we know it today, is a result of influences from many countries.  Italy, France, Russia, England, and America have all contributed important elements to this style of dance.

Highly technical, ballet is always performed to music and often tells a story. Though learning this style of dance is a difficult process, the results on stage are magical. The graceful moves display the body in the most elegant and beautiful manner possible.

This winter vacation, I with my parents to the eastern suburbs Xuelianshan ski skiing.

How happy I was that day, I finally learned to skiing!

Whether students of Grade Nine should take after-school activity or not cause the attention of many teachers, students and parents attention. They say colorful after-school activities can help the students reduce their study pressure. And at the same time it can make them be strong and heathy. Some people dont agree because they think its a waste of time to take part in it and students may get tired easily which will influent their study.

In my opinion, I think its good for the students to take part in after-school activity because it is not only good for their health but also can help them be refresh so that they can study well.

九年级的学生是否应该把课外活动或不会导致许多老师的注意,学生和家长的注意。他们认为丰富多彩的课外活动可以帮助学生减少学习压力。同时它可以使他们坚强和健康。有些人不同意,因为他们认为这是浪费时间参加,学生可能容易疲劳,会影响他们的学习。

在我看来,我认为这是有利于学生参加课外活动,因为它是不仅对他们的健康有益,还能帮助他们被刷新,这样他们可以好好学习。

中华民族是世界上最优秀的民族之一。当巴比伦文化沉没以后，当埃及文化消失以后，当玛雅文明被摧残以后，中国古文明是硕果仅存和系统最完善的古老民族文化，它没有发生严重的文化断裂，可以迅速恢复勃勃的生机。

中国传统根文化，不外乎伏羲、黄帝、老子的文化，三者形成了一个三足鼎立、三生万物的格局，构成了民族文化坚实的根基。在历史长河中，伏羲黄老的道德根文化，毫无疑问是中华传统文化之根，是各家学说、各个学派的最高境界和共同归宿与理想目标。春秋战国诸子百家以及后来的理学等，都是从道德根文化大树中派生出来的枝干文化。

目前社会上还有很多人受汉代史学家的影响，受汉武帝政治思想的影响，受“罢黜百家，独尊儒术”的思想影响，对这一事实难以认同。事实上，只要历史学家、文学家和政治家在静虑、静定当中走进历史，能够真正走入汉代文化历史当中，走入到2500年以前中国的历史文化当中去进行精心研究，中肯地评价祖国的文化和根文化，就能够得出相同的认知。无论是孔子的原儒学，还是伏羲黄老文化，都诞生在“修之身，其德乃真”的内修实践当中。

很多人认为《易经》只是一部用来预测的书，其实并不是这样。《易经》最重要的内容，正像《周易参同契》里面所揭示的，它是一部“修之身，其德乃真”的书，是指导每个人如何按照道德观念、理论、方法进行修之身从而产生“内文明”的书，是一部能够在体内生成图像思维的书，是能够使左脑和右脑结合运用并在大脑中间诞生一个屏幕产生图像的实践指导书。

伏羲的易道文化，就是中华道德根文化中文理基因的原生点之一。“一”，既是阳爻的表述，更是最初“德一”的象形描画，是用内求法发现制成卦的现象，是由内转外记录成爻和卦的源起。虚无生万有，“德一”是一切有相的源起。“一”的断裂，形成一生二，才是阴爻的表述。三个爻构成一个卦，则是对事物精神的表述，“三生万物”的本义就全在其中，只是后天智识不易解读而已。

《易经·明夷卦》：“内文明而外柔顺，以蒙大难，文王以之。”“内文明”是指体内必须要达到的“文明”，甚至每一个骨节都要内观清楚明白，能够出现彩色的图像。老子说，“知人者智，自知者明。”老子所说的“自知者明”，也就是指“内文明”，如果“自知”做不到“内文明”，那么“外柔顺”也是盲目的，并不是真正的“柔顺”之王，不能体现内圣的本质之王。

《易经·乾卦》：“见龙在田，天下文明。”《黄帝四经·道法》：“道生法。法者，引得失以绳，而明曲直者也。”《黄帝四经·姓争》：“其明者以为法，而微道是行。明明至微，时反以为几。”《黄帝四经·君正》：“天执一，明三，定二，建八正，行七法，然后施于四极，而四极之中无不听命矣。”《德道经·守母》：“见小曰明，守柔曰强。用其光，复归其明。”

我们要想将孝道文化弄明白，想将道德根文化弄明白，前提和基础都离不开修之身的“自知者明”。“内文明”和“自知者明”，是我们实现身内和谐、具有道德文明、具有孝道思想的根本。如果“自知”做不到“内文明”，我们就不知道过去、现在和未来，既不知道身心健康的要素，也不知道人际关系互动之间思维能量的正负作用。

很多人片面认为孝不孝是次要的问题，人生要及时行乐，照顾好自己和自己的孩子就行了。殊不知，父母遭受的磨难将来必定会反馈到自己身上，自己要去承受。因为能量流动是不灭的，这点符合唯物辩证法，只是我们难以清晰观察到这种能量流动的变化和运动规律而已。一旦我们知道了这种规律，一旦我们有了“自知之明”，那么自己就会把“孝”作为做人的准则主动去践行。
