雾霾天气尽量减少外出，外出时可戴棉质口罩来预防呼吸道受雾天“污染”。外出归来及时清洗脸部及裸露皮肤，也可清水冲洗鼻腔。雾霾天气晨练除了可以导致呼吸系统疾病亦可导致心脑血管疾病出现;雾霾天气尽量减少去人多地方，一些地方空气流通差易造成呼吸系统疾病交叉感染。平时多饮水、清淡饮食、多进食新鲜的蔬菜水果，坚强锻炼，增强免疫力。

一直持续到下午放学，天还是灰蒙蒙、阴沉沉的，感觉特别压抑。回到家，妈妈正在拆一个大包装盒，原来妈妈买了台空气净化器回家。妈妈说这是她好不容易在商场抢来的，空气净化器都卖断货了。接上电源后，PM2。5竟然显示126了，妈妈连连叹气：“这样的空气，真是让人太不放心了！”

雾霾天，真的好烦。我好想念蓝天白云，可以大口呼吸的日子。看到雾霾的形成原因主要是灰尘、汽车尾气、工厂污染等等，看来我们真的要好好保护环境，保护好我们的地球，否则没有干净的空气让我们呼吸，那该是一件多么难过的事情啊！

My Mother
