纵然，这只是我和大家的自娱自乐自慰，但是“有多少雾霾可以重来”，雾霾天气的卷土重来无疑不是给了我们所有地球人一个忠告吗，究竟谁是他的罪魁祸首，究竟谁又该对它负责，难道不是我们人类吗?

当今时代，经济、科技是发达了，人们的腰包也鼓了，几乎家家都开起了小车，机油柴油的需求量飙升，供应量却在日趋枯竭，最关键的是正是这些机动车排放的废气恰恰是导致雾霾的重要因素，这些废气以及废气中的细小颗粒漂浮在空中严重影响空气质量!再说说沿海的发达城市吧，上海、江苏、浙江等地，经济是发达了，可是那些化工厂，轻工业厂的废气废渣废水排放有哪个是完全达标排放的，所以雾霾天气他们首当其冲也绝对正常!还有的就是我们的“北京咳”，一国之都有的只是雾霾霾的一片，这不是我们的悲哀与伤痛吗?

在雾霾笼罩全国的过程中，我相信我们每一个人都有自己的切肤之痛。然而治理空气污染“亡羊补牢为时不晚”我们每个人都必须认识到：空气污染了，我们大家都是受害者;所以减排要从我们自己做起，抵制雾霾需要我们每一个人的参与和支持。一直我们都在提倡少开车多骑车，可是多少人做到了呢，而我只是强求大家一周能有那么一两天可以不开车骑骑自行车，坐坐公交车，走走路就可以了;空调我们能不用就不用，想想看反正空调吹多了对自己的身体也不好;还有就是那些工厂老总们，你们已经金银满贯了，不在乎拿两个钱出来对把自己的厂房的废气废渣废水排放设施建的完善一些……

自然的力量是永远不可抗拒的，我们唯一能做的就是遵循自然规律，和大自然和谐相处，否则自然对我们人类的报复就不单单是雾霾天气了!从现在起人人贡献出一份力量，治理雾霾天气靠你靠我靠我们大家，让我们共同携手对雾霾天气负责吧!

这几天，天总是灰蒙蒙的，见不得阳光，明天出门妈妈都要让我戴口罩，说有雾霾空气太脏。什么是霾呢?爸爸给了我答案： 霾又称大气棕色云，在中国气象局《地面气象观测规范》中，霾天气定义：“大量极细微的干尘粒等均匀地浮游在空中，使水平能见度小于10千米的空气普遍有混浊现象，使远处光亮物微带黄、红色，使黑暗物微带蓝色。”据研究，目前在我国存在着4个霾天气比较严重地区：黄淮海地区、长江河谷、四川盆地和珠江三角洲。

霾与雾有什么区别? 一般来讲，雾和霾的区别主要在于水分含量的大小：水分含量达到90%以上的叫雾，水分含量低于80%的叫霾。80%——90%之间的，是雾和霾的混合物。霾和雾有一些肉眼看得见的“不一样”：雾的颜色是乳白色、青白色，霾则是黄色、橙灰色;雾的边界很清晰，过了“雾区”可能就是晴空万里，但是霾则与周围环境边界不明显，城市化和工业化是霾产生的主要因素。 霾分：轻度霾、中度霾和重度霾。 一：轻度霾：空气相对湿度小于等于80%，能见度大于5公里且小于10公里;二：中度霾：空气相对湿度小于等于80%，能见度大于2公里且小于等于5公里;三：重度霾：空气相对湿度小于等于80%，且能见度小于等于2公里。

雾霾究竟是什么呢?雾霾是一定气候条件与人类活动相互作用的结果，高密度人口的经济和社会活动必然会排放大量细颗粒物(PM 2.5)，如果排放超过大气循环能力和承载度，细颗粒物浓度将持续积聚起来，此时如果受天气等影响，极易出现大范围的雾霾。因为雾霾，我和爸爸去北京时特意准备了口罩，却也起不到多大的作用，汽车尾气、扬尘、违规厂房等污染，导致北京的天是雾蒙蒙的，大白天的能见度也不是很高，医院也因空气污染患呼吸道疾病的人，也越来越多，此前，爵士歌手佩蒂·奥斯汀就是因北京雾霾哮喘病发，被迫取消演唱会。

雾霾如此严重，环境如此糟糕，而我们的国人仿佛只想到现在，只想到自己，只想着眼前的利益，呜呼!我泱泱大国就不能出现几个柴静吗?我们不呼吸行不行?不行!这固然是很不现实的，我们暂时没有能移居到别的星球的能力，我们需要的不是回避现实的乌龟缩壳的心态，而是要有像英国这样勇于破釜沉舟的意识，他们能在痛定思痛的基础上改变了本来上风明显的支柱产业，大力改变蓝天白云的纯净度，回报他们的不是国家的落后，而是惊人的经济发展速度!

城市的崛起和发展固然是一个国家繁华进步的重要标志，但是和生命比起来呢?我们的选择和意识决定了本身的命运。所以，从现在起，不要让绿色出行，低碳环保成为一纸空谈，行动起来，举报那些违规，，走出家门，向不懂、不理解、不愿去做的人们去宣传低碳健康的生活方式：做一个心中有蓝天，有祖国的志愿者……这些我们都能做，并且都应当作。

假如人人都能行动起来，我坚信，总有一天，世界不会再有灰色的隔阂，穹顶之下，我们同呼吸同命运!

星期四，因为雾霾学校竟然停课了。我开心得要命，这样既可以看动画片，又可以少写一点作业了。

但是上午，妈妈还是给我布置了一点作业。我很庆幸，认认真真、老老实实地完成了作业，心里巴望着妈妈能给我好好放个假。

到了中午，妈妈给我看了一集动画片。我真是太开心了，平时周一到周四是不可以看动画片的，而今天却例外，竟然给我看了一集动画片，真是太爽了！
