Mr Shao taught me English when I was in Senior Three.With the bald head and hunchback, the fifty or some man distinguished himself from his counterparts in many ways.

He was so addicted to tobacco that he couldn`t even skip acigarette in the corridor at the interval between two classes. Due to the long time consumption of cigarettes, his teeth had gone totally bad and occasionally let off unpleasant smell which really disturbed us when we were talking to him. 近期，天气总是雾蒙蒙的，我想出门玩耍的愿望总是被这鬼天气给搅和了。通过阅读报纸，我明白了这种天气就是雾霾，它是因为空气遭受比较严重的污染才在一定的条件下形成的。看来，我们身边的空气质量真令人堪忧哇。

我从报纸上得知，近期我国中东部大部分地区笼罩在一片雾霾之中，有人戏言：“世界上最远的距离是——你站在我面前，我却看不到你!”十里“霾”伏让广大市民心生恐慌，妈妈总是对我说空气污染太严重了，不能出门。许多行人出行时都戴上口罩，以此来应对恶劣的空气质量，却总让人有喘不过气的感觉。

前两天降过一场雪，大家对这次降雪充满期待，以为雪后雾霾就会消散。然而雪后雾霾依在，不少地方的空气质量更差了。报纸频频报道这种恶劣天气产生的原因带来的影响，让我也对雾霾的关注度日益提高。

针对持续的雾霾天气，各地出台不少措施来改善空气质量，如限制车辆出行，淘汰老旧车辆，以气代油等等。可是，我想，这还不是根本，政府部门应该从根本上着手解决相关问题。

净化空气，改善环境，刻不容缓!让我们大家都行动起来，还世界一片洁净!

今天早上，我刚起床拉开窗帘，就看见窗户外面雾蒙蒙的，对面的楼房若隐若现。我高兴地大声喊：“妈妈！今天大雾！我们像在仙境里一样呢！”说完，我就准备打开窗户，感受一下大雾天气。闻声跑过来的妈妈阻止了我，妈妈说：“今天是雾霾天，我们尽量不要开窗。这种污染的天气，对人的健康有很大的影响。”我觉得好遗憾。

马上就要上学了，我刚走出家门，妈妈就把我拽了回来，她拿着一个蓝色的口罩对我说：“跟你说过，今天雾霾污染严重，你怎么连个口罩都不带就走了呢。”说完就把口罩戴在了我的脸上。我走出家门，感觉口罩里特别闷，虽然口罩有防霾措施，让我能呼吸干净的空气，但我总感觉有点不通畅，闷得要命。一路上都是带口罩的大人和孩子，哎，不能自由大口地呼吸，真让人难受啊。

终于到了上体育课的时候了，我们大家都要出去排队，这时体育老师开口了：“同学们好！因为今天雾霾天，所以不上室外课，我们只上室内课。”全班同学都眼巴巴地看着不远处的操场，唉声叹气。不能在室外自由地奔跑嬉戏，真让人不舒服啊。

一直持续到下午放学，天还是灰蒙蒙、阴沉沉的，感觉特别压抑。回到家，妈妈正在拆一个大包装盒，原来妈妈买了台空气净化器回家。妈妈说这是她好不容易在商场抢来的，空气净化器都卖断货了。接上电源后，PM2。5竟然显示126了，妈妈连连叹气：“这样的空气，真是让人太不放心了！”

晚餐，妈妈烧了红烧鸭血，红烧白萝卜，都不是我爱吃的。我问妈妈，为什么要吃这些，妈妈说这是抗雾霾的食物，非得让我多吃一点。还要吃不喜欢的食物，真是让我感觉心都要碎了。

雾霾太大了，整个一白茫茫的世界。一想到妈妈说，吸多了雾霾，对身体有伤害。就赶忙朝着屋子走进去，一片白茫茫的世界，完全看不见东西，我只能摸着，慢慢的一步一步向前挪。好不容易靠感觉走到了屋子，在窗户外面看看雾霾是什么样子的吧，哇!外面一片白色呀！什么也看不见，整个一白色的天堂。因为雾霾太大，爸爸妈妈就没去上班，因为雾霾天气，我们大家要时刻记住保暖哦!大家也要记住，雾霾天去尽量不要出门。                                                   我眼中的雾霾是有害的，不知，你们眼中的雾霾是什么样的呢？

记得书中对“雾”的描写非常美丽，作者们对它从不吝啬赞美之词，提到它我们眼前立刻浮现出虚无缥缈、人间仙境、海市蜃楼…古代诗人也钟情于它，宋代葛长庚《晓行》咏道：雨余花点满红桥，柳絮沾泥夜不消。晓雾忽无还忽有，春山如近复如途。不知什么时候开始“雾霾”出现了，虽然只多了一个字，却让人们如临大敌，避之不及。究竟什么是雾霾呢?

雾霾是雾和霾的组合词，常见于城市，在我国不少地区将雾并入霾一起作为灾害性天气现象进行预警预报，统称为“雾霾天气”。

雾霾是特定气候条件与人类活动相互作用的结果，高密度人口的经济及社会活动必然会排放大量细颗粒物(PM2。5)，一旦排放超过大气循环能力和承载度，PM2。5持续积聚就会出现大范围的雾霾。

写到这里我不禁疑惑，雾霾究竟是如何形成的?查阅了相关资料发现原来“雾霾竟与我有关”，近年来城市的汽车越来越多，排放的汽车尾气量也逐年加大，而它对城市空气中PM2。5的“贡献”竟然达到了60%之多，想想我每天上学、放学、郊游，舒服的坐在车里，不知不觉也成了制造雾霾的帮凶。而国人引以为自豪的烹饪，对PM2。5的贡献也不小，油炸、炒菜时产生的PM2。5最多，只要持续五分钟PM2。5的数值就从开始时的38微克∕立方米，迅速飙升到787微克∕立方米，而蒸、煮的烹饪方式则不然，看样子，我以后的饮食习惯要改一改了。当然形成雾霾的原因还有很多，恕不赘述。

那么雾霾有哪些危害呢?它看似温和，里面却含有各种对人体有害的细颗粒，有毒物质达20多种包括了酸、碱、盐、胺、酚等，以及尘埃、花粉、螨虫、流感病毒等，对人体呼吸系统和心血管系统的危害很严重，它导致近地层紫外线的减弱，使空气中的传染性病菌的活性增强，传染病增多。不利于我们成长，由于日照减少，紫外线照射不足，体内维生素D生成不足，对钙的吸收大大减少。还记得英国伦敦1952年的那场大雾吧!它似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺去了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内又夺去了8000人的生命，可见雾霾的危害也给我们敲响了警钟，我们需要的是干净的空气，健康的体魄，请不要以牺牲健康为代价来换取所谓美好生活，少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护植物。

既然雾霾与我有关，那么治霾从我做起，保护我们赖以生存的环境吧!

可是听到这消息，我一点都高兴不起来。

雾霾，名副其实，就是雾和霾的总称。但是雾和霾并不是同一种物质，它们的区别是很大的。

霾，就是灰霾，也就是空气中的一些灰尘，杂物混合在一起的浑浊现象。远远望去，就像是黄山云海般，让人误以为自己身处云端。可是霾终究和云雾不同，它的危害可是不小的。大家可以想象，如果公路上一片浑浊，交通事故是不可避免。人们吸进那些有害物质对身心健康也是一种危害。霾也分很多级，有轻微霾，轻度霾，中度霾和重度霾。在我看了新闻后，发现上海那片城市已经云雾缭绕了，却只是中度霾，可见如果是重度霾，在那一片灰蒙蒙，不见天日的场景下，会发生什么令人惊悚的事。

至于雾，它经常出现在在我们南京地区。是由空气中的水蒸气遇冷而液化成的小水滴悬浮在离地较近的空气层中而形成的，就像是地上的云，一片白茫茫。根据每次出现的雾的不同特点可以把雾分成很多种类，有辐射雾、平流雾、蒸发雾、烟雾等等。当然，它的危害也是不小的，漂流在空气中的不明物质会诱发像感冒、哮喘的症状。这可苦了最近一直感冒加咳嗽的我了。

雾和霾分开来都那么令人畏惧，这可倒好，这次咱南京惹来了雾霾！“溪月行遭雾雨霾”，大诗人苏轼遇到雾霾也要感叹一句，何况我们这些只能眼巴巴地遵循学校的安排的学生？

雾霾可谓是我们生活中一大恐怖 分子，结合了雾和霾的所有特征的它对人体的伤害那是更加加剧了。我们都知道癌，那可是一种让人谈癌变色的不治之症啊。雾霾，还真能致癌--由许多灰尘、杂质、有毒颗粒、城市生活中的排气物组成的雾霾，如果它经常被人吸进体内，就会引起一些疾病，癌当然是这些疾病当中的“顶级掠食者”。

当然，雾霾的形成也离不开生活中人们的“功劳”啊！比方说现在车辆排放的尾气，工厂生产东西时流出的大量有害气体，许多大路已经灰尘漫天相关部门却从不安排人去清理。

如果人们还不重视这些，或许雾霾来临，会成为一项“自然规律”。
