一、叠被子困难多多。

下午，我们学习了叠被子，在这里被子可不能像在家中叠那么简单。只见教官拿着一条被子，放在毯子上，他拿着被子的一角，朝里叠了三分之一，反它铺平，接着对折一下，把中间线信而有征一个记号，把它拱起来，就放成一个椭圆形的大长条。然后，该弄旁边了，两边先对折，留一厘米，也把它拱成一个圆，对折一下，最后是一个总折，这时你要小心，万一叠散了，前面的功夫就白费了。结果下来，同学们叠得有的好，有的不太好，我也叠的一般，教官叠得是又有棱角又端正，同学们对教官是佩服的五体投地。

二、站军姿让人脚酸。

我们有一个训练项目是站军姿，10秒中调整军姿。“开始”只听得一声令下，同学们手贴裤线，站得跟松树一样挺拔。而且要保持十分钟，同学们脚酸的受不了了，只听见老师吹了一声口哨，大家总算松懈了下来，脚都抬不起来了，还好，老师让我们休息了一下，我在站军姿时，我一直是站不直，摇来?e去的，还好老师没发现，不然老师一定会很凶的。

三、就寝纪律让人烦。

晚上，我们九点钟就要熄灯睡觉，平时在家里我要到九点半才睡，现在这么早又不能让人说话，这可真让我觉得烦恼，很多人实在睡不着，杨柳青和许逸舟开始了讨论，听着听着我才慢慢地睡着了。

四天的军训生活很快就过去了，大家都学到了很多本领，我觉得最大的收获是我们端正了自己的态度，做到了严以律已，给我们今后的生活带来了很大的帮助。

My mom used to say that I was born to swim. But the truth is that I didn t know how to swim until the last year of my primary school!

Mom always said that I could swim in the basin when I was only two months old. I was surprised at the amazing fact. If this was true, then why was I afraid of water? I went to swim every summer, but I didn t make a little progress. I was worried and blamed myself several times. When I watched people swimming freely, how I wished I had learnt to swim!

The story of how I learnt to swim is dramatic. One hot summer afternoon, my father and I went to the swimming pool to swim. While my father was changing his clothes, I was roaming along the bank of the pool. Suddenly I heard a voice, Look out! and then came a big noise and beautiful splashes. Just when I was admiring the swimmer s skills, I slipped into the pool! I was so afraid that I shouted at once! But the water kept coming towards me and I drank a lot of it. I was moving upside down and trying to reach the bank. I was struggling very hard to keep my head above the water.

A minute was like a hundred years to me. To my surprise, I was able to keep the style! Just then, my father, saw me and he seemed to be shocked. He then said, Calm down, just wave your arms and legs like this. Right! And I got it! I finally learnt to swim! You can t imagine how happy I was and I wanted to jump for joy!

Nowadays, some discussions about the childrens education and management

have raised the whole social concern. It seems not only about childrens

personal development, but also about the whole countrys future.

There are two main views in debate, which of them is that children should

obey the rules set by parents and teachers. The other is that less control will

help children to deal with their future adult life.

As for the former, the advantages of it seem to be very apparent, which of

them is that children can make a distinction between right and wrong things. And

they will have a sense of principle and responsibility. Of course, the

disadvantages are also very clear. Firstly, children will be lacking in

imagination and creation. Secondly, they cannot make up their mind on their

own.

Concerning the latter, the view seems to be reasonable because in this ways

these children are more clever and active to create something special. However,

the drawbacks couldnt be ignored as a result of a problem that children cannot

get a clear understanding of their lifetime.

Combining the both points, as far as Im concerned, parents and teachers

are supposed to instruct children to obey the primary principle when they do

some deeds. Moreover, children need more freedom to realize their dreams. Only

in this way can the problem be solved perfectly.

In conclusion, we cant only support one side simply. On the contrary, we

ought to choose different measures to educate children flexibly.

在教室中班主任对军训生活的介绍还未完全结束，军训紧张的号角已经在每个同学心中吹响，大家紧张的套上了迷彩服，戴上了帽子，整理好服装，集结，迈着整齐的步伐走向礼毅场，晨光照在每个人脸上，反射出饱满的自信。

中午稍事休息后，便重新穿戴好服装，开始了下午的军训之旅。我们整个5连的4个排围成了一个四边形，经验丰富的教官站在中间示范着一个又一个看起来简单而做起来十分困难的动作，我们尝试地去做好每一个动作，但却不是十分完美。经过教官的细心教导，原本不整齐的动作，姿势，现在已好了许多。

看到同学们脸上的汗珠，同时也感受到汗水从身体上的滴落才知道大家都在那坚持，都在忍受这炎热天气的考验。下午的军训结束后，没有想象中那么多抱怨，有的是同学间相互的一个微笑。洗漱后，回到教室，开始了一个关于内务整理的一个讲座，从中我知道了该如何在宿舍中整理，如何打理宿舍卫生，后一节晚课，班级中分发了服装与书本，大家整理一下自己的物品，开始准备第二天的外出活动。

第二天，大家都早起了。早上7点，大家出发了，目的地正是离学校4.5公里远的__公园，整齐的服装与队伍，无疑是马路上一道亮丽的风景线，快步走过人行道，小跑通过斑马线，终于我们来到了目的地，__公园。

大家坐在一起聊天并进行了自我介绍，虽然天气依旧炎热，但却挡不住同学们那颗活跃的心，休息片刻后，我们便开始返回了，虽然路程相同，但因为大家体力都有所损耗，所以队伍已没有之前那么整齐，但大家仍旧都坚持着，汗珠已出现在了每个人的身上，但没有人去抱怨，只是相互扶持着，向学校走去。虽然太阳依旧火辣，雨滴依旧飘扬，但大家依旧坦然，冷静地去面对这切。雨滴打在大家身上，但没有一个人逃脱，虽然大家全身都淋湿了，但依旧保持着微笑，回到学校，大家洗漱，用餐完之后，便去休息了，下午我们听了国防知识与急救知识的讲座，让我们受益匪浅。

两天的军训可能只是一个开始，但我发现我还需要学习许多，要有更强的毅力和不怕苦的精神。同时，也需要学会相信自己坚持到底，虽然军训回有一些枯燥，但我也要学会忍耐，也会学会去改变自己，使得自己更加优秀，希望在接下来的几天，能学到更多，得到更多，有更多收获，也可以做得更好。

虽然寒假非常的短暂，但是我们不能因为寒假的短暂而随心所欲的玩，应该劳逸结合在玩的同时不能忘记学习。

高尔基曾经说过“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”在平时因为学习的忙碌而没有多余的时间看课外书。现在寒假已经来临，我们刚好可以利用这个时间看课外书。

“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉”所以我决定利用这个假期多看看古今中外的名着。不但如此我还要巩固这个学期的知识点，预习下个学期的知识。希望下学期百尺竿头更进一步。为下一学期的学习打下基础。

在空余的时间完成老师和家长布置的作业，多看看新闻关心关心国家大事。在春节的时间不仅要观看春节联欢晚会，还要吃年夜饭，拜访亲友。

过完春节要将自己散漫的心收一收了，要开始把自己的心放在学习上，不能继续玩了。要把老师和学校布置的作业检查检查是否已经完成了。再把下一学期学习需要的资料和练习题都要准备好。

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung cancer. 今天本来是写新闻一类的文章，可是我不得不临时改变主题来写军训前的感受。

离明天军训就剩一碗之差，我的内心还是藏不住我的兴奋，想想去年的军训，我们彼此都不熟悉，但在这从中又成好朋友，从不好意思变得开放，经过一段又了解了彼此。

去年军训，我听表哥说很累，我就把它想的特别可怕，可实际并不累，反而觉得很有趣，更有趣的是，在我结交朋友的生涯中，有一段很有趣的故事，在大多数人交朋友都是直接说：“你好，你叫什么名字？”可在我上了初中以后，却有一段很有趣的故事。

在军训过后，有很多人就问你和郭格是怎么认识的？我和郭格会异口同声的说：“踩手认识的。”这个怎么说呢？有一次军训的下午，我趁休息的时候去喝水，郭格也在我旁边，我站起来时不小心踩着她的手，就这我们聊着聊着就认识了！

还有一次一天的军训结束了，我的水喝完了，想再去买一瓶水就去征求谢老师的同意，没想到李佳琪也想买水，我说：“一起吧！”就这样又结识了一位朋友。

我的初一很有趣，军训也很有趣，期待明天的魔鬼训练！

往事如烟，快乐的时光如流水一般一去不回返，一个星期的军训生活过去了，可是，这一此军训生活像扎在我的心上，令我终身难忘。

记得那是一个风和日丽的星期一下午，我们排着整齐的队伍站在操场上，等待教官的到来。我站在那里，正在想体育老师教的一些动作时，一声“同学们好!”

把我拉回了现实。抬头一看，一个矮矮的、瘦瘦的军人，站在我们的面前。介绍了几句，就立刻入正题。“第一项，站军姿，首先，要挺胸抬头，收下巴，好了，站十分钟军姿。”教官刚劲有力的声音一落，同学们便笔直的站好了，教官在我们的身边走来走去，时而说一说这个同学、时而纠正几个同学的错误、时而在远去端摩、时而又调正一下队列。

一分钟过去了，两分钟过去了，时间就像一只蜗牛一般，在表盘上慢慢的蠕动着，同学们热的直流汗，从额头流遍全身，教官还是在队列中左右走动，可是，就不喊一声“停!”

“停，大家休息一会儿。”这时，教官终于喊了出来，我们在原地扭着脖子，伸伸腿，抖抖胳膊，才奔向饮水处。

不一会儿，教官又叫我们集合，便开始了第二项。‘第二项，报数，这个很简单，只有三个要求，报的数要准确，，报的声音又大，扭头要快，好!第一排报数!”“1”崔常琛大声的喊了出来，体育委员就是体育委员，三点都做的很认真。“2”第二个是孙君太，他使出了吃奶的劲，大声的喊了出来，和崔常琛不分上下……轮到我了，我的心“咚咚”直跳生怕报错了，“8”我也大声的喊了出来!耶!顺利过关。

第二天，教官给我们教了转向练习，只有两个要求。教官简单一说，就开始发口令了，“向左——转”“啪啪”我们整齐的转向一个方向，“向右——转”“啪啪”咦!黄思雨怎么和我面对面，肯定使她错了。“哎!黄思雨，你做错了”

我小声所谓对她说。“不对，你错了!你看他们”我环视了一下四周，哎呀!我错了!我赶紧调整过来，可是晚了，教官看到我了，我只好打了一声报告 。

几天过去了，我们虽然晒黑了，但是，我们依然认真的对待每一个动作。

军训汇操表演结束了，我们班还取得了第一名得好成绩。

啊!军训，它不但锻炼了我们的身体，还让我们学会了什么叫持之以恒，这一此军训，让我久久难忘。

告别了愉快而充实的暑假，迎来了紧张而“艰苦”的军训。军训不仅仅是对我们身体的考验，更多的是对我们一直的磨练，。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”。人士在不断的，磨练中长大的，就像一棵是小树一样，只要经历过风雨的洗礼餐能章程参天大树。

军训很苦，也很累，但我认为这是一种人生体验，是战胜自我，锻炼意志的最佳时期。古人云“天将降大任于斯人也，必将苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤”。军训正是如此，其中有酸楚的泪水，有苦咸的汗水。又飘扬的国歌声，也有团结一致战胜自己后的欢乐声。

如果说高中是一本书，那么军训的生活便是书中美丽的彩页；如果说高中是一台戏，那么军训便是精彩的一幕；如果说高中时一幅画，那么一周的军训便是画中夺目的颜色。

军训时我们人生中一次难得的考验和磨砺，它磨练了我们的意志、培养了我们吃苦耐劳的品质。

又为何人说过“无法回味的感觉才是最美妙的感觉”，对于军训，有些感受不能言传，只能在淙淙的意识中回味，那味道就如同一杯浓郁的茶，只有尝过的人才知道其中的韵味，军训，对于我们每一个人都别有一番滋味在心头。

我想，军训使我们以坚强为信念，努力成为生活中的强者，昨天，我们一起欢笑、流泪，今天我们一起经历风雨，为祖国未来贡献一份力量。“国要强，我们就要担当……”

军训，是我们增长才干的机遇，也是对我们的挑战。这要求我们用心融入其中去学习，去煅炼，去磨砺，其目的是：增强国防意识与集体主义观念，培养团结互助的作风，增强集体凝聚力与战斗力;军训，还能提高我们的生活自理能力，培养思想上的自立，还能帮助我们养成严格自律的良好习惯。

这就需要我们在军训过程中，我们不但要领略军人们无私奉献的伟大精神以及不怕困难的崇高品质，也要发扬我们“同心协力，艰苦奋斗”的光荣传统。我们要坚持铁一般的纪律，严于律己，服从命令，坚决完成各项训练任务;大家要用顽强的意志，用敢于吃苦、勇于拼搏，发扬“流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队”的精神，彻底完成军训使命。

所以,我们进入中学学后的第一件事就是军训.

初闻军训，我总以为是一个很好玩的节目，可是我错了。

军训晴朗时，天空一丝云都没有，只有那个炙热的太阳残酷无情的直射下来，自己好像成为了一个蒸笼，一点点地将躯体烤熟。而汗水排洪似的往下淌……

军训六天后，不仅磨练了我的意志，还让我锻炼了我的耐力、素质、忍耐和坚持，敢于迎难而上的勇气。首先，定好目标;然后，要有一种不怕苦、不怕累的精神，脚踏实地，一步一步地向目标前进;接着，遇到困难时绝对不可以向挫折低头，更不可以半途而废，否则之前做的都会白费心机;最后，只要坚持，就会成功。我深深体会到作为一名军人有多么辛苦和不容易。虽然我腰也酸、腿也疼，有时候还乱动，但是我依然咬牙坚持着完成会操。我终于知道，军人的威武姿态不是一朝一夕形成的，而是日日练、夜夜练的。军训绝对是对我们体能和良好作风的训练。

我深信，作为新世纪的中学生，应该像军人那样，站如松、坐如钟、走如风。这难忘的军训经历令我终生难忘。如果说人生是一本书，那么，军训的生活便是书中最美丽的彩页;如果说人生是一台戏，那么，军训的生活便是戏中最精彩的一幕。的确，几天的军训是短暂的，但它给我们留下的美好回忆却是永恒的。军训，就如梦一样，匆匆地来，又在我没有细细品味那份感觉的时候悄然而逝，几天的疲劳在肩头隐隐告诉我，已经结束了，很累，而且有酸酸的感觉。教官已匆匆地走了，却留给我们深刻的回忆。军训究竟带给了我什么?其实我觉得军训几天，我们学到的不仅是站军姿，走正步，练队形，而是在磨练我们一种意识;一种吃苦的意识;一种坚持的意识;一种团结的意识;一种遵守纪律的意识!其实这些已经太多太多，足以让我们一生享用。

军训是苦的。经过了三天的训练，腰酸背痛不用说了，大腿更是连走路都忍忍作痛。可这么一些劳累算得了什么呢？忍着痛，我仍尽力地将每一步走好，坚持到最后，虽然这当中包含着多少的艰苦。

军训是辣的。严明的纪律，在军营生活中必不可少，一不留神听错教官的口令或者完成不好标准动作就要被点名单独出列加操，脸上火辣辣的滋味真的不好受。

军训是甜的。用“苦尽甘来”四个字来修饰军训很合适。五天的刻苦训练终于换来了第五天，也就是最后一天。

阅兵场上，一排排整齐的“立”在上面的是一片绿色，太阳此时很准时地从地平线上升起，从山的顶部蹦出，发出耀眼的光芒，一缕缕阳光洒在这一排排迷彩上，形成了一道奇异的风景线，为这个世界增添了生机与活力。

一声声哨响，一阵阵踏步声，一句句口令声，奏出了属于军人的气质，奏出了军人的灵魂，更奏出了迷彩的本色，一顶顶帽子，一条条腰带，一套套军装，穿出了军人的生活，穿出了军人的习惯，更穿出了迷彩的本色。

一遍又一遍枯燥乏味的动作，一句又一句不得违抗的命令，一套又一套令人生畏的纪律……一天的军训终于把同学们原本种种美好的设想一一击碎，取而代之的是眩目的阳光、咸咸的汗水、酸痛的四肢，这就是军训对我们身体素质、意志信念、组织纪律的考验。“不经一番烈日烤，哪得钢铁意志成”，想想正在戍边保卫的英勇战士，想想正在拼搏的奥运健儿，想想所有为我们今天幸福生活努力的各行各业的普通人民，我们的这点苦算得了什么?不过，毕竟是打娘胎里头一回，各种想法体会总是有的，那就让我们来听一听正在“受苦受难”的高一同学是怎么说的吧：

吕曜晖：8月15日之前，军训对我是一种诱惑，向往它的刺激和冒险，盼望着穿上军服，成为一名英姿飒爽的女兵。

有人说：军训很累很苦，我却不以为然地认为不就是站、走、跑几个我幼稚园就会的动作吗?那还不是小菜一碟!

有人说：心态好的话当成一种磨练，也是一种提高。我也骄傲地想我这么乐观的一个丫头，有什么好怕的。

现在，我终于“梦寐以求”地穿上了又肥又大的衣裤，恹恹地站在了快要被烈日灼软的塑胶场地上，“享受”着教官“温柔”的呵斥声。

站，多么简单的一个动作，我却累得咬牙切齿，一开始那英俊潇洒的教官就给我们来了个下马威，原来一个普普通通的站还有那么大的学问，站着站着，我就腰酸腿疼，就一下子一屁股坐下去，汗珠不停地滴落，借证我的苦和累。

没想到苦的还在后头呢，稍息、左转、右转等等几样小小的动作就将我们彻底打垮了，简直比代数里函数的XYZ还要难缠。阳光不停地考验我们的意志，手酸了，脚僵了，痛了，全身黏乎乎的，简直就跟十八层地狱没什么两样，让人有股冲动想一下子跑回家享受空调的荫庇，但是我必须坚持，要是倒下了或放弃了，还对得起自己吗?

最恐怖的是烈日底下的30分钟军姿了，我们既要忍受肚子向我们示威的煎熬，又要忍受身体到处弥漫的酸痛。不久，就有人倒下了，我也快不行了，眼前开始模模糊糊，只能隐隐约约地瞧见些影子，慢慢脑子一片的黑，我看到教师、教室就在前面，我几乎就倒下了，可是脑子里有一个信念：要坚持，就一会儿了。终于，我还是挺过来了。

一天完后，什么感觉都有，回想一下，其实还是值得的，它严肃了我们的纪律，让我们明白了苦和累，磨炼了咱们的意志，激发起了我们的斗志。这样的苦都受过了，我们还会害怕什么呢?

最后，我强烈希望自己能一直站到最后，做一朵不倒花。

许珂：换上军服，带上军帽，看看镜中雄纠纠气昂昂的自己，心中欢欣无比。迎着早上习习的凉风来到学校，对军训，有一种莫明的向往。

军训终于开始了!

我的天!!!淋漓的汗水洗去了曾经的兴奋，疲软的手脚，谋划着酸痛的阴谋。懒惰的后羿呀!当初为什么不把这第十个太阳一并射下?现在它正得意洋洋地狞笑在我们的头顶上，用它恶毒的热量，将我们晾成新鲜的木乃伊。

头晕目眩!迷迷糊糊地做着一个个动作，又隐约听说要跑步。跑就跑吧，往常并不很多的两圈的路程，如今却比孙悟空的十个跟头还要远，双脚踩在跑道上却像是踩在棉花上，也不知是怎么回事只觉脚下一软，脑中一片空白……

接下来发生的事我知道却又不知道，经历过又像没有经历过，到现在写本文时，摸着摔伤的手才猛然醒悟：噢，原来我有了有生以来第一次晕倒!

伴随着起床的铃声，军训的第一天开始了，早上一起床，整理好内务，一名皮肤黝黑的教官进来，他开始教我们叠传说中的“豆腐块”，看他把一床被子平铺在地下，告诉我们怎么怎么叠，要用手压哪里，不一会儿一个“豆腐块”就叠好了，看他额头上浸出的几滴汗珠，我明白了，叠这个“豆腐块”也不是一件容易的事。

下午，拔军姿，过了一会儿开始练习齐步走，教官说我们的胳膊摆的不到位，让我们把胳膊摆在一个位置停留 20 秒，要一动不动，弄得最后胳膊酸疼，但姿势却矫正过来了。

练完齐步走，又开始练正步走，我们先练步伐，抬起一只脚悬在半空中坚持 20 秒，不一会儿，一个同学坚持不住，腿放在地上偷了一下懒，又加 5 秒，最终在全班同学坚定的意志下完成了训练，尽管最后汗流浃背，但过得的确很充实，有意义。
