一、勤读、多背词汇，好精句

要想写好一篇文章，没有充足的词汇量是不行的。课文中的俗语和谚语的识记是通过背诵来完成。背诵是语言学习的重要手段，也是语言学习的必经之路。

1.背词句，背诵课文中的重点句型和短语尤其是课文中的俗语、谚语和经典句子。

2.背范文，将近几年高考中的作文和课文中好的段落以及报刊上的各种各样的体裁和优秀文章让学生多背，这样学生才能在自己的脑子中形成一定的写作框架，做到心中有数。

3.多读书，用英语进行思维。为了培养学生用英语思维的定势，增加对英语国家文化、社会风俗、风土人情、思维方式的了解，扩大视野，选择课外阅读，提高学生分析、判断、猜测、推理和领悟的能力。部分学生在写作时习惯用汉语思维，然后再逐句译成英语，结果写出来的文章是汉语式的英语。要想学会用英语进行思维，就要有计划、有目的地培养学生的语感。一个重要的方法就是大量阅读，选择精彩的词句、文章和佳句，引导学生阅读，摘抄或背诵来培养语感。

二、亲自动手，自己写作

2.限时训练

2.写提纲。教师引导学生构思文章要点，写出每个段落主题句、关键词，然后确定细节和内容要点。

老师又让我们到主席台前站十分钟军姿。我按照老师讲的去站军姿，不出五分钟衣服就紧紧地粘住了后背。又站了一会，有一只小虫爬到了我的胳膊上，毫不留情的饱餐了一顿。可恶的小虫，要是平时，看我怎样惩罚你！而现在我只能一动不动，任你享受。哎，真是雪上加霜啊！我又站了一会，开始觉得天旋地转，难道在第一天我就要倒下，“光荣”地成为一名逃兵？悲哀啊！

还好，救兵到了！王主任发话：“10分钟到了，大家休息一下。”我赶紧擦汗，无意间碰到眼睛，天啦，太阳真是太无情了，竟把我的眼睛都晒热了。我暗暗抱怨：这天气，早不热晚不热，偏偏这时热。不过还好，我还没有晕倒。要是我和其他同学一样当逃兵，那真是太没面子了！

等待已久的军训生活留给我的第一感受就是辛苦;第一情感就是失望。但是短短两天的时间内，在教官与老师的严格教育下，置身于那声声坚定的口号中，我才深深地领悟当初的感受、当时的情感多么单一、多么幼稚。一开始，我和好多同学都认为那一个个单调、看似简单的训练动作和学习搭不上界，但发挥一下想像，这些训练和学习又有密不可分的关系。因为在我看来那一个个训练动作就如一个个字母、一个个数字，看似单调、简单，但一旦结合出来，却趣味无穷，而且发人深思。所以我们置身于这种环境中、条件下，应该珍惜，视它为高中繁忙生活前的一个热身训练，而不该以消极的态度来面对这一切。我会尽量抱着那股热情学会坚持、坚强还有忍耐……

清晨，天刚蒙蒙亮，揉揉惺忪的睡眼，看表，五点四十五左右。昨夜睡时并不安稳，许是因为没有了空调送来的彻夜凉风，许是因为宿舍里偷偷潜入饱餐一顿的蚊子，许是因为没有家里柔软的枕头和抱满怀的熊仔……想闭上眼睛再咪一阵，转念一想，只剩十五分不到的时间了，洗漱洗漱就清醒了。

无奈地起床，穿衣，洗漱，缓慢的动作串成一个不流利带有几丝倦意的清晨。走下楼的时候，太阳早已蹦出半空，柔和的橘红色仿佛带有某种魔力，一种舒坦从心里升起，蔓延至全身。

吃完早饭，集合的号子在不久后再一次吹响，此时的太阳已逐渐上了热度，穿着密不透风的迷彩服，站在水泥操场上听领导讲话。骄阳似火，把空气培成一个烤炉的温度，我们就像是正在翻烤的面包，腹背受热。炎热的感觉从紧包的皮肤一直传到心里，汗水像疯长的野草一样肆无忌惮地冒出，滑过皮肤，流下一道道如同泪痕一样的水渍，原来，背也会哭。原以为听完讲话便会有半刻的休息，只是往往事与愿违，接着而来的，是一上午枯燥又无奈的操课。

烈日炎炎，炎炎烈日，我衣着军装，站在队伍之中，汗流浃背，脸上挂满晶莹的汗珠，却不能够言语，甚至不能够动弹，不能够拂去脸上的汗珠。一个个操练姿势，不能够有一点偏差，稍有不准，教练会一遍遍地纠正。在炎热的天气下，一遍遍地练习，重复地做着机械运动，无可奈何，无法推脱。教官说过，军令如山，既然穿上了军装，就是军人。军令如山，不能有丝毫地对抗。

站在队列里的同学，有些只是稍微动了一下，有些只是擦了擦汗，有些只是扶了下眼镜，这个平常看似很微小的动作，此刻却引来教练的怒火。那时候，真正地体会到了什么是口不能言、身不能动、累不能喊的苦。最难忘的是敬军礼，右手中指压住帽檐，呈一定度数倾斜。短短的几分钟，却仿若几个世纪一样漫长，右手发酸，有些绵软无力，却无法放下稍作休息。教官的一声休息令下，仿佛立刻得到了解脱，急忙把手放下，好像慢了一拍教练会反悔似的。

晚风吹拂，降下了夜幕。黑色的幕布一般的苍穹，在此刻，有星星淡淡的光亮一点一点漏下来，忽闪忽烁，似梦似幻。树木异常安静，偶尔有风过境，刹时树影婆娑，满树叶子沙沙作响。瞬时，人声鼎沸，打破了校园的沉寂。我们坐在广场上，在暗黄色和苍白色光亮下，看着刚抄的歌词，一句一句地学着军歌。一首首的歌在教官的喉咙里，并不动听，但有一股劲。同样的歌在我们的喉咙中唱起，带几缕稚嫩，几分玩笑，几丝似认真非认真的意味。我们到底还是孩子吧，不够成熟稳练，声音也不够洪亮，却有着我们自己独特的味道。

拉歌环节，孩子一般的玩性一触即发，跟着教练喊，不亦乐乎。

Every year on October 4th is the World Animal Day. It is proposed by the

Italian monk St Francis in 12th century. He lives in the forests of Assisi

Island for the long time, building a good relationship with the animals. So he

asks people to express thanks to the animals on October 4th. He sets a good

example for our human beings about how to deal with the relationship with

animals. In order to memorize him and what he does, we make October, 4th to be

World Animal Day. Nowadays, people from all over the world will hold various

I suggest all the factories and cars shouldn"t make terrible noises. If they make terrible noise that isn"t allowed, they will be fined, and we can also produce the cars which can"t make terrible noise.

The other pollution is rubbish pollution. If everyone makes so much rubbish, one day we may live in a world filled with rubbish. Some people throw the waste paper about. I suggest rubbish should be put into different kinds of dustbins or paper bags.

这时，姥爷笑咪咪地说：“我来给大家发红包，前提是每人必须回答一个问题。”大家顿时安静了下来。“老婆子，请听题：“长长一串，一爆赛过红豆子。”姥姥稍思片刻说：“爆竹。”“中奖！”姥爷乐呵呵得将红包递给了姥姥。

军训来了，无声无息的来了，没有一点前兆，我知道我已无路可逃，只好自己孤身一人面对。然而当教官以其和蔼的面目出现时，我的心不禁的怔了一下。怪了!这教官怎么不像书上写的?不是该怒目圆睁，先来个下马威嘛!此刻，我对教官的印象有了些改变。军训的第一天，很苦很累，在烈日底下站了半个多小时军姿，还练着小学生都会的稍息立正。一回到宿舍就抱怨着军训。接下来的几天，几乎每天都是这几项，还多加了一些节目，比如唱军歌之类的。有一天，学校请了塔琳学姐(乌兰察布市文科状元)给我们讲学习的方法，有一句话，让我的人生从此有了方向。那天，学姐说：“坚持就是在坚持不下去的时候再坚持一下。”如果说军训给了我顽强的意志，那么塔琳学姐的话就可以说是给了我坚定的信念。之后的军训，我不在抱怨苦了，因为我惊奇的发现，我长大了，真正的长大了，不会再因为一点点小挫折而消沉了。

军训完了，我们全校一起去拉练，徒步走了30公里，这一刻，我蓦然发现，我们已经学会像军人一样面对困难，像军人一样成长。

感谢军训，感谢塔琳，中考只是人生路上的一个小小的羁绊，未来还有更多困难等着我们，不因失败而一蹶不振，不因成功而固步自封，我们的将来把握在自己手中!
