军训的第一天，在我们崭新的教室里，见到了我们的教官，他迈着标准的步伐，走到讲台上，军姿站好，他满脸严肃的强调了军训期间的纪律。

接着我们便听从命令下楼集合，来到操场。在看我们的教官在太阳晒得黑黑的脸上，有一对炯炯有神的眼睛，一身绿色的军服，腰间扎着宽大的腰带，在太阳的光辉下显得闪闪发光，再加上挺直的军姿，更显得傲骨英风，使人望而生畏，不怒而自威。

军训的第一项就是站军姿“站军姿要做到抬头，挺胸，收腹，双眼平视前方，大拇指靠在食指的第二关节，中指紧贴裤缝线，双手夹紧，脚跟靠拢，脚尖分开约60°，身体前倾。”话音刚落，我们赶紧按教官说的去做。

时间一分一秒地流逝，我的双手都已经累极了，腿脚也站麻了，灌了铅似的难受极了。我很想放松一下自己的身体，那时候就算一两秒的活动，也会觉得舒服和享受。想到这里我的双手慢慢的就放松了“哇，真轻松。”我心想着，忽然耳边传来一声大吼“手夹紧了!”原来我的手已经被教官拿了起来。十个俯卧撑后，我便不敢偷懒了。

第二天，教官在讲台上亲自教我们叠被子，看着那娴熟的英姿飒爽的姿势，我不禁暗自感叹“中国的军人真是好样的!”按照教官的指引，我们寝室还得了优秀寝室的荣誉称号，心情当然非常高兴。

军训，教会了我们怎样做人，怎样吃苦耐劳，怎样迎接挑战，怎样把握自由与纪律的尺度。军训，是我们增长才干的机遇，也是对我们的挑战。这要求我们用心融入其中去学习，去煅炼，去磨砺。通过5天的军训使我深深的体会到：做什么事都要严格要求自己，对自己不能放松，要做到有始有终。

Body language is used by people for sending messages to one another. It is very useful because it can help you make yourself easily understood. When you are talking with others,you are not just using words, but also using expressions and gestures. For example, waving ones hand is to say "Good-bye." A smile and handshake show welcome, and clapping hands means congratulations. Nodding the head means agreement, but shaking the head means disagreement. Different countries have different body language. For example, men in Russia, France and Arab countries kiss each other when they meet, but men in China or Australia shake hands instead of kissing. People in Arab countries like standing close to one another when they are talking, but English people must keep a distance away when they are talking. When you use a foreign language, it is very important to know the meanings of gestures and movements in the foreign country. Following the customs will help you communicate with people and make your stay there much more pleasant and comfortable.

Now I want to say something about my dream. What is my dream? I often ask

myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. I think that having a

dream means that we have an idea, and then we will do all the things to achieve

the target. As long as we have a goal to be realized, we won’t be blind at

least.

My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and

saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will

do whatever I can do to keep everyone healthy. Thats my dream. I want to try my

best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an

opportunity to receive excellent treatments for their illnesses without having

to pay much or just enjoy them free. China is a developing country which needs

good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and distant

villages.

Now I’m a junior student on Grade One, all my classmates and I are working

hard. We all know that the entrance exam of high schools coming in the year of

2009 is a big challenge for us, so we must study harder and harder in order to

go to a good high school. Thus after we finish our senior high school, we are

able to go to a good university. Finally, we can find a good job in society.

My dream is also that although at present I’m good at study, I’ll still try

my best to be the study winner. Now everything I do is close to my dream. I feel

life is fill with hope and is colorful, and I have enough confidence to realize

my dream.

I know that fantasy is something hard to realize, but dream can. I’ll work

hard for my dreams, I’ll never give up.

March 12th is Tree Planting Day. This year our school bought enough  the trees before that day . On that day , we didnt had classes . The teachers and our classmates planted trees around our the school.

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school . some students dug the holes . Some students put the trees into the holes.

Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth hard with our feet . At last we watered the trees as much as possible.

From then on we looked after the trees carefully and the trees grew very well . It made our shcool more beautiful .And How happy we are !

开学了，同学们开始躁动起来了，因为同学们敬畏的军训到来了！！

军训的第一项也是最重要的一项便是站军姿了。站军姿可累人了，手要打直，贴紧裤缝，抬头挺胸收腹，头往里伸，目视前方，腰板打直，一动不动......就算是鸟在我的头上就是拉了一坨屎，你也不能动，必须犹如铁铸一般纹丝不动。

烈日在你头顶嘲笑你，你却不为所动，尽管烈日烘烤着你的身躯，尽管风雨侵蚀着你的灵魂，但，我们相信，军训能磨练我们的意志，能让我们练出一身“火眼金睛”，站军姿很累，可，这只是第一天哪！我亲眼目睹我身边的同学一个，一个，又一个的倒下，离场，我不由得打了一个冷战：素来不曾锻炼的我都没能够倒下，他们又凭什么倒下！

当然，我也累了，可我为什么没有倒下？我平常有锻炼吗？没有！我坚持只是因为我，有决心，一定要胜利，一定要坚持，成功为英雄，失败则为狗熊，我能走到最后又为什么要放弃？我能获得成功有没什么要失败！我能当上英雄又为什么要当狗熊！！所以，我成功了！

第二项是训练向左向右转。我从小就分不清左右，So，常常惹得大家哄堂大笑。这是军训，是严格，是山，我必须要改正这个缺点。因此，妈妈就趁中午我歇息的时间来训练我。“左手，右手，左脚，右脚，左眼眨了眨右眼，再用你的左手摸你的右耳朵......”“啊！左手......右手......左脚......右脚......”我很努力的做着，虽有好几次我想要放弃，可我坚信，只有通过努力，才会有所结果，所以，我没有放弃。

军训期间有轻松的：唱歌，锻炼坐姿，军训期间也有困难的：蹲下，站军姿，齐步走......但我们也一一完成了任务。

到了检阅，同学们个个雄姿英发，喜气洋洋，同学们终于露出了欣慰的笑容。

在这个寒假里，令我最快乐的事是正月十五闹元宵。这天，我们全家人早早吃完晚饭，准备送年。六点刚过，哥哥、姐姐就点燃早已准备好的火把，在每个屋子里转了一圈送下了楼，一家人紧跟在后面来到院子里。左邻右舍也都陆陆续续把火把送了出来，大家一起在院子里欢快地跳起了火堆。四面渐渐传来此起彼伏的爆竹声，天空中不时闪烁着五彩缤纷的礼花。

跳完火堆，我们随着人流走向大街，一路看花炮，一路放花炮。来到一处比较空旷的地方，我迫不及待地拿出许愿灯，小心翼翼地打开，先把它吹鼓，然后让爸爸、妈妈帮着提住上面，我动作麻利地系好固体燃料，拿着打火机点了起来，不一会儿燃料慢慢地燃着了。妈妈说：“先别急，等一会儿再放。”我们轻轻地扶着许愿灯等了一会儿，许愿灯开始慢慢上升，我们不约而同地丢开许愿灯，合起双手许下了自己的心愿。

望着慢慢上升的许愿灯，渐渐地离我们远去，闪闪烁烁的光芒好像天空中的小星星，对着我们眨眼睛，好像在说：我一定会实现你们的愿望!

漫长的军姿，踢不完的正步，挨不完的训斥，使个个脆弱的我们慢慢变的坚强，严肃的训练场使我们每个同学英姿飒爽，但绝没有矫揉造作，有的是勇敢，坚强。

严明的纪律，严格的要求，紧张的节奏，以及辛苦的训练，这就是军训生活的几大特点，“掉皮掉肉不掉队，流血流汗不流泪”的格言已经成为我心里面一个最具有震撼力的座右铭。

虽然我们的军训没有部队里的正规、严格，但从中足可以让我们深深的体会到“绿橄榄”的真正内涵，真正感受到作为一名军人的酸甜苦辣，不觉心中油然而生了一种对中国军人的崇高敬意。军训虽然短暂，但足以让我们体会到人生的路途中并非总是一帆风顺，时常会有荆棘存在，坎坷同行;

我们需要团队精神，每一个步伐，每一个口号，团队精神让它们发出一个单一的声音——整齐。而团队精神需要个人，一天天的训练，使我们深深了解到团队精神之重要，可以说刚开始我们的队伍缺乏默契，以致疏远了整齐，队伍便显得毫无生气。我们要达到整齐，就必须不断纠正步伐的错误，一遍不行，再一遍，再不行，再一遍……“只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针”、“功夫不负有心人”，尝试和毅力让我们渐成一个集体，只要有团队精神，一切就会成功。

There is no denying the fact that it has been a hotly debated topic whether students should attend military training in China in the past years. Opinions on this issue differ sharply. Some hold the positive view. They say that the training can not only build up students’ bodies but also temper their willpower. Besides, through the training, students can develop their team-spirit and sense of discipline.Others, however, hold the opposite view. They say that a short period of training as students are having now cannot work well in building up their bodies or strengthen their will. Instead, we should lay emphasis on their daily exercise and activities for such purpose. What’s more, a sudden increase of intense physical exercise, especially during summer, does harm to students’ health and may even cause deaths. What happened in the past years has proved this.

Weighing the pros and cons of these arguments, I am inclined to agree with the former point of view. Military training is not only a means to strengthen student’s physique and willpower, but also an effective way to enhance their sense of national defense and foster their patriotism. Though some deaths happened during the training, we should not give up eating for fear of choking. Besides, the deaths are perfect evidence that students need more such training. Of course, measures should be taken to ensure that the least harm is done to the trainees.

今天的训练强度要远远大于前两天，残酷的烈日，聒噪的蝉鸣，蚊虫的叮咬，当然还有酸痛的腿脚，这里的一切都让我们越来越期盼回家的日子。

现在我真的觉得我很幸福。看看身边的教官们，他们都有贫寒的家境，并且远离家乡，远离亲人，他们都从摸爬滚打中一路走来，我会学习他们的精神，在以后的日子里吃苦耐劳，始终坚信：没有克服不了的困难。

对于现在的生活我没有抱怨，因为我发现在我们身边有一群比我们还要辛苦的人，他们就是教官。他们喊破了嗓子，却依旧坚持着。今天练队时我才发现，教官们让我们背对着太阳，自己浑然不顾刺眼的阳光，不顾额头渗出的滴滴汗珠，依旧加紧训练。

The spring festival is Chinese most traditional festival every 365 days.

Each Chinese pay much attention on it. Every year about 15 days before spring

festival， the migrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded

home-returning.

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different

attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth.

The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young

gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel

overseas.

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family

about a month in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning

our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear

new clothes. Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in

celebrating the spring festival， then I will hurry back to work. Maybe in the

near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my

parents have to come to stay with us in the city.

Whether or no， I like the spring festival. It is one of the most important

part of our Chinese culture. However busy I am， I will try my best to

celebrating it with the traditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave

behind.

今天,我们高一军训连进行了汇报表演,同时,结束了我们12天难忘的军训生活.

12天,感觉过得很漫长.并不是因为感觉无聊,而且因为经历了许多,学会了许多,对这次军训的印象太深太深,太留恋这次的军训,想让它一直进行下去,想让它的美好持续下去,想永远与我们亲爱的陈教官将"钢铁四排"的名号喊得最响亮!......短短12天,但却成为我人生里最难忘时光的一部分.

12天,我们从一群对军训,对集体生活充满好奇还有点懒散的高一新生,转变成为一支支纪律严明,品格坚韧,团结,凝聚力超强的队伍.也许我们不能做到像真正的军人那样,但我们都在尽力,好好地磨练自己,让自己融入集体,让自己变的坚强坚定起来,我们在这个过程中一起长大了许多,与我们的教官们结下了深厚的情感,也真正体会到了集体生活所带来的酸甜苦辣,集体生活的多姿多彩.......我想,许多人都会和我一样,不愿这段时光远去,不愿与我们最最亲爱的教官们分开!!!!!

记得昨天文艺汇演,当我们排很响亮地叫出"陈教官!!!我们爱你!!!!"的时候,全场都轰动了,掌声很热烈,我想,这大概就是因为,这,是我们所有参加军训的同学的心声,我们都想对教官们说一句"我们爱你",同样也想告诉他们说"谢谢你"!!!!!

文艺汇演结束时,响起了《感恩的心》的旋律，许多同学都跟着唱了起来，我们排也特意起立，向教官表达我们的敬意。那时侯，不知道为什么，我和班长就一下子哭了出来，而且止不住，到教室后，师太让我们想说的想唱的人都站起来，表达出来，我也不知道怎么搞的，站起来说话说着说着就哽咽地说不下去了，我没想到自己会哭得那么厉害，也没想到班上的同志们，尤其是那几位经常调皮捣蛋的，会那么伤心。每一次一首歌结束或是一个人说完自己的心意时，就会不断听到抽泣的声音，而每位起立的同志的心情都很低落，没哭的自然有，但他们心里一样不好受。这时我才发觉，原来这12天我们和陈教官的感情已经深到我们自己都无法想像的地步，只有12天，却让我们一辈子记住了。当最后全班起立向教官敬礼的时候，所有人的心情都是沉重的，因为与教官一起度过的最后一个晚上，就要那么过去，没有人会舍得，也没有人会不难过。无论我们是哭了，还是忍住了，我们都知道，我们4排是绝对无法割舍这段情感的，我们也知道，教官同样舍不得与大家分开! 。

今天，汇报表演，4排与往常一样，不鸣则已，一鸣惊人，我们拿出了最佳精神面貌，尽管昨晚为了把准备给教官的礼物完成，都很晚才睡，像我，愣是熬到了1点，但我们今天的士气仍然不亚于任何一个排，我们的口号也比平时更加响亮，我们的脚步同样是更加整齐划一，关键时刻团结的力量就是质量的保证，4排再一次达到了目标，也再一次克服了平时训练中的困难，努力做到了perfect!!

总觉得4排不到关键时刻那种我已经无法形容的凝聚力无法体现出来，大概是同志们都想要留一手吧。可是就是这最后展现的一手，再次向大家证明了我们4排的优秀!!

后来，临到真正分别的时候，很多很多人都专门等在车旁送教官。我们309全体女生以及其他一部分女生，还有男生调皮一号张皓辰一直看着车子离开山庄才散，我们最开始一直等在楼梯口，把每一位教官都送上车，认识的不认识的，还有马铃薯和李连长，都说了“再见”，说不舍得，那肯定是真的，因为我们，再次泪如雨下，而车里的教官们，同样擦着眼泪……

我记得昨晚教官告诉我们，你们一定要坚强，通过这次，都要变的坚强起来。我会永远记住这句话，尽管简单，却深深包含着教官对我们的关爱，包含着他对我们的情感。他也告诉我们说，他其实一直都当我们是弟弟妹妹，所以每次都会很耐心地对待我们，不管什么时候，都像哥哥一样照顾着我们，即使生气，也会忍着。就想307说的那样，无论以后我们还能否再见，陈义增，陈教官，永远都是我们的好教官，永远都是我们的好哥哥!!!!!!

离别，是必然的，但离别前的一切，我们都牢牢刻在脑子里，这次军训带给我们的，太多太多，而且将对我们终生都有益，我们会记住我们可爱的教官们，我们害羞的陈排长，幽默帅气的一排长，好玩的五排长，可爱的16排长，喜欢开玩笑的3排长……还有严格又可爱的马教官，严厉又耐心的连长，同样，我们会衷心地对他们说：“谢谢您!!你们辛苦了!!”

军训，意想不到的收获太多太多，留下了许多美好，传递了一种精神，建立了深厚的感情，我会永远记住，记住这次军训，记住所有辛勤的教官们，记住“钢铁四排”的一切一切!!!! 。

Since we go to school, the teachers educate us to be a better person, they

tell us that we must study hard, so that we can be the useful person. Many

students confuse about what is the useful person. In my opinion, the useful

person must have the good merit.

A person with the kind heart is favored by everyone and he has the sense to

serve others. The bad person will bring danger to others, even to the society.

The most important thing of the useful person is to make a contribution to the

society.

今天，是9月7号，也是我们军训的第三天，虽然还只有经过短短几天的时间，但我却已经深刻的感受到了自己的改变。

没错，军训很苦，但在我的心中，他仍然很美好，他不仅使我增加了国防意识，更是我们增强了团队精神，让我们学会坚持、学会团结，也学会了如何做人。

团结就是力量，这力量是铁，这力量是钢，比铁还硬，比钢还强，是啊！我们大家是一个整体，如果有哪个人没有做好，就会连累大家，正是这一股力量，才使得大家坚持了下来，可见，这是一股多么强大的力量，多么震撼人心的力量。

我始终相信，我们中国同胞都是有血缘关系的亲兄弟，这一点，在这几天的军训中，我已经有了深深的体会，虽然，我们和帮助我们训练的教官们只有短时间的接触，可是我们却都对彼此有着一种莫名的亲切感。我想，这应该就是缘分吧！是缘分让我们走到了一起，也是缘分，是我们成为了一家人。

以前的我，总是在想别人有多好，多幸福，但是现在，我终于明白自己是多么的幸福，原来我，一直是身在福中不知福啊！现在的我，心里简直充满了感恩：

可是，令我想不到的是，那只是开始，军训原来是那样的辛苦。教官让我们站军姿和做其它的动作，一做就是半个小时，这可让我们这些家中的“娇子”吃不消。一开始，我还在怪教官：为什么别人做十分钟就可以休息，而我们要那么辛苦？我的心里充满了疑问与懊恼，一回到家就大发牢骚，根本不明白教官和老师对我们的良苦用心。

离全校初一新生军训汇演的日子越来越近，教官对我们的要求也越来越严格：每一个动作都要做到位，都要整齐，这可让我们练得大汗淋漓，肌肉酸痛。看着别的班教官与同学休息并唱歌时的情景，我的心里既羡慕又嫉妒。想想我们都个个腰酸背痛，又累又渴，还要站军姿做动作，我简直不服气。我向妈妈抱怨老师与教官如何的严格时，妈妈微笑着摇了摇头，对我说：“你误解老师和教官了，他们难道不会觉得累吗？他们这样做完全是为了你们！”我听了，喉咙像被什么堵住了，发不出声来：是啊，他们这样做是为了什么呢？还不是为了我们吗？再想想教官平时连水都没时间喝，就是为了让我们的成绩更加，老师连厕所都没时间上，同样是为了我们。由于心里想着不让教官和老师操心，我尽量把每一个动作都做。终于到了军训汇操的那天，我们都已整装待发。汇操开始了，我们个个都是精神抖擞，为了不让这些天的汗水白流，为了不让这些天的辛苦白费，我们把最好的表现展示出来。汇操完毕，等了很长一段时间，也看了不少别的班的表演，公布成绩了，我们702班得了一等奖！辛苦没有白费，我们都非常兴奋。

虽然三天的军训时光短暂又劳累，但是不失美好与快乐，我们在汗水与付出中得到了成功的喜悦。我们从以前那些娇气的“小皇帝”、“小公主”，通过这次的军训，变成了一个个真正有能力，有纪律，又自主的初中生！从这几天的军训过程中，我悟出了一条道理：有汗水就会有成功，有锻炼就会有进步，有付出就会有收获。

1、审题：审题是做到切题的第一步。所谓审题就是要看清题意，确定文章的中心思想、主题，并围绕中心思想组织材料。

2、进行构思，列出简单的提纲，打造文章之骨架：审好题、立好意后，就要写提纲，打造文章的骨架。文章布局要做好几件事：安排好层次段落，铺设好过渡，处理好开头和结尾。

3、扩展成文：根据字数多少扩展成篇。扩展的内容一定要紧扣主题，千万不要写那些与主题不相关的内容。展开的方式包括：顺序法、举例法、比较法、对比法、说明法、因果法、推导法、归纳法和下定义等。可以根据需要任选一种或几种方式。

在这一步骤中还需注意三方面问题：

1、确保提纲中段落结构的思路与各段主题句的一致性。只有这样，才能保证所写段落不偏题、不跑题。

2、要综合考虑各个段落的内容安排，避免段落内容的交叉。

3、用好连接词，注意段落间、句子间的连贯性。要做到所写文章层次分明，思路清晰，文字连贯，就需要在句与句之间、段与段之间架起一座座桥梁，而连接词起的正是桥梁作用。

在扩展的过程中也有些窍门，以下几点可供参考：

1、在整篇文章中，避免只是用一两个句式或重复用同一词语。英语中存在着极为丰富的同义词，准确地使用同义词可以给读者清新的感觉。同时要灵活运用各种句式，如倒装句、强调句、省略句、主从复合句、对比句、分词短语、介词短语等，从而增加文章的可读性。

2、使用不同长度的句子。如果一个意思用一句话写不清楚的话，通过分句和合句或用两句、三句来表达，增强句子的连贯性和表现力。

3、改变句子的开头方式，不要总是以主、谓、宾、状的次序。可以把状语至于句首，或用分词等。

4、学会使用过渡词。递进furthermore，moreover，besides，in addition，then，etc ;转折however，but，nevertheless，afterwards，etc ;总结finally，at last，in brief，to conclude，etc ;强调really，indeed，certainly，surely，above a11，etc ;对比in the same way，just as，on the other hand，etc。

5、确定文章用第几人称写，基本时态是什么。使用人称时人物不能张冠李戴或指代不明。时态要尽量保持一致。

检查修改：要检查复核，不要写完了事。

军训已经过去三天了，也是初三军训的第三天，这次军训苦与甜交织，我们看到了教官的开心的一面，也看到了教官怒的一面，这次军训真是段难忘的记忆。

第一天是下雨天，上午基本上没干什么，因为雨下的太大了，到了下午，雨渐渐停了，军训也步入正轨，第一天我们十分听话，可是一位同学却不听话，不打报告就乱动，王教官就让他加入了“飞虎队”，飞虎，就是跑得很快的老虎，他整整跑了八圈操场。

第二天，我们松懈了，不听话了，王教官生气了，这时来了一位看上去就不太和善的刘教练，正是昨天的飞虎队队长，这位刘教练比王教练严多了，看不顺眼，就让他蹲下，蹲可不好受，那一天之后，我们听话了许多。

第三天下午我们有一个活动，首先我们两组各上两班进行表演，我们上了一组和我们八班，王教练为这次小会操准备了一下午。再接着就是拉歌，二组那边玩的正开心的时候，我们一组突然袭击，向二组发起挑战，那气势就像要打群架，二组老半天才反应过来。

第四、五天，军训接近尾声，各班都在准备第四天的会操，第四天最热，我手晒脱皮了，胳膊有防晒，还好，头却没那么幸运，我头也晒伤了。第五天的会操我们打起十二分精神，却只得了一等奖，有点失望。

这五天有着特殊意义，必定是难以忘记的。

步入新的学校，开始了新的学年，每个刚刚升入高中的学生都要站在同一条起跑线上，继续在学习这条充满荆棘的跑道上再接再厉，攻克没一个难关。而军训，就是我们所要面临的第一个难关，我们所要砍掉的第一条荆棘。辛苦的军训，对于一直生活在父母的羽翼下的我来说就是一种挑战——一种自我挑战。

给我们军训的教官皮肤很黑，不算胖，看上去很粗犷，很有当兵的味道。从我们和他的谈话中，我得知这位教官应该是蒙古族豪迈的汉子一名。可能是因为班上都是女同学吧，军训的六天以来，教官从未骂过哪个学生，更未曾动过手。还总是让我们休息，休息时，又会和我们打成了一片。同学们私底下都说，这是一位很仁慈的教官。这是我第一次与军人接触，这与我想象中冷酷的军人形象大相径庭。

军训一开始，同学们个个神采飞扬，对军训充满了好奇。可是第二天，第三天，第四天，渐渐的，有的同学开始发牢骚，还是喊累，开始想家。我想，也许我们平时的生活太舒适，太顺畅，几乎是衣来张口，饭来伸手，又怎么能忍受这军训的苦累呢?但正因如此，我们才必须参加军训，提高我们自身的素质，才能更好的适应需要自立的高中生活啊。

豆大的汗珠随着发迹滴落，还有的直接流进了我的嘴里，轻轻的抿一下，好咸!教官的指令还不停的在耳边响起，立正，向左转，齐步走，每一步迈出的都是那么艰难。好不容易结束了一天的训练，还没来得及休息，便有迎来了一个难关——整理内务。我并不是一个自立的学生，被子好像故意和我作对，怎么也叠不出棱角来。只好一遍一遍的练习。第二天早晨教官们检查内务的时候，我的心一直砰砰跳个不停，生怕教官生气骂我，把我的被扔掉。但好在教官并不是那么严厉的。

高一军训固然辛苦，但也很有趣味。晚上，教官组织我们席地而坐，教我们唱军歌——打靶归来。这首歌我已经听过无数遍了，从前并不喜欢这首歌，但是那天晚上，听着教官唱起，全校的同学大声的唱起，嘹亮的歌声冲击着我的耳膜，突然觉的这首歌好动听，好想学会。军训过程中还看了场电影——盛世大阅兵，突然又觉得军训的日子，并没有那么难熬。

而现在，为期六天的军训圆满结束了。回想起那六天的时光，突然间有了很多感慨。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香出苦寒来”是军训的体会。“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”是军训的结果。军训的感悟是需要用心去体会的，它教会了我们对别人的关爱，它加深了我们理解保卫祖国的责任，它告诉了我们面对困难应有的态度。

终于，五天的折磨结束了，回想这五天的军训生活。我感慨万千。我渐渐明白，军训虽然十分辛苦，但是它不但锻炼了我的体力，更坚强了我的意志力。它让我明白了要做一个不畏艰辛，站直了的中国人。同时，军训也让我学会了做平时由父母代替的事，让我学会了自立，也融入了集体。

军训虽说很累，却让我受益匪浅，我渐渐喜欢上了这种生活。
