晚上，我们看了一部记录性的电影《钱学森》，对这一位伟大的科学家缅怀和学习。这一批老一辈的科学家现在大都已退休，又的已经过世了。但他们的精神，永远留在我们心中。他们是中华民族的顶梁柱，是建国初期和社会主义事业探索时期的灵魂工程师，是无产阶级共产主义世界推翻资产阶级帝国主义世界的王牌战斗员。没有剑和有剑在手不用完全是两个不同的概念，这句话一点也没错。世界格局复杂多变，面对老牌资本主义国家的核讹诈和军事威胁，人民群众受到了空前威胁，中华民族遇到史无前例的灾难，还是这一辈科学家挺身而出，毅然回国，为建设自己的祖国而努力奋斗。

在这严厉的训练中，并不是每一个人都能坚持到最后的，看着那些体弱的同学因为身体的不适应而逐个退出训练，我想，这就是我们因为肯定与赞同“身体是革命的本钱”这句话的时候了，开始更加认真的对待教官为我们付出的一分一秒。叫苦叫累的同学更是不计其数，也许是因为两个月的假期让我们过的太懒散了，而对这些在行动上限制了自由的训练有些不习惯，但绝大多数都是因为体力不支而终止了训练的。

孟子曰：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。”的确，现在的我们都是父母的心头肉，他们哪里舍得让我们吃苦啊，我们这些小皇帝在家没受过什么苦，所以现在的锻炼是必要的。

一天下来，那样阳光的我们全部都变的面黄肌瘦，软弱无力，但是每当我一想到那尽力参加会操比赛的我们与我们超越自我的表现，那些苦，那些累全部都荡然无存。这一切都要归功于教官，不是他，原本懒散的我们怎么会团结起来，共同努力，向会操的成功又迈出了一步呢?

新的一天又被黑暗覆盖，从11日军训以来这已经是第五天了。曾以为我最多是坚持三四天，原来再苦再累只要有一帮愿意陪你挺下去的人，一切都可以过去。

军训给我最大的感觉便是累，可是也就是因为这个“累”字让我明白了生活的另一种含义：吃饭睡觉是最基本的生活，但心灵追求是精神的生活。今天一整天都在练习正步走，这是大阅兵一项重点步伐，不容得半点马虎。但是不知为什么再怎么努力的我还是没能跟随大众的节奏，老是打着了旁边人的手，这使非常懊恼。于是我静下心来将两手尽量往中间摆，余光看着身边的人保持节奏，果然这次做的很好。在“啪啪啪”的脚步声中我感觉到了无比的自豪，这就是我们当代学生应该具备的风范。

遇到了麻烦并不可怕，可怕的是逃避问题，经过这次军训后我会更清楚以后的道路。

初入高中，我并没有感受到学习的紧张，生活的压力，分数的苦恼。而是体会到军训的苦累。

军训，说到底，我只能用两个最能体现我现状的字来说，就是苦与累。

当然，如果没有军训，我不知道什么是苦的内涵;如果没有军训，我也不知道什么是累的蕴意。我并不承认自己是超人，我也是一个平凡的人，虽然可以一次次坚持下来，但能在别人的唉声叹气中找到自我的心理安慰，我已经很满足了;虽然我不会喊到：“天呀!地呀!圣母玛利亚!上帝耶和华!李白!亚里士多德!莎士比亚!快救救我吧!”之类的话，但我还会期待着下一次哨子的响起，即使是那短短的10分钟休息时间;虽然我并没有在训练时偷懒，但我还是希望教官的眼睛少往我这里看，可能会不知不觉中因某种原因而被罚;虽然我不知道什么叫“痛苦并快乐着”，但每次训练的时候我都很高兴，可我不认为是脑袋里的某根筋坏了。

看着被汗水打湿的衣服，拖着筋疲力尽的身体，我无怨无悔;当已经麻木的双脚走完一轮又一轮正步后，我终于知道我已经累到极点了。

军训的生活很短暂，但在这短暂的时光里我却学会了很多。军训即将结束，我不知道会不会控制不了自己的情绪而抱着教官痛哭，当然我敢肯定我会十分十分地难过。因为，他是我的高中，我的军训生活里的第一任教师!

带着新奇、幻想与迷茫，我们走进了高一。迎接我们的是为期十天的军训。它对于我们，不仅仅是对身体的锻炼，更是对意志的考验和磨砺。

坚持就是胜利

军训第一天，同学们热情高涨，但一开始便碰上了“拦路虎”，站军姿。站军姿要领很多，大家听得有点迷糊，亲身一体验，更觉得“晕”，简直太累人了。然而这就是给我们的第一个考验。我保持军姿站在队列中，不一会儿，手便麻了，腿也酸了，汗珠更是调皮地往下落。好几次，我都忍不住想打报告休息，但不服输的性格让我撑了下来。“活动一下”教官的口令使我终于看到了黎明的曙光，我“扑通”一声坐在了地上，内心却充满了喜悦：我坚持下来了，我胜利啦！

严师出高徒

军训刚开始，教官十分宽松，我们感觉训练也挺轻松的。但有人得寸进尺，训练时不专心，小动作不断。结果训练的效果也是一团糟，可有些人仍然执迷不悟。终于，教官在忍无可忍的情况下罚了两个同学。此举“杀鸡儆猴”收效颇丰，我们的训练接着便有了很大进步。真是应了那句俗话“严师出高徒”。

军中男儿亦有情

休息时，大家围坐在一起，教官也收起了平时的严肃和我们一起唱歌、做游戏。他笑得很开心，像个未长大的孩子。在我的眼中，这时的教官最真实、最可爱。军中的男儿也有情，不是吗？

才几天，我们就成熟了很多，学到了很多。十天的军训，并不长，但它可能会影响我们以后的整个高中生活，甚至，它会成为我们人生中一个新的起点。

就这样，为期一周的军训落下了帷幕。

现在想来，军训也没有很苦，记住的都是欢笑。尤其是和自己一个寝室的同学们都互相了解熟悉了，每天吵吵闹闹，过的都很充实。

每天早上五点半起床，趁着人少赶快洗脸刷牙，大概还没睡醒，有时候会原地站着发呆，等吹了六点的起床哨后会啊的一声尖叫猛然惊醒，这才手忙脚乱的换衣服梳头发穿鞋。早操回来有半个小时空闲，把卫生打扫好，只要教官不在，我们寝室里几个女生就坐在床上聊天，聊什么的都有，不过大部分时间是控诉教官。

上午下午的训练分别有一段二十分钟的休息时间，这是最大的盼头，眼睛死死盯着手表就等着到点好坐下休息。其实训练的时候最痛苦的不是那些正步走啊跑步走，是站军姿。腿疼得要死要活的还不能动，只能趁教官转身的时候悄悄弯一下腿，然后再龇牙咧嘴的站直。

军队的伙食不怎么样这是有目共睹的，盛到盘子里的都是菜汤tat.

还好我们每天都能洗澡，就像把全身的疲惫连同汗水一起冲进下水道一样，很爽。

晚上等教官训完话回到寝室里都已经九点半左右了，十点熄灯。所以要在半个小时之内在拥挤的水房内争得一席之地洗完衣服再跑到楼下晾，然后洗脸刷牙，换睡衣，整理寝室，关灯，睡觉。

八个小时过去，又是新的一天了。

军训前三天天气都很凉快，根本找不到太阳的影子。不过往后几天天天艳阳高照，地面烫得能烤肉了，汗顺着衣领往下滑，眼睁睁的看着自己的胳膊一天比一天黑，欲哭无泪。

一周过去，离开部队我也没有任何不舍或者如释重负的感觉，也就那样吧。

今天像昨天一样，我依旧早起，因为今天是军训的第二天，我一定要在七点之前到校。这是教官的新要求，我们不是七点到，而是要在七点准是踏上操场开始我们的训练。因此我们所有人都要在六点五十五分在班级等教官。

今天的天气比昨天更加炎热，而由于我们的迟到，我们所有人都必须家训站军姿5分钟这就体现了军训中每个人都要有集体观念。“一人犯错，所有人都要陪着受罚。”因此，每个人都要有团体观念，不要因为自己拖累大家。由于今天天气比昨天更加炎热，才站了两分钟我的汗水就滑了下来，我尝了尝，是咸的，并且很快我的肩膀就僵掉了。在休息时我发现只要我一运动我的两个肩膀就会感觉酸痛不已。但是我觉得很值，回到家之后，妈妈都说我站起来更有精神了。这让我更加坚定要继续努力，坚持的决心!

今天在复习昨天项目的基础上，又增加了番号和踏步这两个训练。在喊番号时，由于我们的声音不够响而被营长训斥，训练了整整45分钟的番号。最后在我们教官的耐心指导下，所有的人都通过了。而在练习踏步时，我们因为没有在摆手时注意摆起的幅度，而又训练了很长的时间，导致我的手几乎全麻了。虽然我觉得很累，但是我还是坚持着。

今天还增加了昨天没有的会操练习，我在会操时做得比训练时更加认真。因为我是四连的一份子，我不能因为个人的松懈而给集体抹黑。而由于二、三、四连的水瓶都没有摆放整齐而导致了教官们替我们放瓶子，让我认识到了细节的重要性!

我明天会继续努力的!

六天的军训终于落下帷幕，对于我们这些“小皇帝,小公主”来说，它实在是一次艰辛的旅程。

训练之初，站军姿。教官不厌其烦，耐心为我们做示范，纠正我们的错误动作。“严师出高徒”，很快，我们便达到了站如松的最高境。当然，我们脸颊上滚落的汗珠，都是连成一条条线啊!

训练之时，烈日当空，热浪滚滚。“赤日炎炎似火烧”一点儿不夸张，度日如年啊!大多数同学都咬紧牙关，没有退怯。当然，也有一些同学体力不支晕倒了。可见，身体健康多么重要啊。

几日过去，日渐黝黑的皮肤已证明我们更加顽强，更加强壮了。

最让我们开心的，还是休息时，大家围坐一起，教官也收起了平时的严肃，像一位大朋友，和蔼可亲，跟我们一起唱歌、做游戏、聊天。这时的教官才最真实、最可爱。

军训最后一天，汇报成果。为了班级的荣誉，我们丝毫不敢放松，谁也不想做“害群之马”。团结就是力量，一点儿不错。骄阳下，我们接受着最后的检阅。整齐的步伐，严谨的动作，我们表演得非常到位。虽已汗流浃背，但我们个个英姿飒爽，士气昂扬。当我们骄傲的走过主席台时，赢得了阵阵掌声……我们胜利了!

军训几日，感触颇深。军训如攀高峰，“苦”是路上的荆棘，“乐”那沿途的风景。军训如一杯浓茶，入口苦涩，但回味无穷。军训，它教会了我们团结、坚强和集体意识。付出了辛苦和汗水，得到的却是一份沉甸甸的收获，我觉得非常值得。

myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. I think that having a

dream means that we have an idea, and then we will do all the things to achieve

the target. As long as we have a goal to be realized, we won’t be blind at

least.

My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and

saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will

do whatever I can do to keep everyone healthy. Thats my dream. I want to try my

best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an

opportunity to receive excellent treatments for their illnesses without having

to pay much or just enjoy them free. China is a developing country which needs

good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and distant

villages.

Now I’m a junior student on Grade One, all my classmates and I are working

hard. We all know that the entrance exam of high schools coming in the year of

2009 is a big challenge for us, so we must study harder and harder in order to

go to a good high school. Thus after we finish our senior high school, we are

日夜交替，不知不觉已经四天了。这四天，我的感触很多。四天，很短的一段时间，但每一天都过得很充实，很满足。在这四天里，我们学会了很多人生道理。我们学会了坚持就是胜利，学会了忍耐，吃苦……这些道理将会让我们受益终生。

辣：在我们站军姿的时候，如果我们营中有一个人动了，那么全营都要罚做五十个深蹲。如果有人偷懒的话，那么所有的人再做20个。我们就像吃了辣椒一样，眼泪在眼眶中打转。

I’m very glad to tell you about my winter holiday .It will be both relaxing and meanful . Let me tell you in detail.
