第一天军训我们学习的是：稍息、立正、停止间转法、敬礼与礼毕、跨立与立正、蹲下与起立、原地踏步、齐步的的行进与立定。

开始我们就学“立正”和“稍息”。我就在想：立正和稍息，谁不会啊!立正的时候教官教导我们要两只手都要五指并拢，紧贴短裤黄色边，脚呈八字形，大约为六十度。挺直腰站好，不能动。随后学习稍息就要左脚伸出大约半米远，动作要快，不要擦地。而且只是下半身动。不一会儿，部分同学们豆大的汗珠随着头发滑落到红通通的脸颊上。

随后，教官要我们练军姿，我们一个个就挺起胸，抬头，正肩，收腹，双脚叉开60度，稍微踮起脚来，步步到位。曾教官要求我们站直5分钟，在5分钟内没有教官的命令和批准，我们是决不能动一下的，如果一位同学动一下全班同学多罚一分钟。开始的时候大家身体站的很直，后来站的时间长了，某位同学忍耐不住站的累呼呼就动了动，被曾教官见到就罚我们多站一分钟。在剩下的2分钟里，又有同学忍耐不住，偷偷动了，这，还是逃不过曾教官的火星眼，结果我们就要站3分钟。休息的时候，同学们个个叫苦不迭的，都说：“累人啊，腿都麻了。”

接下来，我们又练了原地踏步和敬礼与礼毕等等项目。在训练的过程中，我们11班的同学们发扬不怕累的精神，我硬是咬着牙通过了后面几个小时，因为在训练的时候，教官老是对我们说：“别人能做好的，你们自己也要能做好，而且做的比别人更加好!”这句话对我起到很大的作用，我就不怕苦、不怕累，坚持着，咬咬牙齿就过去，认认真真的训练!

我想大多数人刚开始听到军训这一个词的时候，都会觉得就是苦，其实我以前也这样认为，但经过一件事，让我读“军训”这个词，有了360度大转弯。

刚上高一的时候，我们要去银浩去军训，当时的我一听，耳朵就耷拉下来，心想：这一次军训一定很苦把，我可不怎么想去。可是如果不去，我在同学心目中地位就会贬低，唉，无奈，我只的哭丧着脸拿着“行李”。

当车来了之后，我一个人就拿着行李上了车，而别的家长却大包小包替孩子拿着行李，尤其是我们班的郝文龙，200多元的好吃的，还拿了200多元，看到这场情景，我心里真不是滋味。

上了车之后，同学们都吃着自己的好吃的，我却只吃了几根火腿肠，我拿的吃的不多，我去那里还要吃呢!一路上，同学们在车上说说笑笑，我也忍不住参加进来。

到了银浩之后，同学就陆续下了车，然后走进自己的宿舍，我一进来，就叫起来：“这宿舍我们怎么住?”一进里面，就看到几块儿木板，这就是床，枕头是瓜子皮装的，我真是后悔死了!我怎么来了个这么烂的破地方?唉，没办法，凑乎的住吧，5天以后就走了。

虽然我没有军训，但也想说说这个暑期的感受。

从初中升高中，这个年龄段的变化意味着我们变得更成熟，已经是小大人了。有时候，我躺在床上想：我的梦想是什么，将来该干什么，我该怎样朝这个方向努力。为了美好的未来，这是个值得深思的问题。现在我的身份是学生，我的任务就是要好好学习，但学习的同时也要学会锻炼自己，以后走上社会光是学习好是没有用的，其他东西不会就是书呆子。

今天是军训的第二天，经过了这两天的训练，我对军训有了更深刻的认识，军训其实并不可怕，相反，他能考验你的意志，提高你克服困难的能力。

是啊，在如今的社会中，人际交往与合作成为了重要的是，一个只严于律己的人是不够的，只有牢记集体意识，发扬合作的精神，才是可取的。团结就是力量，集体的力量是强大的，二个人的能力就比不上了。三个臭臭皮匠，顶个诸葛亮。告诉我们的就是这个道理。

今天的军训又过去了，或许我们会庆幸，“苦难日”又少了一天，可是，若干年之后，我们肯定会怀念这军训五天的。

在这短暂的五天里，我们尽情地磨练自己，挑战自己，严格要求自己。

军训期间开展的一系列活动，使我们加强了集体荣誉感和组织凝聚力，让我们体验到良好的团队合作精神和灵活应变技巧在我们今后实际工作中的重要性；立定、稍息、原地转向、齐步走、跑步走和正步走等训练项目，让我们体会到了在建设新世纪的社会主义现代化事业中必须具备艰苦奋斗、吃苦耐劳的优良传统。严格的管理、严谨的训练也增加了我们的自我约束力和时间观念。

军训是酸的。每天我们连续训练两个多小时，昂首，挺胸，这些是最基本的要求。不用一天的时间，脖子、肩膀、手腕、腿都酸了。

军训是苦的。经过了三天的训练，腰酸背痛不用说了，大腿更是连走路都忍忍作痛。可这么一些劳累算得了什么呢？忍着痛，我仍尽力地将每一步走好，坚持到最后，虽然这当中包含着多少的艰苦。

军训是辣的。严明的纪律，在军营生活中必不可少，一不留神听错教官的口令或者完成不好标准动作就要被点名单独出列加操，脸上火辣辣的滋味真的不好受。

军训是甜的。用“苦尽甘来”四个字来修饰军训很合适。五天的刻苦训练终于换来了第五天，也就是最后一天。

阅兵场上，一排排整齐的“立”在上面的是一片绿色，太阳此时很准时地从地平线上升起，从山的顶部蹦出，发出耀眼的光芒，一缕缕阳光洒在这一排排迷彩上，形成了一道奇异的风景线，为这个世界增添了生机与活力。

一声声哨响，一阵阵踏步声，一句句口令声，奏出了属于军人的气质，奏出了军人的灵魂，更奏出了迷彩的本色，一顶顶帽子，一条条腰带，一套套军装，穿出了军人的生活，穿出了军人的习惯，更穿出了迷彩的本色。

When students go into college, they need to join in the group, because there is no way for them to live alone. They have new classmates and roommates. How to fit in the group is the main problem for them to solve. A successful student can handle it well.

To fit in the group, the students must have the collective consciousness. As most students are only child in the family, so they don’t know how to get along well with their roommates. To fit in a group, students also need to be honest. As many students live in a common surrounding, it is easy to have conflict, because different cultures happen among students from different regions. Then it is important to be honest and try to talk about the problem, or the conflict will bigger.

In the east of China,there is a small city---Haimen.I was born

there.Today,I am telling you about my hometown.

Haimen is not far from Shanghai.Its at the mouth of the Changjiang

River.Haimen is a modern city.There are lots of high buildings in it.Most of us

live in flats.We like to live in flats because we can be close to our friends.In

the center of Haimen,there are many shops.You can buy some nice things

here.Things in most shops arent expensive.You can pay a little money and they

are yours.

My hometown is a beautiful city.On each of the roads,there are some big

trees and nice flowers.The roads are also very clean.They make people happy and

comfortable.The seasons here are very nice.I like autumn best.Its neither hot

nor cold.A poem says “Flyer of summer come to my window to sing,then fly

away.And yellow leaves of autumn,which have no songs,just fall there with a

sign.” Its very cool.

世界本无所谓苦，也无所谓甜。甜和苦都是相对而言的，天中也许有苦，苦中或许也有一些甜。这就是其中的道理吧！

我很相信苦乐年华，年华（也就是生活）就应该或本是这样的。而这次的军训让我从感性中得到了最好的诠释。原来坐是这般的悠然，睡又是这般的奢侈，随意更是一种难于上青天的享受，而这神仙般的体味却是从苦中得来。

我称这是一次苦旅，确实，而我也不得不再苦上加上甜，因为之所以拥有苦才有了甜，这中苦不是很单纯。她让我明白了什么是生活。

其实，仔细想一下，假如我们每天在蜜罐中，哪里会知什么是甜；假如我们每天在随意中，哪里会知什么是自由；假如我们每天在阳光下，哪里会知什么是温暖

一直以来我都崇信老子的学说，相信什么是苦和甜，也更加明白了没有苦也就没有甜的深刻道理。与其说这是次军训苦旅，不如说它是一次讲解苦甜辩证关系的课堂，而这课堂之旅的最好就是自己的吃苦自律精神。

旅程，不是仅有美丽的风景和沁人心脾的清新，而更重要的是要有灵魂的洗礼和精神的感悟，相信，军训苦旅带给我许多许多......
