还记得，那一天，训练场地少了王教官的身影，他选择了和我们不告而别，男生哭了，女生也跟着一起哭了起来，在和我们相处的日子里，王教官成了我们的精神支柱，当他离开以后，我们的信心和理念都如沙石被海水冲走一般，在心中坍塌。其实，那一刻，我们学会了感恩，学会了面对生命中的别离。

还记得，那是一个晚上，在大合唱的排练中，我们唱的一塌糊涂，可是在正式表演中，我们用慷慨激昂的歌声感动了全场，其实，那是团结的力量，在老师不辞辛苦的奔波劳顿中;在老师孜孜不倦的教导中;在老师真心倾情的鼓励中，我们的心紧紧系在了一起。那一刻，我们学会了牵起手来共同进步，不落下一个人。

每天早晨和下午我们都要进行军训。在操场上，老师带领我们训练。我们的训练项目有：向左、向右、向后转、向左看、向右看、还有跑步、走步。其中我们做的比较好的还是齐步走。

每一排的同学们都站得整整齐齐，开始走了，同学们都保持一致，目视前方，右手抬到胸前，左脚抬起，然后再换另一只手和另一支脚，走得可整齐了。

我们做的不好的是向左右两边看齐，本来向哪边看齐，就要往哪边移动，只剩下一拳的距离。最可笑的是有些同学连左右都分不清，老师说：“向左转”。同学们都向左转，只有李肖剑一个人向右

转，他的鼻子和别人的鼻子都靠在一起了，真是好可笑。

军训不但能锻炼我们的身体，还能磨练我们的意志。

家——多么温馨的字，而那天——8月16号，我们却告别了它，踏上了人生新一段旅程——军训！

虽然这次军训只有短短的五天半，但是我学会的东西却不止是那英俊潇洒的军姿，还有部队的严谨作风，这不仅锻炼了我们的身体，还磨练了我们的意志，使我体会到了军人的气概与精神！

以前的我们在家是父母的掌上明珠，从没吃过什么苦，也体会不到世事的艰辛，可是我们已经踏上了人生下一个旅程，进入高中后，一切都要靠我们自己了！

顶着烈日，我们乘车来到国防学校，面对无数陌生的面孔，满怀欣喜和兴奋参加军训，并在这里结识了七位同龄的朋友，或许他们以后会成为高中三年的同学，我期待着……

几天了的训练让我感受了军人的艰苦的生活，不过这种生活让我感受到了充实。虽不知后面几天的军人生活会如何，但坚信一定会精彩。十人在一起的房间里，都互相不曾认识，却在无形的相处中慢慢培养了友情和兄弟情，正如教官所说，一个连的人就要非常团结，互相帮助，这里的条件不是想象中的那么好，许多的生活用品我们背着一大包一小包，有时还需要借用。不过，在这样的生活环境中锻炼了作为高中生应该有的毅力和吃苦耐劳的精神，拥有了用自己双手劳动的能力，脱离了父母全包办的状态，这使我感到自豪。

严厉的教官，动作的严格都时刻提醒，我不断要求自我纠正不良的站立姿势，约束自己爱说话，爱走动的习惯。我深知高中生活学习良好的习惯决定了未来所要走的路，这大概就是军训的真谛吧!尽管会流汗会腰酸背痛，但只有亲身经历过才会知道军人为什么是普通人中的榜样，为什么像钢铁一样坚强，是疆土和国家的保卫者。

继续吧!把我的汗水洒满操场，把时间花费在这神圣的地方，把精力消耗在每一次飞扬的尘灰中。这是强者生存的地方，所以我无怨无悔，看看寝室里那些和我一样的学生留下激情的话语，感动的不舍，就会发现很值得，再苦再累也值得!

下午，拔军姿，过了一会儿开始练习齐步走，教官说我们的胳膊摆的不到位，让我们把胳膊摆在一个位置停留 20 秒，要一动不动，弄得最后胳膊酸疼，但姿势却矫正过来了。

练完齐步走，又开始练正步走，我们先练步伐，抬起一只脚悬在半空中坚持 20 秒，不一会儿，一个同学坚持不住，腿放在地上偷了一下懒，又加 5 秒，最终在全班同学坚定的意志下完成了训练，尽管最后汗流浃背，但过得的确很充实，有意义。

第一天晚上，有的同学们就开始想家，晚上十点多才睡，一天就这样过去了。第二天一早，刚过六点二十分，就听见外面响起了哨声。我和同学们被惊醒了，有的同学迷迷糊糊地说：“天才刚亮呢。”可是军令如山，大家只好起来点被子、刷牙。上午，教官教我们学习军体拳。教官告诉我们：“学习军体拳要做到三点，打拳用力、喊声大、速度快。”在教官的带领下，我们很用心地学习。在哈！哈！的喊声中，我每一拳都用尽了全身力气，没有丝毫畏惧。全连同学一起喊起来，真是让人胆战心惊，看起来不可一世。一天很快过去了，晚上，我们开始洗澡、洗衣服，这些我都不是很熟悉，洗衣服还要用力搓，我累得满头大汗。在家里我从没洗过衣服，我不由自主地开始想念爸爸妈妈了。

训练的生活过得很快，在教官的训练下，到了第四天，我已经可以熟练地打起了军体拳，还学习了广播体操。更让我高兴的是晚上洗澡速度快了很多，还学会了洗衣服。

第五天，我们要回家了。在路上，同学们都准备着用自己最好的一面表演给家长看。在学校表演时，我的妈妈也来了，我们在操场上生龙活虎，表演了军体拳和广播操，妈妈看了非常高兴。

这次军训让我学到了很多知识。我知道了战士们在部队的生活非常艰苦。在军训期间，我学会了照顾自己，比如自己叠被子、洗衣服、洗澡，还学会了在没有父母的情况下，自己独立生活，学会了遵守规则，甘于吃苦。

China has long been known as “the land of ceremony and propriety.” Today however people often complain that public morals are no longer what they used to be. A family for example likes a cell of society which also mirrors the general mood of a country. As we know the Chinese have very strong family ties. But with the emergence of a “modern” concept to families people find that problems like high divorce rate and extramarital affairs become more serious than ever before.

Another example: the name of Lei Feng who was always ready to lend a helping hand to others used to be known by almost all Chinese as a model to learn from. But today some people claim that “the spirit of Lei Feng” is outdated. Fashionable ideas say money talks. In the early stage of the market economic development the appearance of some evil phenomena is not surprising. But we should not sit passively by and let it run rampant. Instead active measures should be taken to improve morals and ethics of the public.

Personally the media should play a leading role in this regard. They should spare no effort to praise the good and criticize the evil. They should guide people how to tell the truth goodness and beauty from the fault ugliness and evil.中国素有“礼仪之邦”的今天，然而，人们经常抱怨公共道德也不再是过去的样子了。一个家庭，例如，喜欢一个社会的细胞，这也反映了一个国家的一般情绪。正如我们所知道的，中国人有很强的家庭关系。但随着家庭的“现代”概念的出现，人们发现问题的高离婚率和婚外情变得比以往更为严重。

每天一早吹响的集结号，让睡眼朦胧的我不敢有丝毫怠慢，一骨碌爬起来，迅速装好军服，叠好被子，开始了紧张又快乐一天。虽然私下里教官和我们开玩笑、做游戏，显得那么和蔼可亲。可操练时教官却翻脸不认人，对我们非常严厉，有时烈日的烘烤下操练，一站一个多小时，不准随便乱说乱动，即使有一只虫子在你身旁飞来飞去也不能动一动。一旦有人违反纪律，立即受到来厉的惩罚。这让我们平时缺乏锻炼的“小皇帝”们苦不堪言。烈日下不一会儿，大家就已经满头大汗了，可是我们咬着牙关，凭着顽强的毅力坚持着，努力地完成教官布置的动作。

记得在开展“闪电报数”比赛时，由于我们全班同学在认真听取了教官严格要求后，一切行动听指挥，齐心协力，团结合作。凭借着迅速快、声音响亮、用时短、纪律好的优势，获得了优胜班。当指挥宣布结果时，台下爆发出一阵欢呼声。一旁紧绷着脸的教官，终于露出开心的笑容。团结让我们蠃得了胜利。

军训的最后一天下午，我们返回学校接受了“领导力与责任心训练”，由大宋老师来做主持，首先让每班选出2个小领袖替我们承担责任。随着首长喊口令，如果动作有错或有晃动的都要举起手说：“对不起，我错了”。错一人跑一圈，第一次我们有近20位同学动作出错，这两位小领导开始替我们承担责任，绕着学校操场一圈一圈地奔跑着。此刻，我泪水满面，内疚与自责，让我们不约而同地举起手，大声地说：“我要带你跑，这是我们的错，应该由我们自己承担责任。这个情景使我想起了我的爸爸妈妈、爷爷奶奶、老师，你们的唠叨是对我们的一份爱，但是我们却不理他们跟他们顶嘴。想到这里我的眼泪忍不住流下了，我心里在说：”爷爷奶奶、爸爸妈妈、老师，我长大了、我会对自己负责任的，请放心吧!“。

感谢军训，让我们知道我们不是小公主、小皇帝，今后只有靠自己，不可再有任何的依赖。
