轻轻地，我们翻开了高中生活的扉页，开始了一段不寻常的旅程。萌芽般的初中生活已经结束了，面对战斗般的高中生活对我们来说无疑是一种挑战，一种超越自我的挑战。为了更好的适应高中生活，我们迎来了战斗前的演习军训。

在这闷热的八月里，骄阳带来的不再是温暖，而是炎热。在这短短的军训期间，我们要与原本不认识的同学相互认识，并且要做到互帮互助，团结一致，我们要从原本懒懒散散的暑期生活中脱离出来，参加严格训练，接受阳光的洗礼，面对种种的考验。给我们训练的教官是一个二十多岁的年轻人，他很幽默、可爱，像一个稚气未脱的教官但是，教官在军训的时候非常认真，只要大家不努力，他就会批评我们；只要大家动作不规范，他就会一而再，再而三地示范给我们看。

军训一开始，同学们个个神采飞扬，对军训充满了好奇。天是蓝的，草是绿的，军训是辛苦的。到这儿的第一天，仅仅半天的训练就已让我近乎窒息，当我们反复地练习站军姿，稍息、停止间转法、跨立、蹲下，酸、疼、胀，一切难受的感觉全都尝遍，但我们最终还是坚持下来了；当我们顶着烈日，却无一人放弃时，我感觉到，即使是十六岁的我们，同样可以经受住岁月的锤炼。 操场上整齐化一的军训队伍，烈日下纪律严明的军训成员，晴空里机智顽皮的白云借着风儿的力量，张大好奇的眼睛，全神贯注地打量着每一位同学豆大的汗珠。教官不厌其烦地为我们逐个纠正错误，尽管自己的嗓子不舒服，还坚持为我们一遍遍喊口令，拜托别的教官指导一下，他也没有抛下我们，独自去休息，而是拿着水瓶，在旁边看着，不时指点几句······

教官很善解人意，我们也很配合，提高做事效率的结果便是换取了更多休息的时间，总的来说训练并不是很苦。3天的军训，本以为我们一定会因为动作不规范，在烈日下不断地受罚，然而事实却比想象好得多，这次军训，我们只被罚跑了一圈。别的班都在不停地踏步、齐步走、向右看齐······我们班就好得多，每一次练习，只要我们做得好，那么我们就可以去休息了。军训其实一点也不枯燥无聊，短短3天，我们还组织了2次表演呢。两班的同学围坐在草地上，轮流表演节目，歌声与笑声在大大的操场飘荡。

第三天的下午，我们举行了会操表演，临上场，教官小声地交代我们一些细节，齐步走时步子不用太大，目视前方，口号喊起来······。我们拿出最好的状态来完成这份军训作业，当时我心里很激动，同学们口号喊得出奇的洪亮，每一个动作、每一个眼神、每一个口号都尽量做到最好。汇演完毕后，我心中忐忑不安，表现应该还不错吧？最后，评委宣布我们是第五名时，我们顿时忘了纪律，欢呼起来，而在一旁的教官，却出奇的平静。军训圆满结束了，经过这次军训的洗礼，我学到了很多，喊口号时要整齐，我学到了团结；犯错误时要打报告，我找到了诚实；强忍蹲姿的痛苦时，我领悟到坚持。这些道理是以前就了解的，但却是需要后天细细体会的。

在训练中，让我感受最深的要数拉练了。拉练，也是华附每年军训的一个必须的项目。要求我们从附中跑步到华师大。再回到附中，全程大约一个小时。而规矩就是：每个班必须要全部同学回到附中才算赢，也就是说一场团体战。这是附中为了锻炼我们的集体凝聚力而开展的。一开始，大家都兴致勃勃地跑出校门，没有一点累的感觉。但是到了中途，不少同学都泄气了，还有几个同学受伤了。这就难办了。可是，尽管同学们只认识了不到三天时间，大家还是左右扶搀，帮助有困难的同学。集体的力量是多么伟大啊!大家好像早已不把名次和荣誉放在眼里，只要大家都平安就很满足了。

高中军训感受（一）

每个人到了一定的年龄都应该服兵役，但是上了大学可以免除，所以我觉得军训作为一种补偿的手段应该只有大学才有，但是我那初一的弟弟都要军训，然后高中的军训，有点瞎掺和的意思。我上高中的时候，提前两周到学校长跑训练，然后高一新生到校军训，时间我有点不记得了，最少是一个星期。军训完后完全没有提高组织性纪律性，正步走的姿势也是一个礼拜完全忘光，军训前后大家惟一的改变就是集体黑了一倍。

学校军训的目的是让学生吃苦，我觉得有些操之过急，因为哪怕不军训，往后有的是吃苦的日子，而且强制性的吃苦未必能够耐劳。学生寝室没有空调，而9月份开学以后天天温度不下35℃并且不能发出声音，扇扇子就是最大的苦了。小学初中高中的军训实在是太形式主义了。而爱国之心在看中国队踢世界杯或者中国使馆被炸时都在体现和培养，实在不会因为一个班级在烈日之下曝晒了几十小时而增加。

在我高中军训的最后还进行拉练，内容是一个年级假想成一支部队进行行军，途中不断卧倒，旁边还有校方和某些嘉宾驱车观看，在一次全体卧倒的过程中，我的战友可能看见地下正好有一摊水，思考要不要往边上卧一点而犹豫了一下，被教官看见，一下就踹卧倒了。教官说，在战争中，像他这样没有及时卧倒的人早就已经被敌人炸死了。我想，敌人若是效率真如此之高，那首当其冲被摧毁的应该是边上视察的汽车。 高中军训感受（二）
