在与自己意志的较量中，我们结束了今天的军训，虽然大家感觉都很累，但是大家知道了什么是坚强，什么是军人铁的纪律，期待着明天我们排会有更好的表现。

从老师通知我们三年级要参加军训的那天起，我就兴奋、紧张、好奇。应该是什么样的体验？

一个星期三的早上，我们乘公共汽车去了期待已久的青年军事学院。老师和指导老师热烈欢迎我们的到来。这是我第一次离开父母，我不得不在这里呆两天。直到那时，我才真正感到有点紧张。

书面表达历来是英语教学中一个难点，要想在限定的时间内写出一篇质量上乘的文章，非一日之功。纵观几年来的高考书面表达，我们可以看出，高考英语写作越来越重视情景的设置，要求考生总结自己的感受和见解，给出自己的观点。书面表达又是全面衡量学生英语综合水平的一种测试形式，因此，我们不得不重视。

第一步，写作的内容，要求做到两点— 内容完整、相关。这两点只要考生不粗心，基本都能做到。比如陕西考区的题目，要求写暑假的安排，是一篇正反观点类的议论文。必须注意题目的要求，第一要提出讨论话题，Recently there has been a heated discussion about what the students should do during the summer vacation.(这是一个经典的模版开篇句型)。第二要写出一方面的观点，然后是另一方面的观点，最后提出自己的看法，根据要求缺一不可，否则就会被扣掉相应的分数，这就是完整。再比如，2005年广东考区的成语寓言故事，不仅要描写整个守株待兔的过程，还应该根据要求点名寓意，否则也是不完整，这点只要在课堂上强调，学生是很容易做到的。所谓相关，也就是不要过多出现文中没有的信息，不能过分发挥，一般学生犯此类错误的较少。

第二步，写作中的语法。在阅卷中，一般三个小的语法错误会被扣掉一分，一个大的语法错误(关于谓语的错误)会被扣掉一分。所以，学生应该尽量避免犯语法错误。我在课堂中会强调，对于语法基础薄弱的同学，除了加强自己的语法功底外，就是去背诵我给出的50个最高频用到的句法结构。这些结构不仅正确，而且一定是高考中的有效得分点，即使语法偏弱，记住这些句子然后在考试中使用也能避免学生自己造句中的语法错误，一举两得。比如，倒装句在考试中就很少有同学主动启用，但是一旦正确启用就会收到意想不到的效果，所以我会给出四组倒装句，然后让学生加强运用和练习。这些句子包括：

第三步，连接词的运用，使文章连贯、流畅。我把这些词分为8类，叫做“畅词”，往往学生由于中西方语言的差异，会忽视这一点，所以在授课中会通过大量的练习巩固和加强学生的印象。而且不仅要写，还写出高水平的畅词，因为高考是选拔性考试，要做到“人无我有,人有我优”。比如，“首先”这个表示次序的畅词，一般同学一定想到的是firstly 或者first of all。可是我建议学生启用to begin with, 或者initially (这个是建议水平较好的启用)。“然而”，绝大部分启用but, however，我建议学生采用on the contrary 或者oppositely。

第四步，也是整个课程的核心部分，要强化“复杂、高级”两个概念。为什么是核心呢?因为学生在这一部分没有正确的认识，在平时的学习中老师也没有有意识灌输和训练总结。大部分学生以为只要写出来、写正确就可以拿到高分，其实80-120个单词包括大概10个句子，如果全部是简单的词汇和句型没有办法达到最高档作文的要求。因此，我们强调高级的词汇和高级复杂的句型，不是说全部必须高级，而是必须出现一些才能符合高考作文大纲的要求。在这一步中，我总结的“高分词汇选择原则”、“简单句到复杂句的瞬间转换”、“高分句子写作策略”以及“钻石得分50句”，通过这些理论和实践结合的讲解，学生会感觉成绩的快速提升，效果明显。

Whatever one does, one should do it with confidence. If one has no confidence, there is little possibility that one would ever achieve anything, especially when one is faced with drawbacks or hardships. This troth seems to be self-evident. However, in reality we do see a lot of people who complain that they lack the ability to do ,something or that their difficulties are too great to be overcome,For someone, this might be true. But for many others, this only shows that they have lost heart.

Why do people often feel frustrated even though they are capable of doing some thing? There are, among others, two main reasons. First, these people do not have a correct estimate of themselves. Second, they overestimate the difficulties.

It is passible to build up faith in oneself by having the right attitude towards ones own abilities. We should never underesrimate our abilities but should believe in the proverb: "Where there is a will, there is a way." Confidence is the promise for fulfilling a task successfully.

“向前，向前，向前，我们的队伍向太阳 …… ”哼唱着军歌，我们终于到达了培训中心。教官先带我们进了宿舍，这里的环境和我们家里相比要差得多，都是硬板床，上下铺，同学们放好书包，每人拿一个放在门口的马扎，教官教我们用左手握住马扎的底部，然后整队带我们到操场上集合，同学们按宿舍队伍坐好，接着，我们进行了开营式，教官教我们鼓掌时要拍手七下，开营式开始了，校长、老师们都出席了，校长在发言中给我们这次军训提出了严格的要求和殷切的希望，一切行动听指挥，争当优秀学员，我们的新班主任老师还对我们说：“咱们班作为年级最好的班，我们就是来评标兵和优秀学员的。”在教官的指引下，我们郑重的宣了誓。接着，教官带我们来到了宿舍前的过道上，在这里，教官教会了我们向前对正和向右看齐，还教了我们如何跺小碎步整齐响亮。

中午的训练结束，教官带我们到了库房。终于看到梦寐以求的迷彩军装了，同学们都高高兴兴的把军装换上，又领取了枕头和被罩等。回到宿舍，大家互相帮助、齐心协力将床铺整理得干干净净，将被子叠得整整齐齐。

下午，我们来到了充满了沙土和石子的大训练场，同学们将马扎放在树旁，然后教官教我们原地转法，要在教官说“转”的一刹那向规定方向转，而且要身子不动脚动，接着我们又学习了规范的踏步走和齐步走，踏步走的腿要抬高抬平，而齐步走则要整齐的迈出。

晚上，同学们拖着疲惫的身子回到了宿舍，都坐在床上，大家一起聊着天，我这才知道我们的教官姓王。正谈着，突然，我们发现许多蚊子从四面八方飞了出来，一位同学幽默的说到：“前方出现多架敌机，让我们把它们击落吧。”在同学幽默的建议中，大家纷纷用花露水、书本杀死蚊子，一战下来，我们的战果还不小呢。没有了蚊子的骚扰，我们睡了一个踏实觉。

第二天一早，我们早早的起了床，洗脸刷牙，有的同学还洗洗衣物，大家互相帮助将被子叠成教官要求的“豆腐块”，将床铺整平，然后就集合进行晨练，教官教我们军人的步伐——走正步，从教官的提示中我们得知正步走不想踏步走和齐步走，它是脚从地面踢出去，接着，教官还告诉我们当正步走立定时，左脚和右脚的区别，同学们都认真倾听，好像自己就是一个军人呢。吃完早饭回宿舍，路上早有老师们为我们准备好分发水果。训练时，老师们又亲手搬来了一箱箱很重的矿泉水给我们喝，老师们多么辛苦啊，下午回到宿舍，发现许多只蚊子落在地上，原来是老师们在我们训练时帮我们打了杀虫剂，老师多么关心我们啊，我们也充满了动力，我们一定不能辜负老师们的希望。晚上，教官们选打军体拳的方阵，我很荣幸的在这方阵之中。

第三天一大早，我们便开始练习打军体拳了，训练很艰苦，但是我仍然一丝不苟的进行训练，虽然军体拳只有十六招，但是每招都有各自的特点，有的双手握拳，有的要扎马步，还有的是连贯动作。晚上，训练场上蚊子军团又来偷袭啦，但是仍阻挠不了同学们的信心和决心。

一天过去了，到了第四天的晚上，吃完了在这里的最后一次晚餐，同学们都来到了大操场参加标兵颁奖等仪式。各班的优秀学员和标兵们都站到了台上，老师们神秘的拿出一个盒子，哦，原来是为这些优秀的同学准备的蛋糕，得到蛋糕的同学回到宿舍后都慷慨的将蛋糕平分给了其他同学。享受完美味，同学们都早早的睡了，因为明天就是阅兵式，同学们都养精蓄锐，想等到明天大显身手，为班级争光。

最难忘的一天终于到了，我们很早就排好了队伍，到达小广场进行彩排，在激昂的音乐和热烈的鼓掌声中，闭营式开始了，听，同学们喊着多么洪亮的口号，看，仪仗队精神抖擞的正步走来，每个方阵的每一位同学的都踏着规范的正步，步伐矫健的从主席台前经过，我越来越激动，终于轮到我们的军体拳方阵了，同学们都拿出了自己最好的水平来展示自己军训的优秀成果，散开、喊号、表演、集合一丝不苟。阅兵结束了，校长和老师们轮流发言评价这次军训，接着，还有同学代表发言，在热烈的掌声中，优秀学员和标兵代表在领奖台上为教官们发奖品，还照相留念了呢。吃过午饭，我们上车准备返校，再车驶出大门时，看着这几天和我们相处的教官，我不禁哭了。

到现在我一直保留着我的军训服，我回家后还穿了三天呢!军训生活虽然苦，但却能在苦中感受到成长的快乐，在我以后人生的道路上，还会经历许多，但是我永远不会忘记这次军训。向前，动力来自老师的关心;向前，动力来自同学的帮助;向前，动力来自教官的指导;向前，动力来自军训的生活;向前，生活处处有动力。

2. 军训感想

虽然我没有军训，但也想说说这个暑期的感受。

从初中升高中，这个年龄段的变化意味着我们变得更成熟，已经是小大人了。有时候，我躺在床上想：我的梦想是什么，将来该干什么，我该怎样朝这个方向努力。为了美好的未来，这是个值得深思的问题。现在我的身份是学生，我的任务就是要好好学习，但学习的同时也要学会锻炼自己，以后走上社会光是学习好是没有用的，其他东西不会就是书呆子。

Movie is my favorite that I always watch movies when I am free. Since I like English very much, so the English movie is my favorite, too. Among so many films I have watched, the one I like best is High School Musical. This film tells the stories about two high school juniors from rival cliques – Troy Bolton, captain of the basketball team, and Gabriella Montez, a beautiful and shy transfer student who is a hard working girl. Together, they try out for the lead parts in their high school musical. In this process, a series of stories happen, but in the end, the musical achieves great success and Troy and Gabriella fall in love with each other. It’s totally a happy ending. I like this movie because the high school life in that is so colorful and amazing, which I admire so much. Besides, everyone loves happy ending of love story.

我喜欢电影，平时有时间的时候我一般都是看电影。我非常喜欢英语，因此英语电影也是我喜欢看的。在我所看过的电影中，我最喜欢的是《歌舞青春》。这部电影讲述了两个高中生的故事——学校篮球队的队长Troy Bolton和性格害羞、长相甜美、成绩优异的新生Gabriella Montez。他们要一起主演学校的音乐剧。在这个过程中，发生了一系列的故事，而最终，音乐剧获得了成功，他们之间也碰撞出了爱的火花，完美落幕。我喜欢这部电影的原因是因为电影中展现的高中生活丰富多彩、奇妙无比，让我十分羡慕。再者，有谁不喜欢爱情故事的大圆满结局呢。
