第三：严格的军训生活让我了解并意识到了同学互相帮助的重要性。当有人站军姿倒下的时候，旁边的同学总会扶她去医务室;当有人没准时到寝室洗衣服洗澡的时候，同寝室的同学总会提醒他······由此可见，同学们互帮互助，团结友爱事多么的重要。

我一定会严格要求自己，服从命令，听从指挥，做一名合格的高中生!

结束了为期八天的军训后，我们的教官就要各自回部队去了。就在这时，意想不到的事情发生了。

最后的分列式举行完以后，我们的教官就回到自己的宿舍去拿东西，我们也回到了自己的班级，但是没想到，我告诫自己要忍住眼泪，但它还是止不住的流，再仔细一看，所有的人脸上都没有了笑容，有些人早已泪流满面。

我按耐不住自己的心情，我跑到了二楼楼梯窗口的位置去看教官，那时教官就在楼下集合，许多女生一起抱头痛哭。我们为了见到教官，我们不顾老师的阻拦，跑到了楼下。

我们跑到了楼下，许多人都在抽泣，教官的队伍早已被里三层外三层的人包围住了。我们拼命的喊教官，教官的笑容都消失得无影无踪。教官们的队长为了维护秩序，只能和老师一起把我们全部赶回教室去。我们不情愿地走了，但是没有一个人回教室，全部围在楼道的窗户那里看、喊、哭。老师没有办法，只能一层一层的把我们全部赶回去。

过了一会儿，我们看老师走了，又跑到楼下看教官，坚强的人在和教官合影，不坚强的人全部在那里哭。许多教官都不敢看我们了，因为我们班哭得最厉害，所以我们班教官都转过头去了，我想他肯定在心里劝自己冷静，忍住眼泪。

老师见况，没有办法，只能派两个老师在楼下巡视，我们家一个窗口没有老师，跑到了那个窗口，我们拼命的喊教官~教官，我仔细地看了一下，几乎全都是我们4班的，有几个男生都哭了。我看见有一个教官在和我们班教官说话，我想他一定问这是不是你们班的吧，我看我们班教官蹲下了，我们班教官烦或者遇见难事的时候才这样，有些同学看见教官还有2班和3班的教官都哭了。

最后，在我们上课的时候，教官走了，他们把qq号留给了我们，我想，我们一辈子都不会忘记教官的。

军训感想

按照规定,新生要接受为期3天的军训.可是我最怕的就是军训了. 说起来还真不好意思,初一军训的时候,我扮拉肚子逃过了。可现在没办法,了，只好硬着头皮上了了！

第一天，我们主要训练的是立正，稍息，跨立和原地踏步。别小看了这几个简单的动作，做起来还真不简单呢！就拿立正来说吧。别看平时站着没什么感觉，真要你循规蹈矩的站着，还不许动一下，这也许就有点难了。教官要求我们站5分钟，可是到了1分多钟的时候，我已经有些支持不住了，豆大的汗珠布满了额头。终于熬到了5分钟，整个人都好像散了。真不敢想象军人们在烈日下是怎么支持住的。

第二天，天气稍微阴了一点，军训也没有那么辛苦了。今天训练的是走和跑。这么多训练项目中，走，应该是练得最辛苦的啦！每个人的脚步都不一样，根本走不成一条直线。

最后一天,因为下雨,我们便在室内官看教官们表演。

这一看，我无语了。他们的动作都是那么的整齐，丝毫看不出有什么差异–，立正，稍息，跨立，走，跑……这些在我们眼中困难的动作,在他们做来都是那么的整齐!我清楚的知道,这些整齐动作的背后都隐藏着许多含水,艰辛,甚至是血泪……

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. 在学生写作过程中，我们 常常会发现许多学生的词汇量与运用能力不成正比的现象，写作中经常出现词汇贫乏和用词不当等问题。这种问题的出现实际上是学生获得的知识没有有效的活化。 配合词汇和句型教学，教师可以经常以所教学词汇为关键词拟定一些与时事或生活相关的话题，让学生用词、句做翻译练习，一段时间(4-5天)之后，再让学生 用这些词、句进行写作，多写多练以达到活化知识的目的。

三、广泛阅读，拓展知识积累

“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作 诗也会吟”。在大量的阅读过程中，可使学生开拓视野，拓展知识，增加语感，为写作提供必要的语言材料。写作和阅读是互相促进、相辅相成的。有些词汇和句 型，学生只是似曾相识，通过广泛的阅读能促使学生把这些东西运用得更熟练，表达得更准确。反过来，这也会有效地提高学生的阅读理解能力。
