军训，军训，顾名思义就是军事化的训练，严格、整齐、统一的标准。今天是军训的第一天，最先开始必然是站军姿，站军姿中的规矩十分多，要收腹、挺胸、手呈半拳状、双脚呈60度分开，身体稍微向前倾。这个过程最为艰辛痛苦。

按着流程训练了没多久，天公不作美，稀稀拉拉地下起了连绵的细雨。慢慢地，雨越下越大。教官们组织着去楼里避雨，休息了足足一个小时之后雨终于停了，我们又开始了艰苦的训练。十点左右开始了训练成果的表演，我们排获得了表扬，自己的努力得到了肯定，大家的训练更加热情。

下午练习了齐步走正步走之后接着学习了军体拳，刚开始练大家都还很不熟悉，但随着我们的努力，一定会有所进步。

在与自己意志的较量中，我们结束了今天的军训，虽然大家感觉都很累，但是大家知道了什么是坚强，什么是军人铁的纪律，期待着明天我们排会有更好的表现。

今天是军训的最后一天，我们的任务就这么结束了。

上午整体练了两次，休息的时间都有一个小时了。不是很累。我发现越到后面越不累，不知道为什么。以前是跟着我们的教官练的，现在队伍多了，教官就忙碌起来了，不分排，连了。

下午两点就开始准备汇演了，但是一直到三点才整理好一切。我们站的脚后跟儿都不想着地了。上场之前，一排的教官(也是我们整个外语学院的总连长)为我们做了最后一次表演，是一套拳。他说这是最后一次为你们做的事情了。寝室长录了全部的过程。我们大家全部都很喜欢一排的排长，她们说他很有男人味儿，我想那是一个只比我们大两岁的男生的成熟魅力吧……他总是做一些摔得很疼的动作给我们示范，很干脆。我们都记得他。后来五排的和三排的教官和我们一起唱了最后两首歌：军中绿花和朋友。后来有人说：五排的教官眼里噙着泪水。当我们唱歌的时候，男生们开始不安分起来，他们先是偷袭了他们的教官(一排)，然后把他高高抛起;于是男生女生纷纷欢呼鼓掌。接着是我们二排的教官被抛到了空中，然后是四排，五排，六排的。三排的教官藏了起来，我们众人都没有发现他的影子，当大家很郁闷的时候，五排的教官突然发现了他的藏身之处，结果众男生一呼而上，逃跑也没用，被逮了回来，也是一样的结果。所有的教官们，对我们来说都是英雄，兄长，大家用这最后的方式，来告诉他们我们到底有多爱他们!当时的场面，很热烈也很壮观!

后来的汇演可想而知有多么的乏味。只要是这类型的大会，都是发言，发言在发言，颁奖颁奖再颁奖……不过特别科目的表演确实很精彩。我们大一新生分为四个部分，第一部分的由数学和信息工程的女生方队表演，内容是整装，敬礼，车辆指挥(部分)等;第二部分的由生命工程系(好像这么叫的)的男生方队表演，是匕首操——很漂亮很整齐的动作，帅呆了!第三部分的由体育系的男生方队表演，内容是军体操，徒手的——很郁闷的是，体育系的居然还不如生物系的，表演的整齐度和标准度让人伤心，不过还是可以看的……第四部分的由在平大住的学院表演，哪个系的忘了，反正是女生方队。我总觉得因为他们和我们不在一起，就像是远方的客人一样，类似于《哈利波特与火焰杯》里的。他们做的是车辆指挥(比较全)等，很齐，佩服。

后来整队跑到主席台下，一排教官对其他的教官说了一句“整好队你们就撤走!”听得我很是郁闷，好像这样就是最后的相见了……站了一个多小时，听校领导，上校，中尉……讲话!那叫一个郁闷!每个人开头的话都是什么“秋风如何如何的”，描述风景的……场下一片哗然，大家都很郁闷吧……我觉得领导也肯定郁闷，这都是过程，文章也是表面罢了……只是不知道我是不是那400多个标兵里的一个……我觉得也不大可能，默默无闻的，怎么可能被人记住呢?

本来说和教官留影的，大家都来了兴致。结果没实现。遗憾中我们赶紧转移去新阶梯教室开英语系的会。路上看到了整队出发的教官们，他们往宿舍走。包括我在内的许多同学都一边跑一边告别。他们走得太快了。室友挽着我的胳膊，一边哭一边大声地喊：教官再见!不住地喊。我笑着向教官们摆手说再见，心里是酸的，为什么还能笑得出来……再见了：一排的老好人郭教官，我们二排呆呆的蒲教官，三排最帅的杨教官，四排最让别的班讨厌也最受本班欢迎的许教官，五排的虎头虎脑的猫头鹰教官(不知道姓什么)，六排矮矮的可爱教官(长的小却也是士官了)……当我路过新篮球场的时候，知道以后不可能有绿色的挺直腰杆的身影们排着整齐的队来训练我们这群不听话的孩子了，军装不会再穿了，命令不会再有服从的机会了，也没有逗教官的时候了……当这一切都戛然而止的时候，让我觉得空虚了许多……不真实。我好不容易才习惯了军训的生活，现在就要结束了……那些可爱的人们，以后再也见不到了……他们曾说：你们可以忘记我们，也可以记得我们;但千万不要联系我们……我们不知道他们的名字，不知道他们来自哪里，不知道他们的军队是哪支，也不知道他们以后会怎样……一切的东西都是来去匆匆的，而且全部保密!教官们，以后真的就见不到面了，但是，你们是我心中最可爱的人们，我会记得你们的!

saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will

do whatever I can do to keep everyone healthy. Thats my dream. I want to try my

best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an

opportunity to receive excellent treatments for their illnesses without having

to pay much or just enjoy them free. China is a developing country which needs

good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and distant

Now I’m a junior student on Grade One, all my classmates and I are working

hard. We all know that the entrance exam of high schools coming in the year of

2009 is a big challenge for us, so we must study harder and harder in order to

这一天，骄阳似火，我打开了在崭新高中的第一页——军训。

对于陌生的学校，我抱着一些憧憬与紧张。不知道未来的三年会是什么样子。但这时我只需打起精神，迎接这为期五天的军训。第一天的早晨，我和新班级的同学们一起，拎着不算太重的行李，挥别了带着殷切目光的父母们，走上大包车，怀着期待与不安的心情，开始了军训生活。

绿色学校对我来说并不陌生，但这和初中时的社会实践又不一样了。在接下来的几天里，我清楚的意识到了其中的艰辛。

我们的第一课是站军姿，教官告诉我们站军姿便是抬头挺胸，双手夹紧大腿，脚尖分开六十度，顶着太阳像个军人一样做堂堂正正的人。

我原以为这小小的军姿并没有什么大不了的，可是我小看它了。只是仅仅的三分钟我已经站不住脚了，而且教官补充道，如果班上的任何一名同学动了一下或者军姿站得不标准，那么所有人都得一起跟着罚站一分钟。最终这第一次的站军姿我们从三分钟延长到了六分钟，但这也同时让大家明白，我们是一个集体。

然后我们学习了稍息立正和向右看齐。教官亲自示范给我们看，我们在一遍遍的练习之中，反复的学习和调整中，学会了这几个动作。邬教官说，跺脚时的声音要大，做人的气势也要足。第一天的几个小时训练过后，我脚都已酸麻无比，但我又想到，所有人都和我一样，他们都没有叫苦连天，我又有什么资格去抱怨呢?

就连每次的吃饭时同样也让我感受到了这里的纪律严格。所有人在听到哨声后必须迅速集合，排成一个方队，在教官的指挥下走进食堂，而且在开饭前也要保持军姿，等待其他班级到齐，再听从口令才开饭。

最让我印象深刻的就是第三天六公里的拉练了。在听到教官宣布这个消息时，我甚至觉得我是否听错了。六公里对我而言太过漫长，我的体育并不是很好，人也偏胖。这时我认为我一定不会坚持下来，一定会在中途就受不了的。

但我真的没想到我居然做到了!我看到全校同学，全班同学，他们轮流背着装水的书包，大家一起齐头并进，顶着如火的太阳，仍然一步步的向前走，向前跑。每个人的脸上，脖子上都堆满了汗水，脚下像灌了铅一般沉重。但我只是累了，身体没有其他不适，所以我想我必须坚持，因为教官在和我们一起跑，甚至是班主任，也始终陪在我们身边，这一刻，我没有理由放弃。

现在回想起来还是有些不可思议，只凭借着一股热血沸腾的劲儿，大家做到了平常想都不敢想的事。跑完这六公里，我已经全身无力，但我知道我们都经历了一次磨练，这是军训带来的，最好的磨练。

之后的短暂时光中，我们也依然毫不懈怠的学习了起步走，下蹲起立，报数喊口号，跑步走。一天天的训练，我们很累，可也很开心，因为我们体会到了不同的生活，度过了这几天美好的日子，深刻感受到什么叫做集体的力量。

一眨眼军训就结束了，我的感想里全是这几天生活的点滴，还有许许多多的感人又快乐的时光没有写下来，但它们全部在我的脑海中不会消失，因为这是值得珍藏一辈子的记忆。在结束的那一刻起，我感觉到，我们这一整个班，从完全陌生的同学，真正成为了一个有凝聚力的集体!

军训不仅仅是对我们的身体的考验，更多的是对我们的意志的磨练，同时提高我们的思想水平和团队精神，“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”人是在不断的磨练中长大的，就像一棵小树一样经历风雨后才能变成参天大树，军人的气质和钢铁般的意志给我很深刻的印象，正如一首军歌歌词描写的一样：“还铁还硬比钢还强”。在我们军训中我们军人、学生一家人，了解不少的军中生活，体会到了军人的艰辛，感受到了军人的豪迈气概，他们肩负着保卫国家的重任，苦中的乐，教官说：“当兵后悔二年，不当兵会后悔一辈子”。军人的奉献精神和大公无私深深的打动我们每个人，我们的新生班主任给我们讲解生活中要注意的事项，为我们今后的学习生活做准备，辅导员教师像大哥哥一样照看着我们。在这里有酸楚的泪水，有苦咸的汗水，有飘扬的歌声，有欢乐的笑声，这些就像不灭的音符跳动不已，我们是充实的，我们是快乐的，苦与累已化作美与甜，汗水让我变得更坚强。

随着时间的步伐，我们从一个天真、烂漫的小学生，马上就要成为一名正式的初中生了。在这段蝉变的过程中有一个必不可少的重要过程，那就是军训。

军训，这个词对于我们而言，不仅仅代表着我们即将受到长达五天的严格训练，也意味着我们也将从中学习到生活自理、做事雷厉风行的军人气质。

今天是军训的第二天。早上，我们在杨教官的带领下走向了操场。今天我们要学习的动作是跨立、齐步走和跑步走，这些我们看上去十分容易的动作，做起来却是十分的困难。当看到我们又不会的地方时，杨教官总会一次次的在我们的面前，耐心地一次次向我们示范动作的一些要领。

记得我们一起在反复练习齐步走的时候，大家都已经将这个动作要领记得滚瓜烂熟了，走起来也是十分轻松，步伐也非常到位，可是班上仍然有一位男同学总是因为紧张，步子总是与同学们不一样，当教官喊道“一”的时候，大家都迈出了左脚，可是这同学每次都比大家慢了半拍，这是杨教练会把大家先放在一边站军姿，自己就在队伍的一旁很有耐心的给这位同学做示范，边教他如何放松，按正常的姿势走路。

每当我们在烈日炎炎之下，一次次的重复着同样枯燥无味的动作之时，每当我们汗流浃背口渴至极的时候，我们就都会想到自己的教官，想到教官也是和我们一样累，一样辛苦的时候，想到我们现在所做的一切都是为了自己的时候，只感觉到我们身上的累和辛苦都被一阵凉爽的微风带走了，代之而来的是浑身使不完的力量与活力。

让我们朝气蓬勃去迎接下一天的训练吧!

Its Sunday today. I got up early and did my homework on the table. All of a

sudden I remembered the mothers day, a picture of my mind, remembering a past

thing that moved me.

Thats the case. After coming home from school that afternoon, my mother came

back. I found that my mother was very tired, his eyes were squinting, and I

yawned. So she sent me to do my homework at home. But I felt very sad to see my

mother working so hard, so I decided to share the housework for my mother. I

began to pick up the stuff in my home, first fold the newspaper, and then the

glass was cleaned.

I put the glass on the pot filled with water, and then picked up the cloth, a

第二天，哨子一吹，同学们起来刷牙、洗脸、叠被，从来没经过训练的我们，对叠被子一窍不通，只好请教老师。

其中，最有趣的是打气枪，前面的同学握枪时，看的出很激动，不少同学都打中了。我心想;“没事的，别的同学都行，我就不相信我不行。终于，轮到我了，我一手拿着枪，心里激动得直跳。我一打，啊!没中，一连几下也都没中。

6个班举行了汇操。烈日照在我们身上，但我们做的也如此认真，一心为班级争光，手脚有力，喊口号时，大家声音强大，虽然就这么5、6分钟，但这里是我们几天学的动作。
