The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. 军训的第一天，我认识了我们的教官。他皮肤黝黑，身体健壮，目光有神，走起路来昂首挺胸。我暗暗敬佩起他来。

“好，立正!双脚打开60度，两手自然贴紧身体两侧，五指夹紧。就这样，不要动!”教官用他洪亮的声音喊着。

时间一分钟一分钟地过去，就像凝滞不动的水。队列中有同学终于受不了了，想抓一下痒痒的背，正准备动手，教官眼神一瞥，把脸拉得三尺多长，那同学顿时面如土色，伸出的手像被蜜蜂蛰了一下，赶忙缩了回去，只见他满脸通红，像一只煮熟的虾子。

教官“狠狠”地盯着他说：“谁要是再动，就取消他的休息时间!”他这一吼，在我们心中引起的振动不亚于七级地震，甚至把天上遮挡着太阳的云朵都吓跑了。太阳探出头，毫不留情地将热气散发到地面，耀眼的光芒照得我们睁不开眼睛。周围一丝风也没有，一会儿工夫，我们个个汗流浃背，感觉身上有无数只小虫子在爬。和着防晒霜的汗水时不时流到眼睛里，小飞虫陆续降落到我身上小憩。我的腰发酸，两条腿酸酸的，那滋味，像是千万根小钢针扎进了骨头，越扎越深。

当军人真苦啊!每天要进行这么乏味的训练;天这么热，连鞋子都散发出烤糊的气味儿;太渴了，能喝点水就好了;军训一点也不好玩啊……我站在那儿胡思乱想，当初的兴奋、好奇一扫而光。游离的眼光一扫，突然发现教官们跟我们一样，也都在太阳下晒着，与我们不同的是，他们像一座座威严的雕像。

现在的我已经是高一年级的学生了,大家都知道在进入初一，高一，大学，都要军训而我已经度过初中的军训了，这篇文章便是我的高中军训。

在军训第一天我们穿着配发的军训服站在操场等着教官来命令我们开始第一天的训练。我们的教官人很帅但是他的牙齿有一个缺陷他对我们说的第一句话便是问我们要他严肃的“管教”我们还是微笑的和我们玩过这一周，我们当然选择后面的。他听了就露出他的牙齿微笑地说：“可以，那我就微笑的带着你们玩”当他说玩那一个字有点重，这个重量压得我们心都快“（ba）工”了。随后他又说了一句话那边是：“全体坐下，今天上午教你们唱歌”我们的心像被发了工资的一样又跳起来，我们坐下去。教官便开始唱：“团结就是力量……”我们也跟着唱。我一边唱一边看着周围那些班级有的在军姿定型、有的在做俯卧撑、有的站着听教官说事情并且跟着学。就这样我我们唱着歌过了一个上午。

中午吃饭的时候我原本以为直接去打饭，结果以为教官上台叫我们集合，然后叫我们唱支歌；全校呆若木鸡只有我们班会唱所以先去打饭上面的教官教其他班级唱。 下午我们开始训练，首先军姿定型20分钟；然后休息；最后做教官教的姿势。晚上吃饭时和中午一样集合唱歌这是全校都已经会了所以只能按顺序去吃饭。后面几天和第一天几乎一样。

到了第4天，全校出去拉练；我们走了8公里的山路，在途中许多人都晕了只有我们班没人晕倒。拉练完后，在下午训练教官让我们坐在阴凉的地方玩游戏，可是我们大家都不太好意思因为其他班级都在训练。

这样直到第6天晚上，我们训练不过关教官很伤心和我们聊了一段时间后我们认真了，这样到最后一天下午演练的时候我们班上表现的很好。 当我们表演完后教官们就要走了，我们很舍不得虽然教官很那个但是我们还是不舍得。

高中军训就是这样，我既喜欢又讨厌的军训。

According to the variety of social background, personal experience and

personal emotion, differernt people have different opinions towards things.

Thus, there is no doubt that generation gap exists everywhere. We always find

that there are big differences between us and the old generation. We always

regard the old are outdated, while they think us are crazy. They can’t bear the

dress we like, the fashion we pursue or even our childish thinking. Instead, we

could put up with their standpat thingking and their “feudal rulers”. Thus, the

generation gap becomes more and more obvious and serious. However, why don’t we

realize that opinions can be changed, while people can’t. So, we can think in an

other way, learn to accept. It is certain that we can narrow the generation gap

to live a more harmonious life.

在这烈日炎炎的8月，我即将成为了一名初中生。在成为一名合格的初中生之前，必须要接受一场严酷的考验——军训。军训，教我们怎样做人，怎样吃苦耐劳。军训，是教我们如何懂礼节，守纪律。军训，是培养我们顽强的意志。让我们深刻体会到什么叫纪律，什么叫整齐划一。

军训第1天，我怀着一颗激动而又好奇的心情来到充满青春活力校园，来到了新的班级，认识了新的老师、同学。结识了新的朋友。9：30，一位帅气而又威严的教官，迈着有力的步伐进入班级。用他那铿锵有力的讲话声，和我们讲纪律，让我们懂得礼节。讲话完毕之后，教官让我们迅速站好，在走廊排成4队，前后左右标齐，做到整齐划一。让我们不要再队列中乱动。遇到事情和身体不舒服要及时打报告。

教官将我们带到阴凉的地方训练，叫我们站军姿。虽然站在阴凉的地方，可没一会头上还是留了不少汗。有些同学有些忍不住，就用手去擦汗。结果被教官训了一顿。教官和我们说动之前要先打报告，得到允许才可以动。于是我们就这样被教官罚了50个深蹲，做到20个的时候，我们已经有些精疲力尽了。教官说先存着，等到军训结束一块还。时间不知不觉中流逝，不知过了多久，午饭时间到了。教官让我们向右转，齐步走，去食堂吃饭。结果有同学向左转，班级一片混乱。于是，教官让我们从新转，这次终于没有人出错了。我们排成2路纵队，齐步走去食堂。

到了食堂，教官想让我们把帽子脱下，双手放在膝盖上，保持安静。有秩序的去食堂打饭，不允许插队。迅速吃完饭，再外面排好队，回到教室午休。累了一上午，终于可以休息了。中午时候，和周围同学认识并熟悉了，很快就打成一片。老师进教室和我们交代几件事情，让我们趴在桌子上休息一会。一上午的苦与累，都在此刻尽情放松。

第一天的上午让我深刻体会到累与整齐划一，如果要用一个字总结，那就是感觉累。

8月9号奇热难忍

今天大概是那么多天里最苦的一天。当头烈日不仅把我们烤得满脑一团糨糊，连包公都忙不迭地找阴凉的地方站。他说他眼睛都晒痛了，好象全世界就他一个人痛，我全身上下都痛都没说你说什么！昨天下午的蛙跳可把我害苦了，今天一个早起来大腿痛得蹲都蹲不下来，而且哪个家伙还不领情，一个劲地叫我们练蹲下起立，膝盖都磨破了，什么人啊他，我怀疑他的身体构造都和一般人不一样，不是少了哪根神经，就是搭错了线路，否则怎么会如此没有人性地对待我们？

我的汗腺自认为不发达，但是现在却被他搞得全身上下直冒青烟，仿佛再不救火就要出人命了。头发粘粘地塞在帽子里，裤桶也痒得直挠我心口，TMD，太不象话了！胳膊痛，手痛，脚痛，全身痛，我快不行了！

倒霉的还不只这些，今天最倒霉的，是他不顾情面地当着众多人的面一会说我快一会说我慢。就是市长也不能那么嚣张啊，他算老几？目无王法！哎呦，说话说发声了嘴都会痛。

一开始还以为他是班长很了不起，后来才发现也不过如此，今天教唱歌，其他班都会唱了，就我们班还在那里干瞪眼。还班长呢，连首歌都不会唱，老问我们会唱什么，又不教我们，想必一定是五音不全，哼，若哪天被我发现他唱歌，他就死定了！哈哈，他也有载在我手上的时候。

今天的训练很简单，除了站军姿仅仅只学了几个基本动作的动作要领。虽然说起来简单，但如果不时时刻刻用心的话，根本就无法体现军人的简洁、阳刚之美。教官对我们的要求非常细致：有问题时先打报告，没收到命令不行动，坐时背不能靠着且双手不过膝，双眼不能四处乱看。说实话，要想把这些要求全部做到，很累，很难。因为这和我们平时所做的完全不同，我们必须时刻注意这些。但是，我们的这些和真正的军人需要做到的相比，不过冰山一角。我们所经历的，不过是军营生活的九牛一毛罢了。

在之后的几天训练里，更大的挑战在等着我们，更严厉的训练在等着我们。再难，我们也要迎难而上，誓死不做逃兵，誓死不为班级荣誉抹黑。

还有很多人抱怨军训服装质量差，穿着不舒服，总开线之类。虽然我也曾有过这样的想法，但回想一下先辈们的艰苦的条件，我便不这样想了，就当忆苦思甜，缅怀先人嘛。

其实这个军训我也不想来，但我既然来了，我就会做好。要么不做，要做，我就要做最棒的!

军训不仅仅是对我们身体的考验，更多的是对我们意志的磨练。 “宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，人是在不断的磨练中长大的，就像一棵小树一样，只有经历过风雨的洗礼才能长成参天大树。

军训很苦也很累，但这是一种人生的体验，是战胜自我、锻炼意志的最佳良机。古人云：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋苦，饿其体肤。”军训之中，正是如此，其中有酸楚的泪水，有苦咸的汗水，有飘扬的歌声，有欢乐的笑声。

想到这，我都会咬咬牙，挺过去。也许坚毅在累酸的腰间堆集，最后将坚实、挺拔与不屈。或许这些不是苦，而是一种收获，一种让我受益终生的收获，我收获的是耐力是坚毅是勇敢，是不屈，更是团队精神。无论今后我做什么，想到今天的苦与收获，一切艰难险阻都变得无所谓了。 我想这也就达到了军训的目的了吧。
