伴随着起床的铃声，军训的第一天开始了，早上一起床，整理好内务，一名皮肤黝黑的教官进来，他开始教我们叠传说中的“豆腐块”，看他把一床被子平铺在地下，告诉我们怎么怎么叠，要用手压哪里，不一会儿一个“豆腐块”就叠好了，看他额头上浸出的几滴汗珠，我明白了，叠这个“豆腐块”也不是一件容易的事。

下午，拔军姿，过了一会儿开始练习齐步走，教官说我们的胳膊摆的不到位，让我们把胳膊摆在一个位置停留 20 秒，要一动不动，弄得最后胳膊酸疼，但姿势却矫正过来了。

练完齐步走，又开始练正步走，我们先练步伐，抬起一只脚悬在半空中坚持 20 秒，不一会儿，一个同学坚持不住，腿放在地上偷了一下懒，又加 5 秒，最终在全班同学坚定的意志下完成了训练，尽管最后汗流浃背，但过得的确很充实，有意义。

军训的地点设在我们学校的操场上。正值三伏天，天气格外炎热，火热的太阳放射出炙目的光芒，偌大的操场，在阳光的照射下，热浪滚滚，在这种环境下，不由自主地会让人产生一种慵懒的疲惫，我们这些平时在家里娇生惯养的独生子女，哪里受过这些罪，但我们大都耐着了炎热，经受着了考验。

起初我们刚站了一两分钟，就累的不行了，同学们都抓耳挠腮。但是同学们都没有放弃。因为我们知道我们要想在体操汇演中取得好成绩，并不是一个人所为必须大家共同努力才可以。在班主任的鼓励下，如今我们班在各项军训任务中就是满脸汗珠，虫子在脸上爬，我们也一动不动。

我的名字是。有4人在我的家人。我的父亲是一个chemistryteacher。他教高中化学。我的母亲是一名英文教师。她教英语的大学。我有一个弟弟，他是一个初中学生，是联考的准备。

我喜欢阅读，在我空闲时，英文故事书。有时我上网冲浪和下载电子书籍阅读。阅读电子书籍的乐趣。此外，还扩大了，因为我的先进技术词汇和生动的动画。

我希望学习英语和计算机技术，因为我感兴趣的是两个科目。也许有一天，我可以把他们和今后适用于我的研究。

高中军训生活开始了，经过一天的训练，使我学到了一些部队正规动作要领，同时对部队的纪律也有一定了解。

在军训时，偶尔一个动作，一个人没有做好，教官就接二连三的强化训练，直到我们动作协调一致，并符合标准。这需要我们树立一种团队精神，如果你一人做得不好，就是整个班没有做好。在上午一节静立课时，我确实有支持不住的感觉，我咬咬牙还是坚持到最后。

同学们腰酸脚痛，豆大的汗珠不断地从脸上滑落。然而，只要教官的命令，就没有人会擅自休息，即使脚下磨出了水泡。这一站，就是半个小时。教官不发话，整个班级就是一支整齐的队伍，没有一死一毫的动摇。第二天，我们学会了服从命令，体会到军训不光是对体能的训练，更是对人意志的锻炼。

一个人只要有坚韧不拔的毅力、坚强的意志，在学习和生活中，遇到挫折时，你才会勇敢地站起来，去迎接更大的挑战。

经过为期五天的军训，我们高一新生都得到了不同的收获，而我得到的的则是毅力。

军训是学习的另一种方式。学习着那震天撼地的喊声，那昂然挺立的站立，那激动人心的军体拳…….教官那严肃的神情，让我感到几分害怕，教官那嘹亮的声音，让我感到几分惊怕;尽管在害怕惊怕的日子，我深深地体会到一股深沉的爱意……那爱意似乎告诉我要努力努力地克服艰苦的事，好好地专致地把握时间。从一点一滴的积累中，一点一滴的改变中，我所体会到而不是刺骨般的训练，而是一个个击败困苦的念头，跨越着努力的尽头，吸取着那苦中又有甜意的训练。

军训给我的不仅仅是折磨，也是一次历练。这是我第一次吃这样的苦，但我挺过来了，没有屈服，这也让我真正长大了!习惯了衣来伸手、饭来张口的我已经真正的脱胎换骨了。今天军训结束了，记得军训几天中，我都盼望军训生活赶快结束，可是结束了，我又会怀念。所以我要活在当下。下午举行了汇报表演，说白了就是比赛，各个班级都到主席台前表演一遍那几个动作，让学校干部和一名武警官兵做评委，最后我班在十四个班级中得了三等奖的确有点儿不甘心。毕竟我们练得也是十分认真、十分刻苦，休息次数比别的班也少得多，但我也没有什么遗憾了，因为我曾经努力了。

在以后遇到困难的时候，我可以拍拍胸膛说：“我能行!”我不会再用泪水代表我的软弱，而是用昂首来代表我的坚毅!

其实，军训并不是我们口中的“人生地狱“，它并没有想象中可怕;而是我们失去了一颗勇敢的心。
