为期五天的军训生活，结束了。

尽管在过程中，有许多苦和累，有许多抱怨和不满，但，所幸，我们都坚持过来了，完成了这次蜕变。我们变黑了，变瘦了，心也变的更强大了，更坚毅了，更成熟了。军训刚开始的不适应已经消失，习惯真是强大，我已经习惯了这种豪爽快意的生活，可以大口喝水，可以快步奔跑，我习惯了风雨和炎日。

这五天，是我高中三年的开端，是我拼搏的开始。真庆幸，我坚持下来了，真庆幸，我做到了。不曾说放弃，不曾去逃避，在这个九月，又一次完成了青春的蜕变。苦难、阻碍、困境，一切阻挡我前行的障碍，我都会闯过去。

军训最累的是齐步走。是的，不是站军姿，不是跑步走。如果说，站军姿最考验人的毅力，那么齐步走最考验团队的默契。因为不是第一次军训，所以站军姿对我来说并不难，但，新的班级，团队之间的默契还没培养起来，每一次齐步走，排面是最大的问题。教官很无奈，我们一遍一遍练习。原地不动摆臂，一令一动，为了看起排面，我们长时间举着一只手臂，我的胳膊每次都会颤抖，手臂酸的像是不是自己的一样。多想放弃啊，只要一声报告，我就能放下手臂，就能活动一下。可，用余光看周围的同学，他们的脸上也写满痛苦，他们也和我一样在咬牙坚持，没有谁，向摆臂认输。我用牙齿咬了咬下嘴唇，痛觉呼唤回我徘徊不定的意志，帮我暂时夺得了手臂的指挥权。烈日下，有那么一群少年，他们绝不认输。“2”教官的声音是那么动听、悦耳，仿佛将我从天边拉了回来。汗水未断，但心境已变。

教官们也很苦，最后的会操表演彩排时，教官的声音已经沙哑了，但是教官依旧坚定的喊着“一二一，一二一”。尽管训练时他们是不苟言笑，严肃严厉的，往往注重纪律，精益求精，像是长辈一样训斥着我们；但在休息时，教官也可以是羞涩亲切的，这时候的教官更像是比我们大几岁的哥哥一样，使人感到轻松舒适。

这五天，我们像是坐在马背上，每一刻都战战兢兢，心里的弦绷得紧紧的，但当下马时，我们才发现我们已经走了那么远，也已经无法再回到马背上去体验。

这次军训带给我们的是一场关于青春的历练，是一次关于毅力的考验，相信我们在这次军训后，会更加坚定心中的梦想，会变得更努力，更自信，更认真，更开朗。

在这严厉的训练中，并不是每一个人都能坚持到最后的，看着那些体弱的同学因为身体的不适应而逐个退出训练，我想，这就是我们因为肯定与赞同“身体是革命的本钱”这句话的时候了，开始更加认真的对待教官为我们付出的一分一秒。叫苦叫累的同学更是不计其数，也许是因为两个月的假期让我们过的太懒散了，而对这些在行动上限制了自由的训练有些不习惯，但绝大多数都是因为体力不支而终止了训练的。

孟子曰：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。”的确，现在的我们都是父母的心头肉，他们哪里舍得让我们吃苦啊，我们这些小皇帝在家没受过什么苦，所以现在的锻炼是必要的。

一天下来，那样阳光的我们全部都变的面黄肌瘦，软弱无力，但是每当我一想到那尽力参加会操比赛的我们与我们超越自我的表现，那些苦，那些累全部都荡然无存。这一切都要归功于教官，不是他，原本懒散的我们怎么会团结起来，共同努力，向会操的成功又迈出了一步呢?

7月29日星期四晴

唉，自宝的一夜狂欢害得我们一个个退化成熊猫了，随处可见黑眼圈，当教官告诉我们今天要进行厨工实践时，大家又兴奋得像猴子，我怎么总觉的我们在动物园里，被逼着耍把戏。

我们兴匆匆的到菜市场采购去了，到了市场老大不是说这菜不好就是那菜不鲜，好像就他家种的菜最好。到最后菜都卖光了，我们只好挑了马铃薯，不过也因此获得最佳名字奖――条条大路通罗马获此殊荣，恩，自我陶醉一下!后话不提。我们准备了三菜一汤――水果拼盘，炒薯条，辣椒炒肉以及鸡蛋汤，蛮丰盛的。当我在写日记时，早上做饭的情景又浮现在我的脑海里，就如自宝的水果拼盘被那些好吃懒做的同学当场偷吃了，老大偷吃别组的水果，引起猴子过街，人人喊打，现在想来还挺有趣的。

下午，我们到科艺宫去学习森林教护知识，比如，通气，人工呼吸，骨折包扎，颅骨包扎等，我们这才意识到安全知识的缺乏，后来老师还给了我实践的机会，佳佳的头被我包的不成样子了，好惭愧。

晚上，教官带我们去狂欢――唱歌，我个人认为教官教学有方，为我们增加几分睡意。教官看冷场多时，又让我们跳企鹅舞，唉老师，你为什么夺去了我培养睡眠的机会，可怜我的脚，不是被后面的踢了，就是被前面的踩了。

睡意甚浓，就写到这吧。

今天我拖着疲惫的身体回到家中，十天的军训，十天高温酷热的痛苦终于结束了。

不知道为什么我竟然有一种怅然若失的感觉，38.9度烈日下的训练、一身又一身不停歇的汗水、浑身的粘腻感、240小时的湿热感还有皮肤不断的灼痛感。

泪水、汗水、苦水，是这个军训给我印象最多的东西，但就是这么些不让人感到舒服的东西却深深的带给我感动、牵动和震动。

学校编排连队是以一个个学院为单位组成的，环化学院，一个仅有两个系的小学院，在上大这个由庞大的学院团体组成的学校里毫不起眼，但是它让其他人在这次军训中记住了一团三营六连这个由环化学院的女生们组成的异常团结的连队。我们的口号响彻云霄，我们的步伐整齐划一，我们的气势如灌日长虹，我们之间由不同的班级组成，或许我们之间并不互相认识，但是因为同甘共苦的感同身受和累极疲惫的互相依靠帮助让我们只需一个微笑、一声关怀、一个眼神，默契就在无形中成长。

自私的人永远不会懂得团结和集体荣誉感带来得巨大的快乐和感动，他们只会自怨自艾决不会体会到痛苦中的快乐。

我学会了坚忍，面对酷热、面对埋怨、面对误会，我没有必要为了给别人看而写一些冠冕堂皇的词，我也并不喜欢单纯的军训，在如此炎热的烈日酷烤下以锻炼吃苦的名义根本是不人道和无意义的，造成中暑休克，亦不排除死亡的可能，这种盲目的军训锻炼真的必要么?但是我不能否认许多珍贵的品质不只有在患难与共时才被人们念起，珍视......

军训结束了，只是希望这份由军训牵起的情谊能够继续...

8月19日，我们迎来了高中生活的第一项挑战——军训。

穿上那一身亮丽的迷彩服，我感觉整个人都精神起来了，站在镜子前都舍不得挪开眼，左转转，右转转，新奇的很，感觉对“军训”二字感到又兴奋又有些害怕。

“军训”，这两个字给我的第一印象就是“流汗”“吃苦”。无疑，军训是艰苦而又枯燥的。第一天站军姿，要求抬头、挺胸、十指夹紧贴于裤缝。这对于平时自由散漫惯了的我是多么难受啊，真是站得我两脚发软。烈日炎炎，虽说站在树荫下，却也感受不到丝毫凉意。蝉在树上悠闲自在地大声歌唱，我们却不得不被教官严厉的目光所牢牢束缚，动弹不得，一站就是十分钟。这段时间说长不长，说短不短，却也足够让我们叫上一阵苦了。无奈，只能使劲咬着牙，任凭时间在微风中一分一秒地飘过……那一声“休息”的命令简直如天降甘霖，滋润了我们这些被灼热的空气炙烤的幼苗。我的脚几乎失去了知觉，感觉都不像是长在自己身上的。那种又酸又麻的感觉就别提了。

汗水从额头滑落，滴在地上，被蒸发化为水汽。每个人的衣服上浸出了汗渍，这是多么美丽而又雄壮的一幕啊！每个人都很认真，不让每一滴汗白流，这不正是对自己负责、对他人负责的一种军人精神吗？

教导我们的教官挺年轻，个子不高，皮肤被晒得黝黑。为此我们还调侃过他，他也只是大度的一笑了之。他虽然年轻，但教导我们的时候认真负责，不放过任何一个细节，不给我们任何一个打马虎眼儿的机会。闲暇时还会教我们唱歌，虽然他自己说他唱歌五音不全，但事实是他唱的真挺不错，声音有力，有节奏，一听就知道对自己的职业充满了热爱。他会给我们讲一些我们不了解的事情，像军人的官衔大小如何区分、自己大学的生活、他将要工作的地方……天南海北，几乎都与军事有关。他脾气好，制度严明，自然我们纪律就不会差，多次被表扬，也是我们心中小小的骄傲。

军训时间所剩无几，明明是那么令人痛苦，我却又充满不舍。那一身美丽的军装，那一个可爱的人，那一段难以忘怀的日子，都将成为我人生长河中一颗耀眼的星。

军训很苦，苦到你觉得你已经脱离了社会，苦到你觉得世界都变得黑暗。军训很累，累到你连喘气都难受，累到你想好好的睡一觉不愿提前醒来。军训也很美，美到你爱上这身绿装不愿脱下，美到你宁愿在这里受苦也不愿意回家。

“啪、啪……”几下皮带抽搭地面的声音，既响亮又吓人。顶着9月的骄阳，带着几许新奇，我们饱尝了军训的酸、甜、苦、辣。随着时间的脚印，军训生活已随风飘去，但军训的日子，还时常浮现在我眼前……

Turpan is located in a depression with the area of more than 1000 square kilometers of the eastern part of Xinjiang and some 80 meters below the sea level. 政史地一直被人们视为小科，但自分文理以来，政史地就已占据了半片江山，想要考高分，政史地绝不能缺腿。可我现在还仅仅是拘泥于及格…首先在基础上我就很不过关，所以受题的难易程度影响很大。感觉基础上的问题是最好解决的，只要付出时间与努力就应得到相应的收获，但事实证明，并没我想得那么简单。上高中以来，欠下了太多的债，现在想一次性还清的确很不现实。现在我所能做的就是坚持，不屏弃。正如政治说的那样“做好量的积累，抓住时机，促成之变”。

已经在路上，就不要忘记出发时所说的话。是否还记得当初许下的承诺，是否还记得当初夸下的海口。做人应做到“无悔”，已经到了这步田地，结果怎样，已经不重要了，重要的是过程，我们到底为人生积累的多少的财富。从高考考场走出，是否敢对自己说“我无悔”，如果能，那就没有对不起这三年的努力，就不会给自己的人生留下遗憾。

知识没能学会，但做人我们还总是要学会的。所以说思维方法很重要。

我们现在所做的一切都是在为自己的人生积累财富，不要放过每次学习的机会，知识无处不在，我们应该懂得探索。每个人都应有自己的追求，不然这真是一个失败的人生，锁定目标，专注重复，永不言败。

人的一生就好比在拍一部电影，有的人把自己看成是电影的观众，享受着无穷的乐趣，沉浸在那虚幻的世界中;有的人把自己看作电影的主角，主演着人生的点点滴滴，将自己的“力量”发挥到极限;而我将自己视为电影的编导，影片的剧情由自己决定，因为我不想做那无知的观众，也不想做那失败的演员，我要导演自己的人生，拍好这部电影，因为我不想给自己留下遗憾，因为我要做到真正的无悔。

思路决定出路，态度决定高度。命运掌握在自己手中，自己的命运应由自己来主宰。我要做成功的编导，为自己的高中生活画上圆满的句号。所以我一定要加倍努力，不为自己留下遗憾。当从高考考场走出时，我一定会昂首挺胸的对自己说“我无悔”!

高一英语月考反思作文

转眼间，我成为高一学生已3个月了。回首这3个月，心中就产生了许多感触。这3个月中经历的每一天，都已在我心中留下了永久的印记，因为这些印记见证我这样一个新生的成长。

现在我觉得自己似乎明白了许多事情，但是仔细琢磨后又不尽然。或许在以后也会嘲笑现在的渺小，但我们不得不笑着回首我们所走过的路.

这次考试,我总结了以下的点滴:在学习上，我深知学习的重要性。我认为面对知识就是力量，离开了知识将是一个一无是处的废人。中学时代是学习现代科学知识的黄金时代，我应该抓住这个有利的时机，用知识来武装自己的头脑，知识是无价的。

首先，合理安排时间，调整好作息时间，分配好学习、工作、娱乐的时间。时间是搞好学习的前提与基础，效率和方法更为重要。

其次，要保质保量的完成老师布置的作业，认真对待考试，考前认真复习。

另外，积极阅读课外书籍，扩大自己的知识面抓住点滴时间学习。经常提出问题，与同学讨论，向老师请教;搞好师生关系，师生相处得融洽和睦;在这次期中考试中，尽管感觉良好，但还是不理想的地方，仍需继续努力，抓紧自己的学习。

知识无止境，探索无止境，人的发展亦无止境，我还有很多的知识需要学习。

我要确定未来的发展目标，我也要对未来充满信心。当然，这需要老师们的精心培养和同学们的真诚帮助我希望我能进步.

转眼三年又过去了，又迎来了一个新的军训，在军训的第一天，对我的感触很深。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，不付出怎能有回报呢？当我们憧憬地踏进军训基地——国防园。面对那英姿飒爽的教官，可想而知那是经历多少训练而有了现在这般精神，再看看我们娇贵的在太阳底下埋怨这个，埋怨那个呢，个个都习惯性地低下了头。我们敬仰地盘坐在操场上望着教官，他的一举一动都渗透出一个军人之气概。

在军训的第一天，我们举行了开训会，一位教官在讲台上讲军人的本质，我们穿上军服就是一位军人，是军人就要有军人的品质，在集会厅中坐着那痛苦难耐的坐姿，汗也止不住的流下，从皮肤渗透，从脸颊穿过嘴角，最后如黄豆般落在手背上，那就是军人的汗水。时间一秒一秒地过去了，腰也越来越麻木了，肩也渐渐失了知觉，当在最后放松的一刻，那简直就是如释重负的感受。就这么下来，坐姿，站姿，在太阳的陪伴下，夹杂着汗与泪，度过了一个煎苦难耐的一天。

也许现在大多数同学正与家人享受团聚的温馨，或者正在饕餮美食，，也许谈们还在留恋军训的时光，或者在盘点自己的收获和感想；而我则因为感冒而无法饕餮美食，只好在这里写下自己的收获与感想，并写出自己的汗水和泪水，还有感悟心得。

刚刚军训的第一天，也就是星期一，很多同学都已经知道自己班级的教官是谁了，便跑过去看，结果马上跑回来说了一句：&ldqu;好凶啊。&rdqu;果真，当天坐车到训练基地，便集体受罚了，其他班都还没受罚呢，很多人到现在都还不知道因为什么而受的罚呢！不过只有几个猜想：

1. 应该是坐大巴去训练基地的时候太吵。

2. 或者就是教官想给我们一个下马威，免得我们以为他是病猫

3. 也许是……（太多猜想，说不完）

不过也不是这五天天天、每时每刻受罚，还有很多好玩、精彩、的大型活动呢！如：

闪电行动、飞夺泸定桥（爬山而已）、珠行万里等好多精彩活动，最特别的是大型感恩：

这件事情发生在军训的第四天下午的一个大型活动；我想你已经知道这是个什么样的活动了吧？因为光听名字就知道大型感恩活动是一种什么样的活动了，没错这是一种感恩父母和老人的活动。

在感恩会上，我才知道我的妈 妈是世界上最疼我的妈 妈，也是付出最多辛苦劳动的妈 妈；为什么呢？我给大家解释一下：因为我从小到大都是我妈 妈一个人带大的，而不是爷爷奶奶带大的，而且我奶奶还说看到我就累，可想我小时候有多调皮，妈 妈有多辛苦。所以我觉得我的妈 妈是最辛苦的；别人的妈 妈都有爷爷奶奶帮忙，而我妈 妈是一个人把我从小带大的、比别人多留了很多汗水、多做了很多辛苦的事情。就举一个例子吧，，那时我刚上一年级的时候：

非常巧，我刚上一年级，我妈 妈也刚好怀上弟弟；因为我刚上小学一年级，还不适应，所以老是惹祸，惹的祸简直比天上的星星还要多，老惹祸就已经让妈 妈吃不消了，再加上怀了弟弟，再加上怀了弟弟还要干活，简直都不知道该怎么形容了。

可以这么说，我的妈 妈比别人的妈 妈辛苦十倍百倍！这几天的军训过得很累、紧张，但我妈 妈这十几年来没有哪一天比这五天军训还要累、比这五天的军训还要紧张；我想对妈妈说：虽然感恩会结束了，但感恩的心没有结束！
