在此，我觉得有必要阐明一下什么是军训。“军训”就是军人的练习。说白了，那就叫“操练”。至于操练何解，就是往日教官在部队里受的累，以往吃的苦，一次性还给新兵。也可以说是“媳妇熬成婆”。他曾经的苦累，如今我们全盘接收，个别人还会加“俩菜”。隔壁班一男生，站队不老实，诶教官发现，然后，操场十圈。实在，十圈也就半个小时左釉冬教官不在乎。大家不约而同向导一句话：“兄弟，节哀。”

伴随着起床的铃声，军训的第一天开始了，早上一起床，整理好内务，一名皮肤黝黑的教官进来，他开始教我们叠传说中的“豆腐块”，看他把一床被子平铺在地下，告诉我们怎么怎么叠，要用手压哪里，不一会儿一个“豆腐块”就叠好了，看他额头上浸出的几滴汗珠，我明白了，叠这个“豆腐块”也不是一件容易的事。

下午，拔军姿，过了一会儿开始练习齐步走，教官说我们的胳膊摆的不到位，让我们把胳膊摆在一个位置停留 20 秒，要一动不动，弄得最后胳膊酸疼，但姿势却矫正过来了。

练完齐步走，又开始练正步走，我们先练步伐，抬起一只脚悬在半空中坚持 20 秒，不一会儿，一个同学坚持不住，腿放在地上偷了一下懒，又加 5 秒，最终在全班同学坚定的意志下完成了训练，尽管最后汗流浃背，但过得的确很充实，有意义。

整齐的队列，响亮的口号，严厉的训斥，酸痛的腿脚，以及那身最帅气的迷彩服……虽然疲惫，但军训不为人知的美好与带给我们的收获，定会使它成为我们心中不可磨灭的珍贵回忆。

高中生活即将开始，摆在我们面前的第一关就是军训。由于在三年前刚上初中时领教了封闭式军训的艰辛与痛苦，我便一直对这次军训充满抵触与抗拒。到了基地后，训练如期开始，站军姿、齐步、跑步……一天下来，各种各样的队列练习与长时间的站立总使我腰酸背痛，而条件不算优越甚至有些拥挤的宿舍更令人无比沮丧，想家的情绪也开始在心中蔓延开来。第二天清晨，又要早早地起床、训练，在去往操场和食堂的路上，因为教官的厉声催促不得不尽力奔跑，也经常因此在训练之前就变得气喘吁吁。部队有严明的纪律要求，和同学之间的交谈在各个场合都被禁止。不久，我就因军营里的严肃气氛和苦累艰辛的训练而变得烦躁不已，只是怀着应付的心面对训练，每天都算着可以离开的那一天还有多远。

这样过了几天后，班级的女生开始为汇报表演训练匕首操。这时，我终于开始慢慢体会到军训的快乐。尽管训练时很苦很累，但当凭借整齐划一的动作得到教官的表扬时，所有的疲惫似乎都在一瞬间被一扫而光，剩下的只有欣慰和收获的满足。在宿舍短短的相处与共同的生活让不善言辞的我结交了很多新的朋友，我也为收获珍贵的友情而欣喜。漫长而又短暂的一周飞快地流逝，曾在几天前还恨不得早点逃离的地方却在此时让每个人的心中生出了一丝名为不舍的情绪。看着教官们疲惫的脸庞，我既为自己之前对教官的埋怨而悔恨、羞愧，也为他们的辛勤付出和对我们的严格要求而感激不已。

短短七天的军训令我收获了很多。站军姿时的坚持令我的意志更加坚强，在生活中，我也开始摒弃之前脆弱的自我，不对任何事轻言放弃。方队表演与拓展训练让我深切地体会到团队合作的重要性，也让我更加迅速地融入了班集体，并下定决心在以后的生活中要尽自己所能为班级做出贡献。看着这些变化，我不仅欣喜，而且庆幸：还好当时我选择了坚持。

军训虽已结束，但磨炼自己的征途还很漫长。我会以部队的严格从各方面要求自己，谨记这次经历带给我的收获并时时践行，让军训真正成为记忆画卷上最美好、最有意义的那一笔。

8月19日，我们迎来了高中生活的第一项挑战——军训。

穿上那一身亮丽的迷彩服，我感觉整个人都精神起来了，站在镜子前都舍不得挪开眼，左转转，右转转，新奇的很，感觉对“军训”二字感到又兴奋又有些害怕。

“军训”，这两个字给我的第一印象就是“流汗”“吃苦”。无疑，军训是艰苦而又枯燥的。第一天站军姿，要求抬头、挺胸、十指夹紧贴于裤缝。这对于平时自由散漫惯了的我是多么难受啊，真是站得我两脚发软。烈日炎炎，虽说站在树荫下，却也感受不到丝毫凉意。蝉在树上悠闲自在地大声歌唱，我们却不得不被教官严厉的目光所牢牢束缚，动弹不得，一站就是十分钟。这段时间说长不长，说短不短，却也足够让我们叫上一阵苦了。无奈，只能使劲咬着牙，任凭时间在微风中一分一秒地飘过……那一声“休息”的命令简直如天降甘霖，滋润了我们这些被灼热的空气炙烤的幼苗。我的脚几乎失去了知觉，感觉都不像是长在自己身上的。那种又酸又麻的感觉就别提了。

汗水从额头滑落，滴在地上，被蒸发化为水汽。每个人的衣服上浸出了汗渍，这是多么美丽而又雄壮的一幕啊！每个人都很认真，不让每一滴汗白流，这不正是对自己负责、对他人负责的一种军人精神吗？

教导我们的教官挺年轻，个子不高，皮肤被晒得黝黑。为此我们还调侃过他，他也只是大度的一笑了之。他虽然年轻，但教导我们的时候认真负责，不放过任何一个细节，不给我们任何一个打马虎眼儿的机会。闲暇时还会教我们唱歌，虽然他自己说他唱歌五音不全，但事实是他唱的真挺不错，声音有力，有节奏，一听就知道对自己的职业充满了热爱。他会给我们讲一些我们不了解的事情，像军人的官衔大小如何区分、自己大学的生活、他将要工作的地方……天南海北，几乎都与军事有关。他脾气好，制度严明，自然我们纪律就不会差，多次被表扬，也是我们心中小小的骄傲。

军训时间所剩无几，明明是那么令人痛苦，我却又充满不舍。那一身美丽的军装，那一个可爱的人，那一段难以忘怀的日子，都将成为我人生长河中一颗耀眼的星。

军训很苦，苦到你觉得你已经脱离了社会，苦到你觉得世界都变得黑暗。军训很累，累到你连喘气都难受，累到你想好好的睡一觉不愿提前醒来。军训也很美，美到你爱上这身绿装不愿脱下，美到你宁愿在这里受苦也不愿意回家。

写到这里，眼眶微湿。我想，我们应该记住，在那片青翠的树后，有我们一起挥汗青春的日子，有我们一起开怀大笑的日子，有我们一起感受阳光的日子。

在这过程中，我感到了集体的重要性。一个集体只有互相合作才会成功，一人做错，集体受罚。为什么呢?这种事是没有为什么的，因为我们是一个集体，我们这个集体就像一个大家庭。我们“家”的成员来自不同的地方，但现在我们是因为缘才聚在一起的。我们是一个集体，我们应该要互相帮助，互相分享。
