如果说第一天的训练是相当轻松的话，那么第二天的训练是180度大转变。烈日，给训练场的地面洒上一层金黄。这一天主要训练的是齐步走，齐步走看似比较简单，但要是走的十分完美，可是一个不容易的事，烈日下，我们反复在如油锅般的大地上走来走去，感觉快要被烤干了，每到解散时我都要喝大半桶水，以免身体内的水分被蒸发了。阳光由金黄变到橘子皮黄，这就意味着太阳光收敛了一点，第二天的这一场恶战告一段落。这天回到宿舍后，感觉脸都枯黄了，想想还差三天就要结束，心里便稍稍有些安慰。

第三天与第四天下了一点雨，但这场雨带来更多的则是潮湿与闷热，并且一天下来浑身湿乎乎，好像是到了热带雨林。周四晚上，累的昏沉沉的，月光柔和，希望第五天的成果展示能取得好成绩。

＂宝剑峰从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来＂尽管这几天的恶战很苦，但成果却是甜的。成果展示时，我们班的每一位同学都是尽了自己最大的全力去走好每一步，每一个动作，即便是最好一小步，也没有人敢疏忽。在展示结果中，我们班是走的最好的班之一。这是对我们五天来最大的回报。

As the Christmas Day is coming, our class decided to send some gifts to our

teachers, because we wanted to show our gratitude to them. At first, we had no

idea what to buy, because we wanted to do something special. So at last an idea

came to my mind. I advised to write a card, pasting some pictures of classmates

on it. Everybody agreed with me, so we spent a day to take some funny pictures,

这个跨度似乎是从孩童直接到了成年人应该有的成熟，感觉很自豪。这短短的10天里，哭过，笑过，感动过；疼过，累过，勇敢过。这些日子里想家，所以眼泪是最多的，但想起妈妈的话，想起自己的目标，就有了勇气。我知道自己必须经受这一切的洗礼，才能争取成功的资格。

联系正步的时候，教官让我们控腿，一控就是十分钟，当然有教官陪伴，十分钟不到，我们已经东倒西歪了。可教官却稳稳地站在那，还和我们聊天呢。我不禁佩服他们的毅力和耐力。后几天我们学了擒敌拳，有几个教官给我们表演了跳起来再摔下去的动作，真是太厉害了。我的手都快拍麻了，无限的敬佩涌上心头。

The moon reflected on the river, also is so round, like the river on the also have a moon. In the quiet of the night, the songhua river is also gradually fell asleep, ended its journey of a day.

In China, the period of high school is very important for students, they will go to college after finishing high school. Because there are so many students in our country, the students have to take the college entrance exam, the test will decide which school they should go to. Every student in high school will study many course, when the second year comes, students will choose some courses for the college entrance exam. The first thing they should pay attention to is to measure what subject they are good at. Some students are good at math and geography, these students are always weak in politics, then they should keep on learning science. Some students are good at Chinese and English, they should choose to study art. What if the students are good at both? I will advise them to learn the course they are interested.

在中国，高中时期对于学生来说是很重要的，完成高中的课程以后，他们就要上大学。因为我国有很多学生，因此学生不得不参加高考，高考将会决定他们去哪所学校。每个学生在高中都要学很多课程，当第二年到来的时候，学生将要选择一些针对高考的课程。他们要注意的第一件事就是衡量他们擅长的科目。一些学生擅长数学和物理，他们总是不擅长政治，他们应该继续学习理科。一些学生擅长语文和英语，他们应该选择文科。如果学生两者都擅长呢?我会建议他们选择他们感兴趣的科目。

去军训这五天，我学会了很多东西，而且懂事了很多。经过这五天，我从一个“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的大小姐，变成一个会自理自立的小女孩。

在这次军训里，我们经历了很多事情，有开心、有伤心。特别有两件事情最让我难忘的。

第一件让我难忘的事情是我们的拔河比赛。这次拔河比赛，我们用尽全力去拔，连手都拔红了，最后争取到了决赛的机会。在决赛上，我们一开始不够南庄三中的同学拔的，但我们看到老师和同学为我们加油，我就想，我们不能放弃，不能让老师和同学失望。最后我们还是赢了。

第二件让我难以忘怀的事情识：在星期一那天，对别人来说是一个普通的日子，那天是我们班的小茹和林嘉浩的生日，你一定会说，他们会开开心心地过生日。但其实不是，那天小茹的父母发短信给李老师，说祝小茹生日快乐。当老师转告给她听时，小茹哭了，因为她想家了。我们听到她说这件事时，有很多同学都哭了，都开始想家了。别看我坚强的没有哭，其实我内心也在想家。每个人的生日都和父母一起开开心心地过，他们却在生日那天还要军训不能和父母一起过生日。

去军训虽然辛苦，但我们都撑了过去。内务卫生的分数，我们507宿舍比我们班的其他宿舍的分数要高点，因为我们宿舍的人虽然懒，但别人一提醒就会自觉去搞内务卫生。

这次军训，我们班还拿了拔河比赛优秀奖和作风纪律奖，我拿了团结合作奖。

经过这次军训，我知道了做什么事都要认认真真做，就像军人一样，连叠被子都不马虎。平时要懂得父母对你的好，和同学相处要团结一致。我会把军训当做一个新起点，以前做的不好的地方要改正，不能再犯同样的错误;在家里多帮助父母做家务。

这几天非常辛苦，但我们都撑了过去，连一些体力差的同学都撑过去了。这说明，虽然辛苦，但只要我们坚持，努力就可以把事情做到最好。

坚持就是胜利。在军训里我学会了自理自立，学会了坚持，并且学会了忍耐。日后，我一定把这几天军训的精神带到学习上，并且，不管做什么事也认真对待。

Good morning th teachers and fellow students. Today we would like to introduce a few favorite books to you.

My favorite book is (Italian: Cuore). This is a diary written by an Italian boy Enrico. The diary is about his life and study. It included various touching stories that happened around Enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten "monthly" stories told by his teacher during the class. Every word in the chapter describes the word "love". From patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.

This novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. I really like this book very much. How about you? What is your favorite book?

Well, it is a story of a rich girl who maintained her noble character after the bankruptcy of her father. The story is happy ending.

Sure. It is because the story taught us to be brave and to face the challenges and difficulties with courage. I am deeply impressed by the strength and perseverance of the little princess in the story. I have decided to learn from her from now on.

One Sunday my mother had me take my little young brother to the a trip to the country. She bade me take good care of him.

一个星期日，我母亲叫我带小弟弟去乡村游历。她吩咐我要好好照顾他。

While we were walking along the road, the sun was shining brightly and the breeze was blowing gently. We saw the beautiful flowers smile at us and heard the birds sing their sweet songs on the trees. The scenery was indeed very pretty .When we felt tired, we returned home. We saw Mother wait for us at the door.

When my friends ask me to take pictures of them, they will take a lot of pictures and then only keep a few of them.

[高中英语作文：接纳不完美的一面

八月的骄阳似火，像一个始终徘徊在地平线上的熊熊火球，似乎永远不会有落下的时候。尽管蝉声退去，少了那份夏天本该有的沉闷，可是那种阳光下的炙热，还是那样的一如既往。

我就在这样的时节中，怀揣着三分向往，五分忐忑，还有七分的担忧，拉开了自己高中军训的序幕。军训，多么叫人望而生畏的一个名词，它意味着的不只是5天烈日下的暴晒，考验的不只是一帮新生的身体素质。早上6:55分，本来还应该在自家享受着空调，躺在床上呜呼大睡的我，如今却要在太阳炙烤得火烫的塑胶跑道上看教官那张没有表情的脸和接受以前从未有过的极其艰苦的训练。首先是站军姿。一个看似简单的动作，我们却要花上一整天的时间去练习，去领会。豆大的汗珠开始在额上密布，从脸间滑落。可是没有教官的命令，我们必须纹丝不动。接下来是一连串的动作练习：立正、稍息、敬礼、齐步走。要做完这些，我从来就不觉得是件难事。可是教官却让我们一遍又一遍的重复这些枯燥乏味的动作。第一天，我们流汗了;第二天，尽管涂了很厚的防晒霜，我还是看到自己明显变红了的手臂，感受到脖子后那股火辣辣的刺痛感;第三天，我的肩膀累了，腿酸了，脚痛了;可是第四天，我感觉之前的疲劳感在一点点的消失。我学会在烈日下挺拔，即使在暴雨突降的瞬间，也不会去躲闪。

军训的确很苦，但是它有很甜，甜得你深深陶醉，像一杯如斯醇香的奶茶，令人回味不已。它也很美，美到让人流连忘返，不忍抽身，谁能说它不是欢笑与泪水交织的笙歌?军训的日子里，我才发现，原来每个人的脸蛋都是那样的可爱，每个人的心灵都是那样的纯洁。烈日当空，我们站得腰酸背痛，然而教官的关怀与鼓励始终在耳边萦绕，完全消去了平时的那份令人不敢亵渎的威严，取而代之的则是一张阳光帅气，温暖可爱的脸孔(我们的男教官只有20岁)。而女教官一直都像一位姐姐一样，言语中关心着我们。当我们在为拔河比赛而全力以赴时，老师会去给我们买饮料。老师在默默的将饮料递给我们每个人的时候，我们也在默默地接受着这份情意。日子虽短，情谊却一样的长。当我们在评委面前唱完军歌时，教官说，你们很棒，真的。在我的心里，你们已经是冠军了。听到这里，感觉心里那股暖流就涌上来了。还记得老师的那句“8班的孩子们，我爱你们!”让我们的眼眶都红了;教官的那句“你们就是我的唯一。”让我们有多么的不舍。

军训真的让我们成长了。既然给了你挺直的脊梁，那你就得把军姿站好。若果青春是人生的精品，那军姿就是外面的礼品盒。当我们在操场上引吭高歌，团结而豪迈奔放，听到如雷贯耳的掌鸣声，每个人的脸上都笑靥如花，欢呼雀跃。短短的5天，我们看到了一个全新的自己：坚强、独立、自信而有集体意识!在一遍遍的军姿站立之中，我们锻炼出了那坚韧不拔的毅力和坚强的意志。我们开始明白一滴水只有把它放进大海里才不会干涸的道理。集体需要的，是我们那份不可多得的责任心，团队意识和集体荣誉感。是能独当一面的才干和无坚不摧的意志，还有勇往直前的勇气和决心。

经过军训的洗礼，我们蜕变了。我们不但收获了种种的美好，还有思想上的觉悟。我愿意将军训的这些生活片段视为珍贵的回忆，将军训中遇见的那些可爱人儿永远怀念，让它成为我心室壁上美好的花纹。我也愿意带上军训中摘得的那些沉甸甸的果实，一路凯歌……
