一大早就怀着无比激动的心情踏进校园，准备开始军训。首先陶教官告诉我们要学的内容是站军姿、立正、稍息、等，听到这些心中不以为然，觉得这些内容自己早已掌握，可没想到这些动作在教官眼里都是错误百出。先说站军姿吧!其实站军姿说起来容易，做起来难呐!陶教官说为了锻炼我们的意志，要求我们每次训练前都要纹丝不动站5分钟军姿。天哪!心中不禁暗暗叫苦。时间一秒一秒过去了，整齐的队伍中，只听见呼吸声，渐渐的，有的同学坚持不住了，只感觉汗水十分淘气，在你的脸上慢慢往下蠕动，痒痒的，但你又不敢去擦，心里难受极了!我也快要坚持不住了，就在心里默默地想：平时的五分钟一眨眼就过去了，这5分钟为什么就这么漫长呢?

好不容易挨过了一天，第二天的军训任务又开始了。“稍息!立正!齐步走，一二一，一二一……立正!稍息!”唉，我们一遍又一遍地重复着这些机械动作。就连太阳公公也跟我们过不去似的，火辣辣的太阳直射在身上，我们的心好像也在燃烧一般!汗水顺着脸颊不断地往下流!如果静心聆听，就能清晰地听到汗水滴落的声音。我发觉愈是烈日如火，教官愈是练得愈精神!而我们，简直快要受不了了!直到把我们练得腰酸腿痛，汗流如雨才罢休。随着一声盼望以久的“休息十分钟”的口令响起，我们如同皇帝大赦天下一样，终于可以喘口气了!心中忙不迭地叫起苦来：原来当兵这么辛苦!此时此刻，我真的连动都不想动!

Dragon Boat race Traditions

At the center of this festival are the dragon boat races. Competing teams drive their colorful dragon boats forward to the rhythm of beating drums. Many Chinese consider this time of year an especially dangerous time when extra efforts must be made to protect their family from illness. Families will hang various herbs, called Ay Tsao, on their door for protection. The drinking of realgar wine is thought to remove poisons from the body. Hsiang Bao are also worn. These sachets contain various fragrant medicinal herbs thought to protect the wearer from illness.

今天是第三天的军训，我们训练的内容也已经接近尾声，开始进入操场中合乐进行彩排，但是，我们却碰到一个非常棘手的问题，那就是在进行合乐练习时，踏步中踩不到乐点，致使队伍的踏步节奏变乱。

我在队伍中位列首排——这是一个责任重大的位置。在好几次练习中，左右的同学因为我的失误而打乱了步伐，这让我感到不安和愧疚。更让我紧张的是我的背后还有一整列——5双眼睛，5双眼在应和着我的步伐，这让我愈发感到责任重大。

当我离开大连国防教育基地时，不时回头看看，因为我太舍不得离开那儿了，在那里的感想实在是太多太多了。

那一排排队伍犹如大树般站立在操场上，那一声声响亮的口令回荡在每一个人耳边。这是一种考验，这是一种磨练。在军训期间，教官曾说过一句话“流血流汗不流泪!掉皮掉肉不掉队!”这句话说明了一个军人应该严格要求自己，一切以集体为主，要有吃苦耐劳的精神，战胜困难的勇气。

我将把这一切运用到平日的学习当中去。如果我在学习当中遇到不懂的问题，我绝对不会轻易放过，我会仔细琢磨，反复思考，直到把问题弄清楚为止，正所谓“万丈高楼平地起”，我绝不允许有任何差错。如果我在生活当中遇到困难，我绝对不会轻易退缩，相反，我会去克服它，去战胜它，生活中的点点滴滴对我来说都是一种考验。无论做什么事情，都要有一股不服输的劲头。

记得军训的时候，天气特别炎热，像呆在蒸笼里一样。正午的太阳，火一般燃烧在我们的头顶上，我们还没有开始训练，便被滚烫的地面烤的汗流浃背了。我们班连续有几个人病倒了。训练的要求也很难，时间越长就越坚持不住了，但到了最后种种困难也被我克服了。

四天下来，我们的皮肤都晒得黝黑黝黑的。每次训练完我们各个都像才从桑拿房里出来一样。但这样才有一番军人的韵味嘛!而我们的教官上课的时候对我们也十分严厉，可下课却跟我们说说笑笑的，还教我们唱军歌，“一二三四，一二三四……”原来枯燥的军训，现在又增添了许多乐趣。原来教官也不是那么严厉啊!虽然白天很累，但是晚上大家却可以相聚在一起看电影，有说有笑的，彼此互相交流。从陌生到熟悉，从熟悉到朋友。

但是这几天来也有让我失望和遗憾的地方，就是我与同学发生的小矛盾，这是个人的事，可怎么能连累集体呢?我想对那个人说：同学之间遇到事情不能只想着自己，还应该考虑集体。解决集体生活中遇到的矛盾，这样集体会更加团结、和谐，每个人也会变得更加成熟。那一夜，我偷偷地哭了，因为我很委屈，也很想妈妈。可是转眼一想，我已经不是小孩子了，我应该慢慢的自己学会与同学更好的和睦相处。

这次军训，让我受益匪浅，我学会像军人一样拥有铁一般的纪律，学会像军人一样拥有钢一般的毅力。在接下来的生活中，我会认真地做好每一件事，调整好心态，以更好的面貌去迎接明天的生活，去挑战自己。让自己的人生过得更精彩，更有益。留给自己一个美好的回忆。在这次军训中，我长大了!军训的感想将牢牢的记录在我的人生长卷上，永不会丢失，永不会忘记。

对于军训二字，绝大多数的人都是反感的，太苦、太累也是很多人都不想经历的，但是经历过后才会知道风雨后的甘露是多甘甜。我们不仅得到了体质上的进一步强健，也是意志上的一种烁达。

婆娑的树荫与我们无缘，但却有着南湖清风相送。烈日当头，每个人的皮肤都被晒得如同被溅起的火星洗过一般火辣辣的。即使零度总与我们擦边，可是我们这些新生都在用嘶哑的喉咙叫出“不累”二字。不仅是皮肤上的折磨，脚底、小腿、大腿都是在为标准的军姿而紧绷着，带来的是一丝丝的酸痛。班助都知道我们的痛苦，一个个用着诱惑的语气叫我们累的话就休息，我们都知道他们的好意，但我们是男人、是男子汉!轻易说“不”，不是我们的风格。我们都有着挥斥方遒，指点江山的气魄，岂能被时间、被疼痛打倒。

对于我而言，为了不让军训变得更累，我选择了笨鸟先飞的方式在家锻炼自己，只有流过汗水，才知道汗水的滋味。更让我印象深刻的是，军训过后才知道，友谊是如何发展的。当一个同你一样的同学转身微笑着对你说：“请问你是哪个班的，叫什么名字，哪个地方的”?当你的回答能让他感到兴奋时，此刻你会发现你的朋友开始加一，你们两个人之间陌生的感觉都将会被擦拭掉，之间的隔阂也被抹灭，你们之间可能说着本地方言，亲切的交流。即使军训再累，那短短的休息时间也会让你们的时光变得充实满足。

再累也得挺，再苦也得受，这就是我们的军训。不苦，不累，军训无味。

晒的黑红的皮肤、被汗水反复冲刷过的头发、几乎抬不起来的双腿，是我在四天军训后最直接的感受与变化。然而，我最大的收获却是这其间思想上的一次次“训练”。

匆匆忙忙之间，一个暑假转眼即过，我好像总是迫不及待地做完一件事，无暇思考便又赶着去做另一件事，似乎很忙却又心不在焉。短短的四天军训，让我浮躁的心静了下来。站军姿时，双手紧贴裤缝，两脚开立60度，双肩后拢，简简单单的动作却有着这么多的细节，我在脑海里反复默记着这些动作，心也慢慢静了下来，天虽然很热，可我却能清醒地感受到风悄悄吹过脸庞。唱军歌和背三字诀时，我专心地记忆每一个名词，用心地理解每一句话的含义，眼睛专注地盯着前方，抛开一切杂念，大声地唱着歌、背着词，哪怕一个小小的失误也不能出现。此时，我在经历一次军训，可我更觉得是一次收心训练，让我从信马由缰、自由散漫的假期状态迅速回到严谨专注的新学期学习和生活中。

之前，我自认为对坚持的理解已经很透了，可是这次军训又刷新了我对它的认识。八月的天依旧很热，稍微跑跑跳跳便会汗流浃背，可是教官总是要求我们继续训练，他甚至不允许我们擦汗。大滴大滴的汗珠从头顶顺着发丝滑下，有的慢慢渗入了眼睛，眼睛只能一眨一眨地望向前方，有的淌过了脖子，在颈前汇成一大片“河流”浸透衣衫，我的手总是情不自禁地想抬起来擦汗，可我又在心中不断地告诫自己，为什么别人能做到的事你不能，坚持住，不要动。终于理智克制住了冲动，我没有去擦拭豆大般的汗珠，军训教会了我一种新的坚持!

在进行了长时间军训后休息20分钟，喝上一口水，坐在马扎上，在我看来简直就是一种幸福与享受，甚至是一种奢侈。军训让我更加坚信，付出总是艰辛的，军训如此，学习亦如此，但付出后的收获一定是让人幸福的。

经历了短暂军训后的我，不会去参加一场真正的战斗。但军训带给我的决心、信心、恒心，一定会帮助我在与学习中的困难进行较量时取得胜利。

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

Time flies like an arrow, the sun is like a boat, in the winter holiday is coming. Have just walked out of the busy nervous final exam. To meet is relaxed and free winter vacation.

光阴似箭，日月如梭，转眼之间寒假来临了。刚刚从忙碌紧张的期末考走出来。迎接的是轻松自由的寒假。

虽然寒假非常的短暂，但是我们不能因为寒假的短暂而随心所欲的玩，应该劳逸结合在玩的同时不能忘记学习。

高尔基曾经说过“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”在平时因为学习的忙碌而没有多余的时间看课外书。现在寒假已经来临，我们刚好可以利用这个时间看课外书。

“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉”所以我决定利用这个假期多看看古今中外的名着。不但如此我还要巩固这个学期的知识点，预习下个学期的知识。希望下学期百尺竿头更进一步。为下一学期的学习打下基础。

在空余的时间完成老师和家长布置的作业，多看看新闻关心关心国家大事。在春节的时间不仅要观看春节联欢晚会，还要吃年夜饭，拜访亲友。

过完春节要将自己散漫的心收一收了，要开始把自己的心放在学习上，不能继续玩了。要把老师和学校布置的作业检查检查是否已经完成了。再把下一学期学习需要的资料和练习题都要准备好。

这就是我的寒假生活，我的寒假我做主。

印象中的军训，不是很苦，算是轻松的一类。阴凉的环境，充足的休息，还有嬉闹的欢乐。初二的军训，我学了军队的一些纪律和军人一般要做的动作。而初三的军训，我学会了“擒敌拳”一到八动分解动作，有种爽快和充实的感觉。毕竟是一些陌生的东西，对于好奇的少年，是很吸引的。

我们辛苦，我们快乐，这就是我印象中的军训。

我一直都有个愿望：在大雨中，用身体去迎接雨水的冲击，洗去身上的污垢。而今天，我终于如愿以尝了，只是想不到在这种情况下。

八月的太阳，充满了无限的能量。真的可谓“炎炎夏日”。而我们，就是要用自己的弱小身躯去承接强烈的紫外线。汗水如湍急的流水一直一直往下流。咸咸的，有点苦涩，流多了之后，就变得甘涩，味道真不好。虽然不好喝，但我却喝了很多。唉……

神总是很喜戏弄他的人民――两天连续的过云雨。衣服湿了又干，干了又湿。粘腻粘腻的，怪难受的。何况，我还分不清是汗水还是雨水，总之就是“湿透”了。

一直以来，我都很坚韧的。而经过这次的军训，我的坚韧可以说是刚强了。

三天的训练差不多都站着，并且一动都不行。脚底如火烧，两腿发软，头重脚轻。很多同学都倒下了，而我也到了极限，但我坚 持了下来。“我一定行的，信就行，不信就不行。”我一遍一遍在心里默诵，结果我胜利了。虽然很很难受，但战胜自我的感觉很痛快。

让我咀丧的是——无论我多么努力，动作总是做不好。如“立正”，我不是歪着身体就是头歪了，身体还隐隐发抖，被教官骂。
